对Cr-33.3%Ta(原子分数)混合粉末进行高能球磨,采用X射线衍射仪分析了机械合金化对Laves相TaCr_2固相合成反应的影响。结果表明,机械合金化过程对TaCr_2的固相合成反应产生显著活化效果,Cr-33.3%Ta混合粉球磨30 h后,再高温固相合成3 h时,使Laves相TaCr_2固相合成反应充分进行的温度门槛值为1 000℃,而未机械活化的原始样品的合成温度门槛值为1 350℃;在1 000℃×3 h高温合成时,使Laves相TaCr_2合成反应充分进行的机械合金化时间为25 h;球磨30 h的Cr-33.3%Ta混合粉在1 000℃合成时,固相合成反应充分进行的最短时间为1 h;为了避免或减少机械合金化粉末在发生Laves相TaCr_2固相合成反应之前发生非平衡过饱和固溶体的脱溶,应尽量采用到温进炉的方式。  相似文献

在水溶液中高能机械球磨金属粉末(水磨法)成功地制备了Mn3O4,Cu2O,Fe3O4等金属纳米氧化物以及Zn(OH)2和ZnO的混合粉末,在球磨过程中金属粉末表面反应层的不断剥落引发固液反应的发生.制得的粉末平均粒度在20-100 nm之间.调整溶液的pH值可控制反应速率及产物的形成.  相似文献

通过X射线衍射(X-ray)、电子扫描电镜(SEM)观察,分析了经高能球磨后互不相溶的Al-Pb混合粉末的微观组织变化。结果表明:在高能球磨过程中相Pb颗粒细化速度优于硬相Al颗粒;且球磨2h形成Pb(Al)固溶体;细小的Pb颗粒均匀分散于基体中,并为Al颗粒所包围,有利于克服Al-Pb系统制备工艺中宏观偏析现象而制备高性能的耐磨材料。  相似文献

研究通过Cu球对液态金属Sn在不同温度及时间内球磨制备Cu-Sn金属间化合物的过程,采用X射线和扫描电镜及透射电镜等分析手段分析产物特征.结果表明,在球料比为10:1,转速为80r/min的条件下,用Cu球对液态Sn进行不同时间及温度的液态球磨后,得到了不同的金属间化合物.在400℃时金属间化合物为Cu6Sn5,500℃及600℃时产物为Cu3Sn.加铜粉可以加快反应速度.采用固液反应球磨技术在高温下可以形成粒度很小,甚至达到纳米级的金属间化合物粉末.与机械合金化相比,固液反应球磨技术生成金属间化合物的速度较快,且成分单一.  相似文献

采用机械合金化方法制备了成分均匀、晶粒超细化的Cu50 Cr50 微粉 ,并对该粉末进行了致密化研究。结果发现 ,采用热压工艺可以将Cu50 Cr50 微粉制备成组织细小、分布均匀的CuCr触头材料 ,该材料表现出较高热组织稳定性 ,同时还分析了致密化过程中发生的组织变化和过饱和固溶体的脱溶过程。  相似文献

采用高能球磨法制备金锡共晶合金钎料,研究球磨后样品的微观组织随球磨时间的演变规律.XRD的检测结果表明,随着球磨时间的延长,球磨后的样品中依次出现ε相(AuSn_2)、δ相(AuSn)和ζ相(Au_5Sn)等金属间化合物,出现顺序与合金化程度密切相关.SEM及EDX的观察结果表明,随着球磨时间的延长,单质Au粉与Sn粉之间实现了充分的合金化,标志粉末处于焊合过程中的河流状变形带的密度逐渐降低,最后趋于消失,组织整体均匀性提高,获得了成分均匀的共晶合金.  相似文献

采用机械合金化制备致密的Mo-18%Cu复合材料,利用粒度分析仪、XRD和SEM研究了不同球磨时间对Mo-Cu复合材料的粉末粒度、形貌、力学性能和断裂形貌的影响.试验结果表明,随着球磨时间的增加,粉末的晶粒尺寸不断减小,烧结后样品的相对密度不断提高.球磨60 h的混合粉末在1 350 ℃下烧结2 h后的相对密度可达98.6%,硬度达63.9HRC.  相似文献

以Fe,Si,Al为原料,采用高能球磨技术制备了FeSiAl合金粉末,研究了不同球料质量比,球磨时间对粉末的相结构,形貌和微波电磁性能的影响。结果表明: FeSiAl完成合金化的球料质量比为40:1,球磨时间为100h。随着球磨时间的增加,粉体的磁导率增加,而介电常数得到了降低,因而阻抗匹配更加优异。FeSiAl合金体积分数为35%的吸波材料,在厚度2mm时,在8.5GHz处,具有较低的反射率(-18.3dB)。  相似文献

采用机械合金化结合微波烧结制备钡铁氧体,通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)对钡铁氧体制备过程的组织和性能进行分析。结果表明:在高能球磨初期,颗粒粒径减小,粉体得到细化,随球磨时间延长,部分BaCO3固溶于Fe2O3中形成固溶体;高能球磨40 h的物料,经900℃微波烧结,烧结材料组织均匀,晶粒得到充分生长,有明显的六角结构生成,比饱和磁化强度为53.7 Am2/kg,矫顽力为447058.4 A/m;相比于传统烧结,微波烧结制备的钡铁氧体磁性能与之相近,但烧结温度降低了100℃,且样品的颗粒大小更均匀,烧结时间更短。  相似文献
