由Bi2S3在NaCl溶液中的溶解度,Bi2S3-Cl-H2O系的电位-pH,电位-lg「Cl」图分析表明:Bi2S3矿在氯盐水溶液中的溶解度有了很大的提高,在矿浆电解时它同时存在三种浸出机理。即 1.化学溶解,Bi2S3(S)+3nCl(aq)+6H(aq)^+=2BiCl^3-nn(aq)+3H2S^0(aq) 2.化学氧化。Bi2(3S)+6Fe^3+(aq2)+2nCl^-(aq)=6Fe  相似文献

采用X-光电子能谱及电化学测试研究了高石灰用量条件下,凡口方铅矿一黄铁矿选择分离的机理。高石灰介质中,黄铁矿表面形成了Ca(OH)_2、Fe(OH)_3亲水膜;方铅矿表面形成了ca(OH)_2、HPbO-_2亲水膜,加入高浓度丁基黄药后,方铅矿表面亲水组分向疏水组分Pb(BuX)_2转化,而黄铁矿表面由于优先氧化仍生成Ca(OH)_2、Fe(OH)_3亲水组分,无双黄药生成,造成方铅矿与黄铁矿的选择性分离。而高浓度乙基黄药既不能使方铅矿表面转化成Pb(FX)_2.又不能在黄铁矿表面生成双黄药,不能实现二者的分离。  相似文献

研究了用黄药作捕收剂时辉锑矿的浮选特性。辉锑矿的浮选可分为三个区:易浮区(pH≤5)、活化区(pH5~10)和非浮选区(pH≥10)。重金属离子对辉锑矿的活化作用为:HgCl_2>Pb(NO_3)_2>CuSO_4>ZnSO_4>FeSO_4>FeCl_8。Pb ̄(2+)比Cu ̄(2+)在辉锑矿表面具有更好的吸附特性,用XPS证明CuSO_4活化辉锑矿的最终产物是Cu_2S。  相似文献

本文采用独特的湿法冶金技术──矿浆电解法,在盐酸-三氯化铁一氯盐体系中,就湖南柿竹园铋精矿的处理进行了系统的理论探讨和条件试验研究,提出了相应的浸出机理。浸出过程发现,溶液中适量的铁离子的存在,可以提高浸出速率,提高阳极电流效率。石墨阳极反应主要是铁高子的转换反应,浸出过程主要是辉铋矿与盐酸的分解反应及三价铁和H2S的氧化还原反应,阳极浸出过程机理如下:Bi2S3+6HCl+(2n一6)Cl-=2BiCln(3-n)+3H2S(n=1 ̄6)2Fe3++H2S=2Fe2++So+2H+Fe2+-e=Fe3+阴极发生铋的沉积:Bicln(3-n)-3e=Bi+nCl-(n=1~6)Fe3++e=Fe2+  相似文献

报道了N,N-二辛基甘氨酸从盐酸体系中萃取钯的机理,结果表明:钯的萃取率随酸度、氯离子浓度、钯离子浓度的增大而降低。采用斜率法测得萃合物组成为:R2NCH2COOH.HHPdCl4,其萃取反应式为:R2NCH2COOH.HCl(O)+HPdCl^-4(A)=R2NCH2COOH.HHPdCl4(O)+Cl^-(A)。  相似文献
