对金堆城钼矿的矿石样品进行的矿石矿物学研究表明,钼矿石属原生硫化矿,钼矿物主要为辉钼矿,矿石品位低,含钼为0.078%。进行了室内浸出试验表明,细菌浸出时钼的浸出率高于化学浸出的浸出率,摇瓶试验时可提高钼浸出率11%,柱浸时提高钼浸出率8.1%。摇瓶试验时的化学浸出率在20.2%-24.1%之间,细菌浸出率为35.1%。  相似文献

针对高铅低品位钼矿, 采用湿法工艺, 即用NaClO溶液选择性氧化浸取MoS2, 对NaClO用量、浸出液固比、浸出时间、浸出pH值、浸出温度等条件进行了试验研究, 确定了各个单因素最佳条件, 从而制定了合理的提钼工艺流程, 钼的浸出率高达97%。并且推荐了净化、沉钼工艺。  相似文献

研究了用亚氯酸钠高效氧化浸出辉钼矿过程中溶液酸碱条件、亚氯酸钠量、温度、时间等对辉钼矿浸出率的影响,并得出以下最优浸出条件:辉钼矿0.5 g,亚氯酸钠2.0 g,50 mL硫酸(0.5 mol/L),温度85℃,搅拌速率120 r/min,浸出时间2 h,最终钼浸出率达到97.32%。通过反应动力学分析和活化能计算,亚氯酸钠浸出辉钼矿属于扩散控制反应。  相似文献

为了提高用氧化亚铁硫杆菌和氧化硫硫杆菌混合菌对低品位原生硫化铜矿石细菌浸出的效果,通过试验,研究了活性碳的催化效应。结果表明,在细菌浸出的初始阶段,添加活性碳可以大大加快铜的浸出速度和提高铜的浸出率。其中添加初始活性碳浓度为3.0g/L时,最有利于铜的浸出,在600h内铜的浸出率可以从11%增加到79%,比不添加活性碳时提高了68个百分点。添加初始活性碳加快细菌浸铜速度和提高铜浸出率的原因是由于活性碳与黄铜矿之间形成了电池反应。添加初始活性碳使矿石中铁的浸出和溶液中二价铁的细菌氧化明显受到抑制。当有活性碳存在时,低品位原生硫化铜矿石在低氧化还原电位下比高氧化还原电位更有利于铜的浸出。  相似文献

针对从低品位辉钼矿中回收钼的新工艺进行了研究。辉钼矿未经焙烧,在碱性条件下,用氧气氧化法将辉钼矿中的二硫化钼转化为钼酸钠,滤液经酸化、萃取,得到金属钼。考察了反应时间、反应压力、反应温度、氢氧化钠浓度及搅拌转速等因素对钼浸出率的影响规律。试验结果表明,在反应压力2.0 MPa,反应温度180 ℃,氢氧化钠浓度75 g/L,搅拌转速450 r/min,矿浆液固比4.5∶1条件下,反应4 h,钼的浸出率可以达到99%以上。  相似文献

利用氧化亚铁硫杆菌(At.f菌)对钼镍尾矿进行生物浸出试验,探究初始Fe2+浓度、pH值、钼镍尾矿矿浆浓度对钼镍尾矿中Ni、Zn、Mo、Cu浸出率的影响。对比研究At.f菌的生物浸出和Fe3+及稀硫酸的化学浸出过程的差异。结果表明:At.f菌浸出体系初始Fe2+的质量浓度在9~12 g/L时,At. f细菌浸矿最佳;pH值在1.0~2.6时,pH值对At. f细菌浸出浸矿体系的整体影响不大;矿浆浓度越低,对金属矿的浸出效果越好。At.f菌的生物浸出对尾矿中Ni、Zn浸出效果明显好于Fe3+及稀硫酸的纯化学浸出,浸出16 d后,Ni和Zn最大浸出率分别为66.93%和82.71%。而Fe3+的化学浸出体系对Mo的浸出效果优于At.f菌和稀硫酸浸出体系。At.f菌、Fe3+及稀硫酸浸出第16 d时,Cu浸出率分别为85.46%、61.52%和92.35%。At.f菌在浸出体系中不断产生的Fe3+和H+对尾矿可进行持续氧化作用,后期主要是以At. f菌的直接氧化为主。XRD结果显示,在At. f的浸矿过程中,存在着大量的铵黄铁矾,钝化尾矿金属的浸出。量的铵黄铁矾,钝化尾矿金属的浸出。  相似文献

研究了搅拌浸出流体动力学和混合方法对用嗜酸的氧化亚铁硫杆菌和硫氧化硫杆菌浸出含砷黄铁矿金精矿浸出动力学的影响。在研究了振动搅拌和充气搅拌时的细菌化学浸出的动力学。研究结果表明,振动搅拌设备中创造出的条件的特点是,浸出过程中具有较高的细菌氧化活性。振动搅拌可加快细菌化学浸出速度,提高硫化矿物(黄铁矿)的浸出率。黄铁矿氧化程度的提高使黄铁矿中的金暴露出来,从而提高金的氰化率。  相似文献

针对煤矿开采深度不断向深部延伸,掘进巷道受深部高应力的影响越来越大,巷道围岩整体稳定性差,矿山压力显现越剧烈现象,一般锚网喷加锚索支护无法从根本上控制巷道的变形。总结了平煤股份十三矿-685 m进风大巷注浆加固技术,依据对巷道掘进之后变形监测数据的采集,对巷道变形机理进行分析研究,并对注浆时段进行了合理选择,在对巷道的注浆工艺进行了充分论证的基础上,对巷道进行了注浆。注浆后效果表明:巷道滞后注浆时间段的选择非常重要,巷道在恰当的时间内进行注浆加固施工,能有效控制巷道的变形,巷道注浆后变形量明显减小,岩体的稳定性明显增强,减少了巷道日常维修工作,降低了矿井的生产成本,保障了矿井的安全生产。  相似文献
