湖南某矽卡岩型白钨矿,含0.23%WO3、24.48%CaCO3、11.10%CaF2,矿石中钨与钼类质同象替代较为普遍,且含有大量富钙脉石矿物。为了有效回收其中的白钨矿,本文采用常温粗选-加温精选-酸浸的选矿工艺处理该矿石,其中在白钨浮选的常温粗选段,采用了以水玻璃为主的组合抑制剂及新型高效捕收剂TB,同时在精选作业中添加HDZ药剂抑制含钙脉石矿物;在白钨浮选的精选段,采用改进型的"彼得洛夫法",取得了品位64.21%WO3、回收率77.70%的白钨浮选精矿,对白钨浮选精矿进行酸浸,最终得到白钨精矿品位68.29%WO3、回收率75.85%的试验指标,实现了钨矿物与高钙脉石矿物的有效分离。  相似文献

柿竹园低品位白钨矿原矿WO3品位为0.39%,采用石灰法常温浮选分离,经粗选闭路试验获得了WO3品位为3.53%,回收率77.01%的白钨粗精矿。精选开路试验,通过添加酸化水玻璃,获得了最终浮选精矿WO3品位为42.12%,回收率46.26%的良好指标。精矿产品XRD图谱分析表明,萤石和方解石在石灰法粗选段和精选段分别得到了强烈的抑制作用,白钨矿与含钙脉石矿物可实现有效分离,研究结果表明,石灰法是实现白钨常温浮选的一条有效途径。  相似文献

针对国外某白钨矿矿石中含有大量磁铁矿及少量硫化矿的矿石性质,采用"磁选除铁-白钨粗选-白钨加温精选"的选别流程回收白钨矿.试验无预脱硫作业,白钨粗选段采用Na2CO3+改性Na2Si O3为调整剂以及GYWA为捕收剂,加温精选作业采用改进的"彼得洛夫法",以Na2Si O3和NS为抑制剂,强化对脉石的抑制及对白钨矿的捕收,实现了白钨矿的充分回收.在原矿WO3品位为0.47%的条件下,获得WO3品位66.69%、回收率88.86%的白钨精矿.钨精矿中S品位为0.025%,符合钨精矿的质量标准.  相似文献

江西某低品位白钨矿石WO3含量为0.20%,矿物组成较复杂,金属矿物主要有白钨矿、磁黄铁矿等,非金属矿物主要有萤石、石英、透闪石、滑石、金云母、黑云母、白云母、石榴石、长石、绢云母、方解石等,含钙脉石矿物含量较高,矿石中白钨矿与脉石矿物共生关系紧密。为确定白钨矿的高效选矿工艺,进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明,矿石在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占65%的情况下1次浮选脱硫,然后以碳酸钠为矿浆pH调整剂、水玻璃+栲胶为脉石矿物组合抑制剂、731为白钨矿浮选捕收剂,经1粗2精1扫浮选预富集钨、预富集精矿水玻璃强化调浆后1粗2精1扫常温浮选选钨、常温钨精矿90 ℃下水玻璃强化调浆后1粗5精1扫加温浮选选钨,最终获得WO3品位50.23%、WO3回收率为70.32%的白钨精矿,实现了白钨矿的高效回收。  相似文献

江西某矿钨细泥(70%-30 μm)的WO3在白钨矿、黑钨矿和钨华中的分布率分别为45.30%, 53.01%,1.69%.采用Na2CO3、改性Na2SiO3和Pb(NO3)2作调整剂,TA-4作捕收剂对黑白钨矿进行粗选,然后加温精选分离,其泡沫经酸浸获得白钨精矿,加温精选尾矿经摇床选别获得黑钨精矿.试验结果表明,Na2CO3 的合理添加直接影响黑白钨混合浮选的选别效果;采用新型选钨捕收剂TA-4是提高钨选别指标的关键,精选中加入NTA有利于白钨矿与黑钨矿的分离.当钨细泥给矿品位(WO3)为0.2%时,获得品位59.55%、回收率47.21%的白钨精矿,品位36.62%、回收率19.53%的黑钨精矿,钨精矿的平均品位为50.60%、总回收率为66.74%.  相似文献

某白钨矿钨品位仅0.38%,矿物组成复杂,嵌布粒度细,矿石中含多种硫化矿、多种大量含钙脉石,为难选白钨矿。试验针对矿石工艺矿物学特点,进行了全浮选、高梯度磁选-浮选、重选-浮选3种粗选预选工艺研究。结果表明,高梯度磁选-浮选工艺获得的钨粗精矿钨品位最高,为6.16%,钨回收率达到85.27%,该工艺相比其他两种工艺,工艺简单,处理量大,药剂用量少,成本低,是适宜开发此类矿物的预选工艺。高梯度磁选-浮选预选工艺获得的白钨粗精矿经简单加温精选可获得WO3品位66.28%、WO3回收率77.87%的白钨精矿产品,实现了此类白钨矿的合理利用。  相似文献
