微乳液法制备纳米TiO2粒子   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以TiCl4为原料。在OP-10/正戊醇/环己烷/水(溶液)组成的反相微乳液体系中制备纳米TiO2粒子,采用XRD、TEM和BET等分析手段对粉体的粒径、物相、形貌进行表征。结果表明.采用反相微乳液可以合成出纳米级TiO2粒子。当体系内古水量较高时。产物粒度较小,且分布均匀。适当的陈化,可使产物粒度变小,分布变窄。  相似文献

采用共结晶的方法制备出氯化钇和氯氧化锫的复合晶体作为反应物,机械固相法合成出前驱体ZrOC2O4(4Y),在不同条件下煅烧,得到纳米ZrO2(4Y)粉体.研究前驱体中引入Y对前驱体的热分解过程和ZrO2粉体的晶相影响.结果表明,600℃煅烧2h的可以得到粒度分布均匀、纯度高、类球形结构、晶相稳定的ZrO2(4Y)粉体,晶粒尺寸15~30nm.Y的引入对稳定ZrO2的四方相有很重要的作用.固相反应合成法具有操作简便、资源可循环利用、对环境污染小等优点,是一种绿色合成方法.  相似文献

研究了不同的分散条件对平均粒径为130 nm的TiC粉体在水介质中分散行为的影响.采用超声波振荡和添加分散剂等分散技术对TiC粉体进行分散,利用透射电镜(TEM)及激光粒度分析仪测定纳米TiC粉体在水介质中的粒度及粒度分布,用沉降量和Zeta电位对TiC悬浮液的稳定性进行表征.实验结果表明,分散剂用量为0.6%,pH=5时,分散效果最好.说明适量添加MN能有效改善纳米TiC粉末在水基体系中的分散性.  相似文献

以SnCl4 ·5H2 O和SbCl3为原料 ,采用化学共沉淀法在超细云母粉表面包覆二氧化锡掺杂锑 ,形成导电层。运用热分析仪和粒度分布仪对粉体进行了表征。研究了水解 pH值、水解温度、氧化锡的包覆率、m(SnCl4 ·5H2 O) /m(SbCl3)、反应时间和热处理温度对导电云母体积电阻率和颜色的影响 ,并对实验结果进行了讨论  相似文献

电气石是一种以含硼为特征、化学组成复杂的环状结构的硅酸盐矿物。超细电气石是一种具有健康和环保功能的粉体材料。本文使用介质搅拌磨对电气石粉进行了超细粉碎实验室试验研究和中试,并对试验样品进行了粒度检测、扫描电镜(SEM)分析以及负离子释放性能检测。结果表明,制取的超细电气石粉体的粒度及其分布为d50≤0 8μm、d97≤2 0μm,颗粒形状规则,静态平均负离子释放率达到4225ions/cm3,为原料的2~3倍。  相似文献

通过测定不同粒度矿物粉体在水介质中电导率k的变化,研究了六种矿物粉体溶解性能及其与其粒度的关系。结果表明,同一种矿物在水介质中的电导率k随粒度的减小而增大;电导率k随时间而变化,粒度越小,变化越快。矿物的溶解性能与粒度有关,粒度越小,溶解度越大,溶解速率越快,但不同矿物的溶解性能不同。  相似文献

采用高浓度碱性介质强化浸出一水硬铝石型铝土矿,研究反应温度、矿粉粒度、添加剂等因素对氧化铝溶出率的影响。高浓碱性介质中Al2O3溶出率较传统拜耳法提高约10%,在280℃,NaOH:ore=4:1,反应时间90min,矿粉粒度-76μm,CaO添加量8%的条件下,Al2O3的溶出率最高,达到98.7%。高浓介质法所得赤泥中Na2O含量仅为拜耳法赤泥的约1/4,碱耗低,污染少。  相似文献

利用机械合金化(MA)制备了超细粉体,并采用固相反应法在Q235钢表面制备了Al2O3-TiB2复相陶瓷涂层,用X射线、激光粒度仪、扫描电镜(SEM)、差热分析仪(DTA)研究了粉体和涂层的物相组成、粒度分布及截面形貌,并测试了涂层的耐磨、耐蚀性能。结果表明,MA后骨料粉体的粒度可达纳米级;700 ℃热固化后涂层有Al2O3、TiB2和MgAl2O4等新相生成;封孔处理后涂层相对耐磨性最多提高321倍;涂层耐蚀性能最多提高952倍,封孔后的涂层耐蚀性能最多提高1548倍。  相似文献

高效节能矿用防爆对旋主要通风机的叶片是主要通风机运行的关键部件,叶片在运行时不断受到气流的作用力,从而使叶片产生振动,当叶片振动的频率与叶片的固有频率接近时,容易产生共振从而导致叶片的断裂。一旦叶片断裂时,对主要通风机的安全运行产生致命的影响,从而导致矿山、化工等企业发生重大事故,将会产生不可估量的损失。基于有限元分析软件ANSYS,对高效节能矿用防爆轴流对旋主要通风机叶片进行模态分析及产生对应的六阶模态频率,对主要通风机叶片的运行频率、固有频率及产生的共振问题进行了原理分析,并且解决了叶片频率共振的问题,从而为主要通风机叶片结构设计提供理论依据,并对主要通风机叶片的安全运行提供保障。  相似文献
