将Bayes判别分析方法应用于矿井突水水源分析问题研究中.选用多项化学指标作为判别因子,建立了适用于不同水质类型矿井的两类和多类水源分析的Baycs判别分析模型.基于Bayes判别分析方法的原理,利用不同矿区突水水源的典型样本,对Bayes判别方法的判别过程和检验方法进行了具体说明.针对两类水源,选用Ca2+、Mg2+、Na+、K+、Cl-、HCO3-、SO42-、NO3-、F-和pH等10项指标作为判别因子.对多类水源,选用Na++K+、Ca2+、Mg2+、Cl-、SO42-、HCO3-等6种离子组合作为判别因子,利用华北某矿区10例典型样本和焦作矿区39例典型样本作为数据源,分别建立相应的判别模型.判别结果完全符合实际情况,并与数量化理论、支持向量机方法进行了比较.研究结果表明,Bayes判别方法的计算过程简单、模型结构稳定,回代估计判别结果以及预测结果的准确性很高,对突水水源的判别具有很强的预测能力,可以在实际工程中进行应用.  相似文献

鉴于采用水化学数据判定矿井突水水源过程中水质特征的模糊性和不确定性,引入熵权理论并与模糊综合评价方法相结合,选取Ca2+、Mg2+、K++Na+、HCO3-、Cl-、SO24-、TDS等7项指标作为评价因子,建立了矿井突水水源判别的熵权法模糊综合评价模型并应用于潘三矿2个典型水样的水源判别。应用结果表明:运用信息熵计算权重系数克服了传统模糊综合评判中权重分配的局限性,模型判别结果较准确,是矿井突水水源判别的一种有效方法。  相似文献

对矿井突水水源的准确判别对于矿井安全生产有着重要的意义。本文提出采用基于蜻蜓算法和最小二乘支持向量机相结合的矿井突水水源预测方法,以Na++K+、Ca2+、Mg2+、Cl-、SO42-、HCO3-等6种水中离子作为矿井突水水源模型的识别因素,利用收集的水样数据对最小二乘支持向量机进行训练和测试,研究结果表明基于蜻蜓算法和最小二乘支持向量机判别模型的计算结果与实际结果一致,而且具有良好的判别能力,其对提高矿井突水水源判别的准确性有着一定的借鉴意义。  相似文献

为快速准确地判别矿井突水水源,减少矿井突水事故带来的危害,以保德矿为例,选取Ca2+、Mg2+、Na++K+、SO2-4、Cl-、HCO-3共6种水化学指标作为判别指标,通过分析各含水层水化学特征,确定了各含水层代表水样,以此为基础建立了耦合主成分分析-离群值检验-回归填补法-贝叶斯判别法的矿井突水水源判别模型,并将模型判别结果与PCA-Bayes模型判别结果做出对比。结果表明:保德矿采空区、二叠系砂岩含水层、石炭系砂岩含水层、奥灰含水层的水质类型分别为HCO3-Ca·Na·Mg型、HCO3-Na型、HCO3-Na型和HCO3·SO4-Ca·Na·Mg型|保德矿水样主成分为Ca2+、Mg2+、Na++K+、SO2-4,可作为综合指标反映保德矿原始水样数据信息|待测水样中的异常值,可通过离群值检验和线性回归模型确定并校正|对比数据校正前后Bayes模型判别结果,校正后准确率为95%,判别准确度明显提升,可准确高效的识别突水水源。  相似文献

为了快速准确地识别突水水源,选取Ca2+、Na++K+、Mg2+、HCO3-、SO42-、Cl-共6个判别指标,结合主成分分析理论和灰色关联理论,建立了PCA-GRA突水水源判别模型。先采用主成分分析法对38个水样的水质指标进行降维处理,然后利用灰色关联分析法根据关联度对未知水样进行判别。将该模型应用于11组待判水样的判别,判别结果正确率为100%。而PCA-Bayes判别模型识别精度是81.8%。因此,PCA-GRA突水水源判别模型能够有效地提高识别精度,迅速准确地判断突水水源,为矿井安全生产提供保障。  相似文献

通过详述朱庄煤矿造成主采煤层突水的各含水层的水文地质特征,对其中的砂岩含水层和灰岩含水层的水质进行取样分析,利用K+、Na+、Ca2+、Mg2+、Cl-、SO42-、HCO3-、CO32-、德国度、TDS等常规测验,分析各含水层之间离子组成的差异、水化学类型的不同,提出离子毫克当量百分比、Piper三线图、Gibbs图等方法,对矿井突水水源进行快速识别。结果表明,这3种方法能够直观、快速、准确地识别朱庄煤矿突水水源。  相似文献

为了实现对矿井突水进行准确快速地水源类型判别,分析孙疃矿主要含水层的水化学特征,以Na++K+、Ca2+、Mg2+、Cl-、SO2-4、HCO-3实测含量为依据,借助SPSS统计软件对主要含水层水样进行逐步判别分析。在此基础之上,筛选出Ca2+、Cl-、SO2-4、HCO-34个指标作为参考变量建立起适用于孙疃矿的突水水源判别模型。经过验证,结果表明该模型表现出较好的判别效果。  相似文献

为了准确判别复合含水层条件下封闭不良钻孔的突水水源,在分析矿井水文地质条件和地下水化学特征的基础上,排除了不可能为突水水源的第四系和延安组含水层,对于可能为突水水源的直罗组及其下段含水层,由于两者富水性和水化学条件较为相似,因此,采用了模糊聚类分析法,将突水点和直罗组及其下段含水层中的K++Na+、Ca2+、Mg2+、Cl-、SO2-4、HCO-3作为评价指标,并利用Matlab平台进行计算,将待判别水样划分为2类,其中突水点与直罗组下段含水层为一类。在确定了突水水源后,在井下对直罗组下段含水层进行注浆封孔,对突水点成功进行了封堵。对于水文地质和水化学条件相似的含水层,可以采用模糊聚类分析对突水水源进行有效判别。  相似文献

及时、准确地判断出矿井突水水源是减小矿井损失,指导矿井防治水工作的有效手段,而此前建立的水源判别标准集,是正确判别突水水源的重要基础.通过对邢台矿水化学特征的综合分析,以水中6大常量组分(Na++Ka+,Mg2+,Ca2+,Cl-,SO2-4,HCO-3)作为构建指标,同时采用Piper三线图、箱型图和聚类分析对矿井水样进行筛选,建立邢台矿水源判别标准集,并利用灰色关联度理论建立水源判别模型,对标准集进行校验.结果表明,标准集能够准确反映所属含水层的水化学特征,可作为矿井突水水源判别的背景值.  相似文献
