低品位难选铁矿还原焙烧—磁选生产金属化团块的研究

本文结合我国铁矿资源多为低品位难选铁矿的特点，通过试验研究，提出采用直接还原－细磨磁选生产铁品位高，质量稳定的金属化团块，作为电炉炼钢的生产原料。

以金岭铁矿建立矿量品位数据库管理系统为例，论述了Access在矿山矿量品位管理工作中的应用，提高铁矿山矿量品位管理工作。     

铁矿床磁性铁品位的回归模型

本文对尖山铁矿的全铁品位和可溶铁品位与磁性铁品位的关系进行回归分析，对回归分析提出了新思路，分段建立了回归方程。地质勘探期的样品分析结果得以利用，解决了当前生产中的一大难题。     

低品位铁矿资源开发经济性分析

通过引入经济品位等概念，从量上界定了低品位铁矿资源的具体范畴；以盈亏平衡为基点，导出了计算低品位矿产资源开发利用的临界品位的经济分析原理。在广泛收集相关参数及计算的基础上，认为：现阶段铁精矿价格为600元/t时，无论是露天开采还是地下开采，低品位铁矿资源开发都处于不经济状态；只有铁精矿价格超出600元/t时，低品位铁矿资源才逐步具备开发利用的经济可行性。在铁精矿价格达1 000元/t时，低品位铁矿资源普遍具有开发利用的经济可行性。     

程潮铁矿储量计算对比研究

程潮铁矿是我国较大的铁矿之一，精确计算矿体储量和边界对矿山生产具有重要的意义。本文利用距离幂次反比法和地质统计学的克立格法分别进行品位估值和储量计算，通过对比研究，对程潮铁矿的矿体空间特征和合理储量提出了新的观点。     

研山铁矿加工南非磷尾矿工艺优化

为了高效利用南非磷尾矿，研山铁矿实施了南非磷尾矿加工项目，但前期生产中存在精矿夹杂严重、铁品位较低的问题。通过工艺研究，研山铁矿增设了全自动淘洗磁选机进行精选，有效实现了提精降杂，精矿全铁品位达63.5%以上，满足了铁精粉销售要求，实现了增产创效。      

依靠科技加强管理 高效利用矿产资源
