十二烷基磺酸钠对氯化钙和水玻璃溶液的渗透性影响

采用正向渗透试验方法测定了氯化钙和水玻璃溶液添加十二烷基磺酸钠后溶液在粉尘中的渗透规律。结果表明：对于重量比５％、１５％、２５％的Ｃａ－Ｃｌ２溶液，十二烷基磺酸钠的适宜添加量分别为０．３％～０．５％、０．２％～０．５％、０．２％～０．５％，此时溶液的渗透能力可分别提高约１０％、１０％、１５％。对于重量比５％、１５％、２５％的水玻璃溶液，十二烷基磺酸钠的适宜添加量为０．２％～０．４％、０．３％～０．４％、０．５％～０．６％，此时溶液的渗透能力可分别提高２５％、２０％、２２％。该结果对有效利用氯化钙和水玻璃进行固土抑尘具有重要意义。     

利用废树脂等工业废料制备高孔隙率陶粒的试验研究

制备的多孔陶粒烧成温度为1120～1140℃,其原料由28％～32％城市污泥、32％～35％万年铅锌尾矿、6％～9％絮凝污泥、8％～10％粉煤灰、18％～21％废树脂组成.该陶粒吸水率为53.2％,显气孔率为59.13％,体积密度为1.16g/m3,抗压强度为1.52 MPa,耐酸性为98.1％,耐碱性为98.7％.     

非金属矿作化肥载体的应用

我国2003年化肥产量3900万t，其中氮肥2880万t，占74％，磷肥868万t，占17％；钾肥158万t，占4％。据云南农科院土肥所和有关文献提供的数据，我国农作物对氮的利用率：碳酸氢铵为22％，尿素为35％，硫酸铵为45％；磷的利用率只有10％～15％，钾的利用率40％～50％，比国外低10％～20％，

某含银铅锌矿中铅、锌、银、硫的品位分别为2.65％、4.15％、69.07 g/t、5.21％,其中铅、锌氧化率分别为5.92％、3.71％.采用铅锌硫顺序优先浮选工艺流程,使用新型高效捕收剂SK9011加强对银矿物的回收,获得了良好的试验指标:铅精矿含铅62.04％,含银1 323.93 g/t,铅回收率为92.16％,银回收率为75.32％;锌精矿含锌57.70％,锌回收率90.53％;硫精矿含硫40.43％,硫回收率51.87％.

采用一段磨矿－部分混合浮选－混精铜铅分离、混选尾矿选锌流程及无氰药剂，提高了精矿品位及铜、铅、锌、银回收率。工业试验指标为：铜精矿铜品位由１６．４３％提高到２５．３１％、含铅由２７．８２％下降到１２．６４％；铅精矿铅品位由６３．３２％提高到６５．１０％、含铜由２．８７％下降到０．７２％；锌精矿锌品位由４４．６８％提高到４７．４３％。铜、铅、锌、银回收率分别为７２．５６％、８７．６０％、６７．２６％和８６．２６％，与原工艺相比、分别提高了４６．７０％、２．６２％、１．４８％和７．３３％。新工艺已成功转产，使矿山取得了明显的经济效益。
