新型抑制剂RC分离脆硫锑铅矿和磁黄铁矿的研究   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
研究了新型抑制剂RC在脆硫锑铅矿和磁黄铁矿浮选分离中的作用。浮选结果表明,新型有机抑制剂RC能有效抑制磁黄铁矿,对脆硫锑铅矿无明显抑制作用。通过红外光谱分析测定了矿物表面与药剂的吸附产物,进行了RC抑制机理探讨。  相似文献

考查了乙硫氮为捕收剂时,磁黄铁矿、脆硫锑铅矿和铁闪锌矿的浮选行为,发现在pH2~12的范围内,磁黄铁矿具有良好的可浮性,当pH>12时,可浮性下降。而脆硫锑铅矿在整个pH范围内,均具有很好的可浮性。铁闪锌矿只有在酸性条件下才有较好的可浮性,当pH>5以后,浮选回收率急剧下降而不可浮。并采用氧化剂过硫酸铵、还原剂硫代硫酸钠调节矿浆电位,考查了磁黄铁矿、脆硫锑铅矿和铁闪锌矿在不同pH值下可浮性与矿浆电位的关系,得出了矿物可浮的电位-pH区间。研究表明,磁黄铁矿和脆硫锑铅矿可分离电位区间很窄。  相似文献

以脆硫锑铅矿、铁闪锌矿、六方磁黄铁矿为研究对象,考察了含水杨羟肟酸捕收剂模拟废水对铅锑锌硫化矿浮选行为的影响,并利用红外光谱测试研究了其作用机理。结果表明,在含水杨羟肟酸废水体系中,以硫氧化合物CSU61为抑制剂、25#黑药为捕收剂、矿浆pH值6.0条件下,脆硫锑铅矿回收率可达到95%以上,而铁闪锌矿和六方磁黄铁矿回收率低于20%,证明含水杨羟肟酸捕收剂废水体系有利于脆硫锑铅矿与铁闪锌矿或六方磁黄铁矿的分离。红外光谱分析结果表明,水杨羟肟酸废水体系下抑制剂CSU61可以有效抑制25#黑药在铁闪锌矿和六方磁黄铁矿表面的吸附,但不影响其在脆硫锑铅矿表面的吸附。研究成果可为硫化-氧化混合型矿床选矿废水交叉回用提供技术支撑,丰富选矿废水回用的研究体系。  相似文献

研究证实加温二氧化硫反浮选新工艺,能有效地解决经铜离子活化后的铁闪锌矿与磁黄铁矿混合精矿的分离。对难选高铁低锌精矿(含铁闪锌矿、磁黄铁矿和脆硫锑铅矿等),采用加温二氧化硫反浮选工艺进行的扩大试验,将低锌精矿(九级品)提高到六级品,含锌达到49.2%、回收率96.39%。  相似文献

研究了有机抑制剂DMPS对脆硫锑铅矿和磁黄铁矿的抑制作用。结果表明,DMPS对磁黄铁矿有很好的抑制作用,对脆硫锑铅矿几乎无抑制作用。DMPS分子结构中含有-SH,-SO3等多种官能团,黄药和DMPS之间存在竞争吸附的关系,由于DMPS携带亲水基团,使得磁黄铁矿表面更易亲水,因而受到抑制。  相似文献

对国外某金锑矿进行了详细的工艺矿物学研究,查明矿石中主要矿物为脆硫锑铅矿及黄铁矿,金以自然金形态存在,主要赋存于脆硫锑铅矿中,其次赋存于黄铁矿中.对矿石进行了混合浮选试验研究,结果表明:在磨矿粒度为-0.074 mm粒级占80%条件下,混合浮选闭路试验能获得锑、铅、金品位分别为15.12%、18.50%、51.34 g/t,锑、铅、金回收率分别为86.14%、83.78%、90.35%的混合精矿.采用碳酸钠和YP的组合抑制剂能较好地对混合浮选精矿进行锑硫分离.  相似文献

研究了脆硫锑铅矿、铁闪锌矿、磁黄铁矿的细菌摇瓶浸出,结果发现,脆硫锑铅矿不能被细菌浸出;磁黄铁矿细菌浸出23d,铁的浸出率为99%;铁闪锌矿细菌浸出29d,锌的浸出率为91%,铁的浸出率为15%。矿浆浓度对磁黄铁矿和铁闪锌矿的细菌浸出有影响。利用X射线分析了3种矿物的细菌浸出机理。  相似文献
