利用光学显微镜、X-射线衍射分析、扫描电镜、矿物自动分析仪(MLA)及X-射线能谱分析,结合化学分析及化学物相分析等综合手段,研究了安徽某铜铅锌多金属矿中金银的赋存状态及工艺特性。结果表明,金主要分布在银金矿中,分布率为76. 53%;银主要分布在碲银矿中,分布率为70. 46%。影响金银回收的主要因素是金银矿物与黄铁矿关系密切,分别有43. 52%的金和19. 32%的银以黄铁矿包裹体的形式存在,由于金银矿物嵌布粒度较细,其中20μm以下的金矿物和银矿物分别占46. 54%和83. 65%,因此这部分金银主要损失到硫精矿中。 相似文献

采用抑锌浮金银工艺,通过一次粗选、一次扫选、一次精选的浮选流程分离回收金银。获得含金20.96 g/t、银1 807.38 g/t、回收率金90.35%、银93.79%的金银精矿和含锌53.97%、锌回收率98.97%的锌精矿。试验结果表明,锌精矿通过浮选分离回收金银,锌精矿品位提高10%以上。实现金银综合回收的同时,锌精矿的品质得到较大提高。 相似文献

为提高凤凰山铜矿伴生金银回收率 ,根据其金银赋存状态及嵌布特征 ,进行了一系列强化金银回收的试验研究。结果表明 ,适当提高半优先浮选 pH值 ,选用丁基铵黑药作捕收剂 ,并采用混合精矿再磨等多项措施后 ,可使金、银、铜、硫的总回收率分别提高 8.5 6 %、1.48%、1.2 1%和 10 .0 5 % ,且精矿品位也明显提高。说明选择和采用最佳工艺条件 ,可改善金银回收状况 ,提高综合效益 相似文献

针对江西某铜铅锌多金属矿石中金银回收率偏低的问题,通过工艺矿物学性质和选矿药剂制度的研究,得到Au品位为37.27 g/t、Ag品位为1 899.75 g/t的铜铅混合矿,其中金银回收率分别为65.46%、79.80%。相比于现场药剂制度下的工艺流程试验,金银指标大幅度提升,Au品位增加13.3g/t,Ag品位增加679.25 g/t,Au回收率增加11.39%,Ag回收率增加3.98%。 相似文献

采用单因素法和响应曲面法对活性炭-硫氰酸铵浸出金精矿生物氧化渣过程进行优化研究。结果表明,在硫氰酸铵浸金过程中加入活性炭能进一步提高金浸出率; 金浸出率随硫氰酸铵浓度和pH值增加而升高、随着活性炭添加量增加先升高后降低; 硫氰酸铵浓度和pH值的交互作用对金浸出率影响明显,各因素对金浸出的影响程度为:硫氰酸铵浓度>pH值>活性炭添加量; 在硫氰酸铵浓度0.85 mol/L、pH=11.58、活性炭添加量3.37 g/L的适宜工艺条件下,金浸出率预测值为93.93%,平均实验值为94.00%,二者误差值仅0.07%,模型能够对金浸出率实现准确地分析和预测。 相似文献

重点叙述了在超声波作用下,氰化浸出银精矿中金银的小型试验、扩大试验、半工业试验研究结果。试验结果表明,PUL法具有金银浸出率高、浸出时间短、氰化钠单耗低等优点。在最佳试验条件下,金银浸出率分别为97%~99%和95%~96%,浸出时间仅是常规氰化浸出时间的1/3,氰化钠单耗节省政麻席kg/t矿。所研制的营式、槽式强化反应釜可应用于工业生产并形成系列产品。 相似文献

Intensive development of gold placer deposits in the South Far East of Russia has produced numerous technogenic placers (concentration dump tailings) that contain fine free and bound gold and the platinum group metals. The secondary processing of these technogenic placers makes it possible to extract the whole set of precious metals from the concentration tailings.The authors have elaborated the low-waste technology of extraction of useful components using the methods of gravitation, magnetic and electromagnetic separation, hydrometallurgy, and extraction. Usually, precious metals are leached with cyanide solutions that significantly deteriorate the ecological situation. Instead of them we propose to use thiocarbamide, thiocyanate, and mixed thiocarbamide and thiocyanate solutions in the process of utilization of the technogenic placers. Introduction of thiocyanate ions into the thiocarbamide leaching solutions increases the indices of gold extraction into a leaching solution. Efficiency of the precious metal extraction into leaching solutions is 94 ,- 96 ,.Our investigations showed that liquid extraction of gold and silver from the leaching solutions permits the precious metals to be extracted with additional separation from admixtures and essential decrease of specific thiocarbamide consumption. Comparatively inexpensive tributyl phosphate and diphenyl thiourea that are manufactured in production quantities, are used as extragents.Utilization of the technogenic placers of Primorye will produce the raw material for repeated extraction of precious metals and will be favorable for the ecological situation in the populous districts of the region where the placers exist. 相似文献

针对高镍阳极泥碳酸钠焙烧-碱浸-酸浸所得脱铜渣中金银的碘化浸出行为进行了研究,在室温下考查了碘离子与碘分子摩尔比、碘浓度和时间对金银浸出率的影响。得到了室温下最佳的浸出条件:固液比1∶30,碘离子I-与碘I~2的摩尔比为2∶1,原始碘浓度17.5 g/L,浸出时间1 h。此时金的一次浸出率达到96.62%,银浸出率为0.39%。经过碘化浸出,原料中存在的AgCu_3Cu(AsO_4)_3转化成AgI。将碘化法一段浸出渣继续进行二段浸出,可以使金的总浸出率达到98.72%,银浸出率为0.88%。试验结果表明,通过二段碘化浸出能够选择性浸出金,而绝大多数银仍留在浸金渣中,便于实现金银的分离和回收。 相似文献

北衙金矿4000 t/d选厂是一座常规全泥氰化炭浆厂。投产后,各项工艺指标基本达到了设计水平,但尾渣金、银品位偏高,金浸出率不到90%,银浸出率不到30%。为了进一步降低尾渣品位,提高金、银浸出率,选厂进行了一系列的工艺技改及试验研究。经过研究得出,采用"边磨边浸"工艺流程可以有效地提高金、银的浸出率。于是选厂进行技改,运用了"边磨边浸"工艺流程。技改后,工艺指标得到了明显的提高,年平均金浸出率提高了2.97%,达到92.40%,银浸出率提高了9.07%,达到35.49%;尾渣金品位下降了0.10 g/t,降至0.16 g/t,尾渣银品位下降了3.43 g/t,每年可为选厂增加5000万元以上的经济效益。 相似文献

The process for extraction of hydrogen cyanide to decontaminate solutions produced at cyaniding of sulfide flotation concentrates
is developed. The centrifugal-bubbling apparatus is employed as a reactor. The regularities of HCN formation in an acid medium
are established in investigation into kinetics of SCN− thiocyanate oxidation by hydrogen peroxide H2O2 in presence of Fe2+, Fe3+ and pH ≤ 3.5. In the process proposed the evolved HCN is adsorbed by NaOH solution and returned to the circuit of leaching
of gold and silver as NaCN, and the waste cyaniding solution is discharged into a waste dump, where it is mixed with industrial
water to be utilized to transport flotation tailings.
