七宝山铁尾矿还原焙烧—弱磁选回收铁试验   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
江西七宝山铁尾矿成分复杂,铁品位达38.74%,主要铁矿物为针铁矿。为了高效回收其中的铁,采用还原焙烧—弱磁选工艺进行了试验研究。结果表明:提高煤粉添加量、延长焙烧时间、提高焙烧温度均有利于提高还原焙烧产物中铁的金属化率和金属铁粉的指标;在煤粉添加量为15%,还原焙烧温度为1 250℃,还原焙烧时间为60min,焙烧产物磨至-325目占58.80%,弱磁选磁场强度为88 kA/m情况下,可获得铁品位为88.80%、铁回收率为92.28%的金属铁粉。还原焙烧产物的微观分析表明:在还原焙烧初期,焙烧产物中生成了大量微细粒铁颗粒,随着还原焙烧时间的延长,细小的铁颗粒不断兼并、集聚,60 min后铁颗粒不再明显集聚、长大;随着还原温度的提高,焙烧产物中的铁颗粒显著长大,在1 250℃情况下,铁颗粒长至100μm左右;长大的铁颗粒中包裹细小脉石颗粒是造成金属铁粉铁品位难以进一步大幅度提高的主要原因。  相似文献

以氧化铝厂产生的拜耳法赤泥为原料,以煤粉为还原剂,采用还原焙烧-磁选法回收赤泥中的铁。研究了焙烧温度、焙烧时间、煤粉量、添加剂用量及磁场强度等因素对实验结果的影响,得到最优条件为:CaO/SiO_2比0.5、煤粉添加量15%、1 000℃下反应60 min,磁场强度0.187 5 T(2.5 A)下磁选,铁回收率达到80.78%,精矿中铁品位为44.85%,原料中68.34%的镓进入磁性物质中。  相似文献

针对广西某含锌13.00%、铁40.20%的低品位微细粒嵌布锌铁矿石,采用深度还原-磁选工艺,考察了还原剂用量、还原温度、还原时间、磨矿细度以及磁场强度等因素对锌、铁还原与铁回收的影响。研究结果表明,采用深度还原-磁选工艺可以有效处理该矿石,焙烧后铁的金属化率在92%以上,锌挥发率在97%以上,且最终获得了铁品位与铁回收率均在90%以上的铁精矿。  相似文献

摘 要 辽宁某黄金冶炼企业氰化尾渣中铁、铅含量分别为35.93%、3.88%,具有一定的综合回收价值。针对此尾渣开展了还原焙烧—熔分法回收铁和铅的试验研究,重点考察了焙烧温度、焙烧时间、还原剂用量 和添加剂用量对铁金属化率和铅挥发率的影响。结果表明,在焙烧温度为1 250 ℃、焙烧时间为60 min、焦粉用量为20%、CaO用量为25%的条件下,氰化尾渣的铁金属化率和铅挥发率分别达到99.85%和95.92%;X射线 衍射和扫描电镜分析结果表明,添加剂CaO可以促进焙烧过程中铁还原、铅挥发和金属铁颗粒的聚集长大,并且具有一定的脱硫作用。将焙烧渣在1 600 ℃下熔分1 h,可获得TFe品位达90.02%、硫含量为0.016%、铁回 收率为88.92%的铁锭。熔分渣的各项毒性浸出指标远低于控制标准,实现了氰化尾渣的无害化、资源化利用。  相似文献

对某黄金冶炼尾渣中铁的回收进行了试验,采用无烟煤为还原剂进行还原磁化焙烧,再进行2段磁选的方法回收得到铁精矿。考察了焙烧温度与时间、还原剂添加量以及2段磁选的磁场强度对试验的影响。试验结果表明:在焙烧温度为720℃、焙烧时间为50 min、还原剂添加量为14%、1段磁场强度为160 kA/m、2段磁场强度为140 kA/m的条件下,可以获得铁品位及铁回收率分别为65.27%和80.44%的高指标铁精矿。  相似文献

以某菱铁矿石为原料,采用直接还原—弱磁选工艺,研究了焙烧温度、还原时间、碳铁质量比对还原焙烧产品金属化率的影响,以及磨矿细度、磁场强度对弱磁选指标的影响。结果表明:在还原焙烧温度为1 050℃,还原时间为100 min,碳铁质量比为2.3的条件下,得到铁金属化率为90.88%的还原焙烧产品;还原焙烧产品在磨矿细度为-0.037 mm占79.60%,磁场强度为79.62 k A/m下,得到铁品位为92.40%,铁回收率为96.60%的还原铁粉,可直接作为炼钢原料。  相似文献

由于梅山铁矿石中弱磁性铁矿物含量很高,导致梅山尾矿的铁品位较高。梅山铁矿选矿厂对该尾矿进行了强磁再选,获得了铁品位为31.80%的再选粗精矿。为获得合格的铁产品,东北大学对该再选粗精矿进行了深度还原工艺技术条件研究,结果表明,在还原温度为1 275 ℃,还原时间为60 min,料层厚度为30 mm,配碳系数为2.0,煤粉粒度为-2.0 mm情况下进行深度还原,金属化率为89.20%的还原物料经1段弱磁选可获得铁品位为80.05%、回收率为98.03%的弱磁选铁粉。  相似文献

采用兰炭作还原剂,对高炉粉尘进行还原焙烧,再对焙砂进行磁选,然后浸出磁选尾矿中的锌,实现锌、铁分离。在热力学计算的基础上,研究了焙烧条件对锌、铁浸出率的影响,结果表明:加碳焙烧可使高炉粉尘中的铁酸锌选择性还原为磁性氧化铁和氧化锌,较优的焙烧工艺参数为:焙烧温度800 ℃,焙烧时间2 h,配炭量50%。磁选可分离出焙砂中的磁性氧化铁。采用1 mol/L的硫酸在室温下浸出磁选尾矿1 h,锌、铁浸出率分别为75.39%和27.46%。  相似文献

河南某黄金冶炼渣铁品位为27.24%,铁主要以赤铁矿的形式存在。为回收该渣中铁,采用直接还原焙烧—弱磁选工艺进行试验。结果表明:在还原剂焦煤加入量为15%、氧化钙加入量为5%、焙烧温度为1 150℃、焙烧时间为80 min、焙烧产品磨细至-0.045 mm占75%、弱磁选磁场强度为60 k A/m时,可以获得铁品位为91.4%、回收率为79.5%的铁精矿,实现了该黄金冶炼渣中铁的高效回收。  相似文献

马钢罗河矿选矿厂铁尾矿TFe品位高达13%以上,具有一定回收价值。采用预富集悬浮磁化焙烧磁选工艺对罗河矿尾矿开展试验研究。结果表明:试样经一阶段磁选磨矿二阶段磁选,磁选混合精矿1粗2精2扫浮选流程分选后,获得的预富集精矿铁品位为29.17%、铁回收率57.91%、硫含量0.402%;预富集精矿在焙烧温度540℃、还原时间30min、还原气体浓度60%、气体流量600mL/min、还原剂H2与CO体积比为3∶1、焙烧产品磨矿细度-0.023mm占95%、磁选场强159.2kA/m的条件下,最终可获得精矿铁品位64.30%、回收率45.90%、S含量0.110%的技术指标。磁选精矿中主要铁矿物为磁铁矿,且磁性铁矿物中铁的分布率高达98.26%,脉石矿物主要为石英,含量为6.32%。悬浮磁化焙烧磁选技术有效地回收了尾矿中的铁元素,为马钢罗河矿尾矿的开发利用提供了技术支撑。  相似文献
