沸石吸附7-ACA废水中CODCr和NH3-N的试验研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1

以抗生素原料中间体( 7-ACA)废水为研究对象,天然沸石及改性沸石为吸附材料,考察了废水初始pH值、沸石粒径、沸石投加量、吸附时间及沸石酸、碱、盐改性对废水中CODCr和NH3-N去除效果的影响.单因素实验结果表明,天然沸石处理废水的适宜条件为:废水初始pH值7.5,沸石投加量20g/L,沸石粒径1~2 mm,吸附时间150min.此条件下天然沸石对废水中CODCr和NH3-N去除率分别为35.3%和23.0%.盐酸改性沸石对废水中CODCr和NH3-N去除效果明显优于氢氧化钠改性沸石和氯化钠改性沸石.1 mol/L盐酸改性沸石投加量为15g/L,对废水中CODCr和NH3-N去除率均大于改性前,分别为48.4%和40%.  相似文献

选用对氨氯有较强选择性和吸附性的安徽宣城天然斜发沸石为吸附材料,通过静态、动态和再生吸附实验,系统考察了进水氨氮浓度、pH值、沸石用量、温度、沸石粒径、振荡时间、滤速和水质对氨氤去除率的影响.静态实验结果表明,初始浓度为10mg/L、pH值为7~9之间、粒径为20~40目,静态吸附容量1.6mmol NH4/g.动态实验结果表明,滤速为2m/h、停留时间为30min,出水氨氮浓度达2mg/L以下,每g沸石产水量为0.62L.再生实验结果表明,用500mL浓度为5g/L NaCl溶液作为再生剂,再生时间为1h,一次再生恢复率较好.实验结果为天然沸石深度处理氨氮废水技术的应用提供了参考依据.  相似文献

以贵州某磷矿石浮选废水为研究对象,人造沸石为吸附材料,考察了沸石不同改性方法对废水中钙离子去除率的影响,并通过单因素试验考察了改性沸石的粒径、投加量、搅拌速度、温度及废水pH值等因素对磷矿浮选废水中钙离子及总硬度去除率的影响。试验结果表明:对人造沸石较适宜的改性条件为1 mol/L NaCl和0.5 mol/L NaOH混合溶液;在磷矿浮选废水pH值为7,温度25℃,沸石粒径0.425~1 mm,改性沸石投加量40 g/L,搅拌速度160 r/min,搅拌180 min的条件下,磷矿浮选废水中钙离子及总硬度的去除率可达到88.29%和58.64%;钙离子的吸附行为符合Freundlich方程式,吸附倾向于多分子层吸附。  相似文献

针对电镀废水对生态环境的严重污染问题,采用微波辐射技术和Na Cl对天然沸石进行活化改性,并用以处理含重金属离子的电镀废水。在静态条件下,分析改性微波辐射功率、辐射时间、反应温度、反应时间、p H值、沸石用量及粒度对重金属离子去除率的影响。结果表明:选取粒度为0.15~0.18mm的沸石,于490W微波功率下辐射6min,制备微波改性沸石。在反应温度为40℃、p H值为6、吸附处理时间为30min、微波改性沸石投加量为8.0g/L时,改性沸石处理电镀废水中的金属离子的效果最好,电镀废水中Cu2+、Zn2+、Ni2+的去除率均达93.6%以上。  相似文献

用山东滩坊某地天然斜发沸石,对模拟高浓度氨氮废水进行脱氮试验研究,结果表明,该地沸石对废水中的氨氮有较高的去除率,对氨氮的对数吸附等温线符合Freundlich方程,直线的斜率在0.1~0.5之间,可以作为高浓度氨氮废水的吸附剂使用。  相似文献

《MineralsEngineering》2 0 0 3年第1 6卷第1 2期上刊登了KrestouA 等人的文章,介绍了用天然沸石凝灰岩摄取水溶液中U(Ⅵ)的研究工作。研究工作的主要目的是测定不同条件下天然沸石凝灰岩(系结晶的硅铝酸盐)从水溶液中除去U(Ⅵ)的能力。研究结果表明,在pH =3 5时,U(Ⅵ)的去除率最大,可达92 %。在较低pH值时,沸石凝灰岩对U(Ⅵ)的摄取显著地降低。而当pH <3时,其对U(Ⅵ)的摄取微乎其微。pH在5~9范围内,虽然可以观察到U(Ⅵ)的去除率呈稍微下降趋势,但其始终保持很高的值( 80 %~90 % )。当pH >9时,溶液中U(Ⅵ)的去除率显著地减弱。因…  相似文献

利用氨磺酸对含高浓度亚硝酸盐废水的处理进行了研究,讨论了氨磺酸处理亚硝酸盐废水时的条件和影响因素。实验结果表明,用氨磺酸处理含NO-2废水,可在很宽的酸度(0 10%~0 50%H2SO4)或pH值3~9范围内进行,处理前无须对废水的酸碱度进行调节;氨磺酸与NO-2的反应速度很快,不产生污泥和二次污染物;处理工艺简单方便,不需要庞大复杂的处理设备;COD(NO-2)的起始浓度为49 5~1234 8mg/L时,其去除率为42 22%~96 92%,废水处理后COD(NO-2)均小于60mg/L。  相似文献

将高硫煤矸石按一定粒度、一定量,加入到不同pH值的含镍废水中,搅拌一定时间后,静置,取上清液,测其中Ni2 的含量,并确定影响煤矸石吸附效率的因素.实验结果表明:废水的pH值对镍的去除率影响最大,碱性条件下利于吸附的进行,最佳反应条件为:pH值为8~9、加入量3.0g、粒度小于0.08mm时,对100ml含镍废水中Ni2 的吸附效率达到100%.吸附完成后溶液的pH值约为6左右,可直接排放.  相似文献

采用石灰-硫酸亚铁两段净化工艺,对以硫铁矿为原料的硫酸厂含砷废水进行处理研究。介绍了pH值、Fe/As比以及充气量等条件对砷的去除率的影响。结果表明:控制一段pH=10 5、Fe/As=1∶1,二段pH=8 5、Fe/As=10∶1,充气20min,沉淀1h,处理后外排废水中砷浓度小于0 5mg/L,达到国家排放标准。该方法处理费用低、工艺简单可行、操作方便,已在工业生产中应用。  相似文献
