电化学催化氧化脱硫方法是一种温和的化学脱硫方法,它比常规的物理和化学脱硫方法更具优势,对于无机硫(FeS2)和有机硫都有一定的脱除效果。但其脱硫机理至今还没有完全弄清楚。本文以石坷节高硫煤样为原料,在酸性体系下,利用电化学催化氧化方法对煤样进行了处理。并利用X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线荧光光谱(XRF)等现代测试手段研究煤中矿物成分,矿物元素含量的变化,以及电解液组分变化。研究表明,电化学催化氧化脱硫是借助电解阳极表面产生活性氧等氧化剂或高价离子氧化煤中的硫,将煤中黄铁矿硫和有机硫化物转化成水溶性的硫化合物,从而达到脱硫的目的。通过试验分析也可得出,加入的催化剂离子也参与了反应,加速了脱硫的进程。 相似文献

以山家林洗煤为原料,试验研究了酸性无隔膜电解体系中煤的电化学脱硫规律。试验结果表明中硫酸盐硫和黄铁硫都可获得理想的脱除效果,全硫脱除率最高可达54.8%。此外,红外光谱分析证实酸性体系中电化学脱硫对煤质影响较大,碳氢比明显增高,同时煤中有机硫也被明显脱除。 相似文献

通过正交实验确定了在氢氧化钠体系中脱除煤中硫份适宜条件,研究了脱硫条件对硫脱除率影响.表明NaOH电解体系脱除硫适宜条件:电流1.0 A,温度75℃,煤浆浓度0.040 g/ml,电解质浓度2.0 mol/L,电解时间4 h.在此条件下,脱硫率最高达70%.脱硫率随电流强度、煤浆浓度、电解温度和电解时间增加先增大,达到一定程度后,其变化不再明显,甚至降低;脱硫后,煤结构基本不发生变化,降低灰份. 相似文献

中高硫煤利用过程中产生大量的SOx排放到空气中,对环境造成严重的污染,这导致其利用困难。为实现中高硫煤清洁高效利用,基于软锰矿中二氧化锰的强氧化性,采用电场与软锰矿联合的技术促进高硫煤脱硫,重点考察不同反应条件对高硫煤脱硫率及软锰矿中锰的浸出率的影响,利用XRD,FTIR,XPS等分析测试方法,研究脱硫反应前后煤元素组成、硫含量等主要性质变化,探究其脱硫机理。结果表明,当软锰矿与高硫煤质量比为1/7,煤浆质量浓度为0.05 g/mL,反应时间5 h,反应温度80℃,初始硫酸浓度为1.2 mol/L,电流密度为600 A/m2时,与预处理煤相比,高硫煤脱硫率可达40.56%,锰的浸出率为95.23%。在相同反应条件下,与无电场浸出相比,电场的引入可使高硫煤脱硫率提高19.93%,软锰矿中锰的浸出率提高16.77%。经电场与软锰矿联合脱硫后的煤中的固定碳及热值略微降低,而挥发分和灰分略微增加,小分子增多,另外,煤中的分子结构基本未改变。在电场的作用下,软锰矿中二氧化锰的强氧化作用会促进煤粒表面有机分子键断裂,使高硫煤粒内部无机硫及有机硫充分暴露,... 相似文献

随着地下采煤活动不断加大,越来越多的输电杆塔不可避免地被建设在煤矿沉陷区。目前,现有手段采用靠人力去进行定期检查一定会浪费大量的人力和物力,因而需开展对位于煤矿沉陷区的杆塔进行实时在线检测。基于NB-IoT和LoRa提出了一种新的算法——低功耗广域网(LPWAN)技术,提出了一种新型的输电杆塔倾斜监测系统,其中包含1个主节点和多个子节点,以适应地域广和远距离的需求信息监控。该系统通过LoRa多节点网络的数据传输,将杆塔的倾斜参数通过NB-IoT上传至在线实时监控系统。管理人员可以从后台得出监测数据并分析结果,及时对处于煤矿沉陷区的有故障的输电杆塔进行针对性的维护。 相似文献
