将赤泥通过盐酸改性,得到改性赤泥,以改性赤泥为载体,氧化铈为活性组分,制备了赤泥负载铈吸附剂.在25℃和静态条件下,对赤泥负载铈吸附剂处理含磷废水进行了研究,探讨了赤泥负载铈吸附剂的制备条件、赤泥负载铈吸附剂用量、废水pH值、吸附时间及磷的浓度对除磷效果的影响.结果表明,赤泥负载铈吸附剂的制备条件为:盐酸浓度为6mol/L,赤泥负载铈的反应时间为16h,四水硫酸铈浓度为0.4g/L,焙烧温度为500℃;在废水pH值为5.0,磷浓度0~100mg/L范围内,吸附时间为90min,按磷与赤泥负载铈吸附剂质量比为1︰80投加赤泥负载铈吸附剂进行处理,磷的去除率可达97%以上.利用Langmuir吸附等温式对吸附数据进行拟合,得到25℃下的线性相关性R2=0.9919,吸附剂的饱和吸附量为44.65mg/g.磷在吸附剂表面的吸附是单分子层吸附.  相似文献

以氯化钡和尿素为原料,采用均相沉淀法制备针状碳酸钡超细粉体。研究了合成条件对产物理化性能的影响。当氯化钡浓度为1.0mol/L,配料比(摩尔比)为:BaC12:CO(NH2)2:NaOH=1:6:2.5,反应温度为80℃,反应时间6h时,得到分散性良好、长度为10~35μm、直径为0.4~1.2μm的针状碳酸钡,其纯度大于99.8%,CaCO3含量低于0.03%,收率大于95%。  相似文献

用Na2O2焙烧失活的Mo-Ni/Al2O3催化剂,再用热水浸取钼,研究了焙烧温度,焙烧时间,失活催化剂平均粒径,浸出温度与时间对钼浸取率的影响,实验结果表明:当废催化剂平均粒径为0.15mm,焙烧温度为650℃,焙烧时间为5h,m(Na2O2):m(失活催化剂)=0.14,水浸温度为70℃时,钼浸取率可达90%以上。  相似文献

以碳酸氧镀为沉淀剂、氯化镍为原料、氨为配位剂,用配位沉淀法制备球形镍粉前驱体沉淀,再于氢还原气氛中直接还原前驱体制备球形超细镍粉。系统地研究了前驱体制备过程中反应物浓度、pH值、添加剂、温度和直接还原过程中反应温度、还原气氛对镍粉形貌及粒度的影响。实验结果表明:在Ni^2+浓度为0.8mol/L,pH值为7.5,反应温度为室温,添加剂PVP添加量为1%的条件下可制备出类球形、形状较规则、分散性好的镍粉前驱体;将球形的、分散性好的前驱体粉末在350—400℃的N2和H2混合气氛中进行还原即可得到分散性好、纯度高的超细金属镍粉。  相似文献

采用焙烧-盐酸浸出工艺回收钕铁硼废料中的稀土。以钕铁硼废料为原料,研究焙烧温度、焙烧时间对废料中铁氧化率的影响;以钕铁硼废料焙烧料为原料回收其中稀土元素,研究了盐酸浓度、浸出时间、浸出温度以及固液比对稀土浸出率的影响。实验结果表明,钕铁硼废料的最佳焙烧条件为: 焙烧温度700 ℃、焙烧时间1.5 h,此时铁氧化率可达99.30%;盐酸浸出焙烧料的最佳条件为: 盐酸浓度4 mol/L、液固比3∶1、浸出温度90 ℃、浸出时间1.5 h,此时稀土浸出率可达98.11%。  相似文献

为了降低生物质型煤VOC的排放总量,采用硝酸钙改性沸石作为生物质型煤的添加剂。结果表明:最佳参数为沸石焙烧温度460℃,生物质型煤成型压力42 MPa,沸石添加量22 g(2.2 wt%),硝酸钙溶液浓度0.125 mol/L;各因素重要性从高到低依次为成型压力>沸石添加量>沸石焙烧温度>硝酸钙溶液浓度。  相似文献

对减压膜蒸馏法脱除水溶液中氨进行了研究,实验用膜有效面积是200cm^2,实验考察了起始浓度(0.4-1.6mol/L),料液进口温度(42-56℃),料液流量(33-84mL/s) 及减压侧压力(8-14kPa)对脱氨效果及平均水通量的影响,实验结果表明,起始浓度对脱氨及平均水通量有一定影响;增加料液进口温度使得脱氨明显加快,但平均水通量同时急剧增大,增加料液流量,特别当料液处于层流区时,使得脱氨加快,但对平均水通量影响不是非常明显;在一定范围内,减压侧压力对脱氨基本无影响,但降低减压侧压力却使得平均水通量明显增大。  相似文献

针对目前废旧锂电池正极片分选正极粉末和铝集流体工艺过程中存在的分离不彻底、分选时间长等问题,采用了淬火法进行分选,考察了焙烧温度、焙烧时间、硫酸浓度、液固体积质量比、搅拌速率对分离效果的影响。结果表明: 在焙烧温度500 ℃、焙烧时间2 h、硫酸浓度0.2 mol/L、液固体积质量比10∶1、搅拌(200 r/min)30 min条件下,铝集流体中镍、钴质量分数分别达0.91%和0.43%,铝直收率98.23%。  相似文献

以重油加氢脱硫过程失活的钼镍催化剂为原料,采用加碱焙烧-热水浸取法分离提取钼。研究结果表明:在催化剂粒径为-0.154 mm,焙烧温度700℃,焙烧时间4 h,n(Na2CO3/Mo)=1.8时,钼的浸出率可达90%以上。母液中钼浓度达到20 g/L时,采用CaCl2为沉淀剂,当n(CaCl2/Mo)=1.1~1.2时,钼的回收率可达到80%以上。  相似文献

针对中、低铝硅比的一水硬铝石-高岭石型铝土矿,进行了回转窑焙烧和常压碱浸脱硅试验研究,结果表明:该工艺是可行的,其焙烧工艺条件为:焙烧温度1050-1100℃,焙烧时间15-20min;常压碱浸脱硅工艺条件为:Na2Ok浓度为100-150g/L,液固比4-5的条件下,溶出温度为90℃左右,溶出时间为2h。此时脱硅率达55.20%,精矿铝硅比(A/S)为9.9,与加压溶出条件下取得的脱硅效果相当。而采用两段溶出脱硅能够提高焙烧矿的脱硅率,显缩短溶出时间:当第一、二段溶出时间均为30min时,焙烧矿的脱硅率可达59.65%。高压拜耳法溶出试验表明:经过焙烧脱硅得到的铝精矿的脱硅率比原矿高。  相似文献
