研究了用SL—406新型阳离子交换树脂从氯化物含量较高的硫酸浸出液中提取铀时各种因素对吸附的影响。结果表明,SL—406树脂有较好的选择性、稳定性及较高的工作容量.可有效地从含氯化物浸出液中提取分离铀。  相似文献

研究了用氯化铵溶液将SLD-225b树脂吸附的硫酸铀酰,转为氯化铀酰、水淋洗、碳酸氢铵沉淀工艺。与常规的硝酸铵溶液淋洗工艺相比,此工艺省去贫树脂转型,得到铀浓度较高的淋洗合格液和脱水、过滤性能良好的铀产品。用4倍树脂床体积氯离子质量浓度为179.8 g/L的氯化铵溶液转型、用3倍树脂床体积的水淋洗,贫树脂含铀<1 mg/g,淋洗效率>99%,试验条件下合格液铀质量浓度>30 g/L。  相似文献

试验和分析了用氯化钠溶液作淋洗剂的铀地浸工艺中氯离子对淋洗的影响,及浸出液中氯的累积等问题。试验结果表明:淋洗剂NaC l浓度在28 g/L以上就可以使树脂基本上转成氯型,淋洗过程中,液相必须有一定氯离子浓度,方可获得较高铀浓度的合格液;对NaC l作淋洗剂的产品进行洗涤可以减少C l-含量;随吸附原液氯离子浓度增高树脂铀容量下降,当吸附原液氯离子浓度大于2.5 g/L时,树脂铀容量下降约20%以上,氯离子浓度<1 g/L时,对吸附影响不明显。  相似文献

为了回收铀铍浮选尾矿中的铀,同时降低铀产品中铍的含量,采用工艺矿物学方法分析了某铀铍浮选尾矿中铀、铍的赋存状态,采用硫酸浸出工艺浸出尾矿中的铀,考察了酸浓度、浸出时间、浸出温度以及液固体积质量比对铀、铍浸出率的影响,并采用阴离子交换树脂探索了从浸出液中回收铀的可行性。研究表明,铀铍浮选尾矿中的铀较易被硫酸浸出,铍不易被浸出,采用离子交换法能够回收铀并实现铀铍分离。  相似文献

1996年IO月于北京召开的国际钢提取会议的文集中,收集了M.A.Mahdy等人介绍的从埃及东部沙漠地区WadBe!山的矿石物料中提取铀的文章。这项工作属于核燃料循环初始阶段的工作。所试验的矿长来自埃及东部沙漠北区的Hammamat沉积粉砂岩中。矿石中的铀矿物主要是硅酸盐矿物的硅钙铀矿、钒酸盐矿物的钒钙铀矿,此外还有少量硫酸盐矿物的板菱铀矿。从硫酸浸出液中回收钻采用阴离子交换树脂和溶剂革取工艺,而从碱性浸出液中回收油只使用阴离子交换树脂。本工作还研究厂油酥二硫酸盐二价阴离子络合物被吸附在IRA-400树脂的全部交换位置上…  相似文献

研究了从铀矿石浸出液中回收铀的化学沉淀法,该法主要包括石灰沉淀铁,氢氧化铁浆体预测处理和H2O2沉淀铀。浸出液用石灰乳中和至PH3.7沉淀氢氧化铁,此沉物经絮凝和预处理后返回原矿浸出工序,从而省支了氢氧化铁浆体的过滤工序。用H2O2从除铁浸出液中沉淀铀,同时加入MgO浆体,维持PH3.5。研究结果表明,用石灰H2O2和MgO就能从浸出液中制取铀含量高于65%的过氧化铀产品,并且上述试剂均不污染环境  相似文献

SabharwalK.N.等人在(SolvenExtractionandIonExchanse)1996年14卷6期上撰文,介绍用大孔双官能团膀酸树脂(MPBPA)从硝酸、硫酸、盐酸、磷酸和高氯酸溶液中回收铀。MPBPA吸附铀的分配系数与常用磺酸树脂的相应值的比较结果表明,该树脂更适合于从宽酸度范围的各种酸溶液中回收铀。在硝酸溶液中,硝酸浓度增高,铀的分配系数见先下降后上升,但在试验酸度范围内(O.1~6.Omol/L)均获得高分配系数值,浓度6.Omol/L时的几值为2475。MPBPA特别适合从硝酸溶液中回收轴。盐酸溶液与硝酸溶液不同,溶液中的氯离子与钢生成强…  相似文献

以相山铀矿石的细菌浸出液为对象,用717型强碱性阴离子交换树脂对细菌浸出液中的铀进行了静态和动态吸附试验,用抗坏血酸对吸附后与铀共存于树脂上的Fe3+杂质进行了动态淋洗试验。静态吸附试验结果表明,要提高树脂对铀的吸附容量,细菌浸出液的铀浓度应尽可能高,并应将溶液的pH值调至1.4左右,同时树脂与溶液的接触时间应尽可能长。动态吸附试验结果表明,717型强碱性阴离子交换树脂对铀有较强的吸附能力,当柱床体积倍数为206时,树脂上的铀吸附量达93.54 mg/mL。动态淋洗试验结果表明,抗坏血酸对Fe3+有较强的还原性,吸附后先用抗坏血酸从负载树脂上洗脱Fe3+,可取得良好的铀铁分离效果。  相似文献
