There are a lot of uncertainties in the mining engineering, and they make a notable impact on the engineering. The uncertainties of the physical and mechanical properties of geotectonic mass, the surrounding rock stability, the nature condition, the equipment operation, the personnel and the external environment are proposed and described. The stochastic analysis should be widely used for considering the impacts of the uncertainty on the mining engineering. By using the continuousexploration system with multi-pipeline in the borehole, the failure cracks of cover strata (specially, the small cracks developing) after the combined mining of 16, 17 thin seams of the 4th mining block in Zhaopo Mine is explored. After that, the researching result is considered as the output and the testing result of rock mechanics parameters is considered as the verifying data, the back analysis is made with the conception of the point safety degree. The relative height of the crack developing is obtained. So, the evaluating,of the safety of 16, 17 seams combined mining under the gob water with extreme distance is made and the mining has been safety. The fully mechanized caving coal mining under the railway in mine area will result in difficulty maintenance of railway because of great distortion and subsidence speed of ter-rene and railway. If the subsidence forecasting is incorrect and maintenance measure is not suitable in the preceding and the process of mining, the normal operation of the railway in mine area will not be ensured and perhaps the safety accident will be resulted. The railway subsidence forecasting and maintenance system for fully mechanized caving coal face are studied and developed in this connection. 矿区沉陷预计和采空区综合治理是开采沉陷研究的重要内容。现有的开采沉陷预计软件程序功能单一,数据综合处理能力较低,为此,综合应用采用VB(Visual basic)、VBA(Visual basic for application)语言,并结合SUFER、EXCEL和CAD软件,开发了融合地表移动观测站设计、资料整理、数据提取、拟合计算、残余变形预计以及塌陷区综合治理等功能为一体的软件系统。首先通过加载VBA程序提高观测站设计的自动化程度,增加了程序的可移植性;其次调用MATLAB拟合程序实现对概率积分法预计参数的精确求取,并利用求取的概率积分法预计参数以及采矿地质资料进行开采沉陷预计;然后通过调用SUFER、CAD软件程序实现开采沉陷预计的可视化。系统理论和实例分析表明,该系统一体化的设计提高了观测数据的处理效率,有助于提高开采沉陷预计的针对性和精确性,此外,该系统特别增加了适用于条带式、充填式采煤法的矿区地表沉陷预计模块,可为"三下"采煤方案优化设计、矿区生态环境保护以及矿区土地复垦等提供科学依据,为实现绿色开采提供参考。  相似文献
