两起伪劣起泡剂引发的选矿事故剖析   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
运用GC-MS剖析两起由起泡剂引发的选矿事故。对选厂所用选矿药剂进行分析,结果两选厂所用捕收剂均无质量问题,事故系由起泡剂质量所致。色谱和质谱分析表明选厂1使用的起泡剂2^#油是杂油醇而非松醇油,属假冒产品,引起选矿过程中泡沫无法控制和精矿品位显下降。选厂2使用含有邻甲氧苯酚类有害物质的2^#油,其对非目标矿物有捕收作用,因而影响精矿品位。  相似文献

在探索矿山化学品结构、组成、杂质干扰同矿山化学使用性能的内在"构-效"关系中,现代GC MS以其快速、准确的优良性能从分子结构上能说明其起好或坏作用。经GC MS分析,从不合格2#油中找出严重破坏选矿指标的7种甲氧基苯酚有害杂质;用GC MS配合筛选稀释剂组成证明:正构C9~C14烷烃为有利因素,胶质、烯烃、有机硫为不利因素;用GC MS证实BK301、DY 1、AP等编号药物均为Z 200复配药剂,11#油、BK201、PN405等药剂均为以杂油醇为主的不同工业下脚料,组成不稳定,质量很难保证。GC MS将从新的视角为维护矿山化学内在科学规律提供保证。  相似文献

<正> 目前,在我国金属矿石的浮选中应用最为广泛的起泡剂是2号油。但是,2号油的主要原料松节油供应日益困难。为了改变起泡剂的原料结构,生产高效、低毒、价廉的起泡剂是必要的。株洲选矿药剂厂研制了一种新型起泡剂新松醇油。至今已有四十余家矿山使用新松醇油,均获得稍好于2号油的技术经济指标。新松醇油是一种棕色油状液体,比重约为0.944;经气相色谱分析主要成分为α萜烯醇、桉叶素、环己醇、环戊醇等。鱼类毒性和小白鼠急性毒性半数致死量的测定表明,新松醇油、2号油对鱼类的安全浓度分别为0.8784ppm,0.7437ppm。按《公害与农业》一书所载标准判断,均属中  相似文献

<正> 松醇油的合成是一个复杂的有机反应,影响反应的因素很多,其中主要的有原料纯度、配料比、催化剂浓度和乳化效果。现根据本人在松醇油正交小型合成试验和生产实践中得出的结论分别讨论如下。1.原料纯度。用松节油合成松醇油,主要是蒎烯水合生成萜烯醇,松节油中蒎烯含量的高低直接影响松醇油的产品质量。目前松节油标准只控制馏份而对蒎烯的含量没有直接要求,这对松醇油的合成是不适应的。因为馏份与蒎烯含量、合成的松醇油的萜烯醇品位不一定成正比关系。试验表明,在相同的反应条件下,用馏份体积(170℃以前)只有89%的松节油(蒎烯含量92.1%)合成的松醇油,其萜烯醇含量(46.3%)比馏份为92%的松节油,(蒎烯含量86.4%)合成的松醇油的萜烯醇含量(44.5%)要高,这是由于松节油里蒎烯含量高低  相似文献

运用M-200型磨擦磨损试验机测定了WSi2/MoSi2复合材料与45^#钢配副油润滑时的摩擦学性能,采用扫描电子显微镜分析了其磨损机理。结果表明:油润滑可明显改善WSi2/MoSi2复合材料的摩擦学性能,在80-120N时材料具有较好的摩擦磨损综合性能;在油润滑下,WSi2/MoSi2复合材料的磨损机理表现为点蚀磨损和磨粒磨损,偶件45^#钢的损失主要归因于磨粒的切削作用。图6,参13。  相似文献

用30m长、内径0 25mm、DB-5MS普通商用柱,EI源,不分流进样,程序升温,NIST数据库及质量色谱等最通用规范的GC MS基本功能,建立了4种不同产地及不同品种汽油的GC MS图库。高效分离条件下,这些谱图的区别很明显,可直接从碳数分布,C6~12直链烃含量及直、支、环、烯、芳烃相对比例区分对比不同的汽油。立足于GC MS的通用性,强调高效分离及定量的准确性,保证数据可重复性,为全国范围内火案引燃物各厂家GC MS仪器间的对比破案,提供了共用数据平台。  相似文献

以5种不同煤加工转化过程得到的液体产物煤衍生油为原料,研究了其中酚类化合物的组成与分布特征。首先将不同煤衍生油蒸馏切取富含酚170~210 ℃酚油馏分,采用酸碱抽提法提取其富集酚类组分,其次对富集酚类组分进行硅醚衍生化预处理,最后利用GC/MS详细分析了酚油馏分中酚类化合物的组成与分布。结果表明:不同煤衍生油的酚油馏分中酚类化合物主要由烷基苯酚、茚满醇、苯二酚3种类型组成,其中烷基苯酚均占90%以上。4号CDO其酚类类型包括烷基苯酚、茚满醇、苯二酚3部分,其中烷基苯酚占92.4%。低级酚占全部酚类的86.1%,高级酚占13.9%;2号CDO其酚类类型由烷基苯酚、苯二酚2部分组成,其中烷基苯酚占99.89%。低级酚占全部酚类的99.5%,高级酚仅占0.5%;1号CDO和3号CDO其酚类类型只包含烷基苯酚类,高温炼焦产生的1号CDO全部以低级酚为主。3号CDO低级酚占全部酚类的98.4%,高级酚占1.6%;5号CDO其酚类类型包括烷基苯酚、茚满醇2部分,其中烷基苯酚占94.8%。低级酚占全部酚类的91.6%,高级酚含量占8.4%。因此,应足够重视不同煤衍生油中低级酚的提取利用。  相似文献

西山煤电股份公司西曲矿开采的2^#、4^#、8^#煤种都是我国稀少的主焦煤种,2^#煤是低硫煤,可选性好,回收率高,但储量少。4^#煤是低硫煤,但属于极难选煤,回收率低,灰分10%,产率只有35%左右。8^#煤可选性好,但硫分较高,原煤硫分2.63%,精煤灰分10%,精煤全硫1.35%。本文通过对8^#煤进行岩相分析,显微分析,脱硫可行性分析,表明可以通过洗选脱除原煤60%以上硫分,精煤产品中81%以上的硫分为有机硫,不能通过破碎解离的办法脱除硫分,只能用配煤的方法降低硫分。  相似文献
