将改性后纳米TiO2在单体乙二醇(EG)中超声分散30min,并与对苯二甲酸(TPA)混合后放人反应釜中,采用先酯化后缩聚的工艺制备PET/纳米TiO2复合材料。用特性黏度、红外光谱、SEM和DSC分析PET及PET/纳米TiO2复合材料。结果表明,PET中加入纳米TiO2后,没有新的化学键形成,纳米TiO2与PET的相互作用主要是物理作用,其相对黏度及特性黏度都有所增加。纳米TiO2和分散剂PEG同时加入EG后用超声波分散,可以明显改善其分散性。纳米TiO2加入PET中起到了异相成核作用。PET/纳米TiO2复合体系只有TiO2含量为3%对的过冷度明显减小,结晶能力增强。 相似文献

论述了聚乙二醇在TiOSO4 常温氨水水解反应制备纳米TiO2 粉末中的作用 ,并对不同制备条件及热处理温度下的纳米TiO2 粉末结构、粒径大小和比表面积进行了表征。讨论了水解时聚乙二醇的加入与否和煅烧条件对纳米TiO2 粉末的团聚作用 ,以及对晶型转变温度、粒径大小、比表面积等因素的影响。结果表明 :水解时加入聚乙二醇制得的纳米TiO2 粉末团聚作用小 ,颗粒为球形 ,平均粒径为 7.4nm ,平均比表面积为 1 1 6.5 5m2 /g ,最高比表面积达 1 60 .92m2 /g。 相似文献

本文叙述了纳米金属微粒及金属氧化物微粒的吸波隐形原理、空心微球为基核载体,表面镀覆纳米金属微粒Cu,Ni及金属氧化物微粒TiO2,制备隐形材料的工艺过程,作为吸波材料的基体,空心微球的粒度1-10μm较好,控制一定的金属置换与沉降速度,可获得在470-3500nm,389-415nm波长内具有较较吸收率的空心微球镀Cu,Ni,TiO2的吸波材料。 相似文献

通过插层法和溶胶-凝胶法制备了PVA/MMT/TiO2三元复合薄膜。结果表明,MMT、TiO2均匀分散于基体中,由于无机柱子的协同增强作用.PVA/MMT/TiO2三元复合薄膜的热分解温度比纯PVA薄膜提高了59℃:MMT的质量一定时.复合薄膜的拉伸强度、直角撕裂强度和弹性模量随TiO2质量分数的增加而增加。并在TiO2质量分数为1.0%时分别达到最大值,但断裂伸长率则一直下降.MMT质量分数为3.0%、TiO2质量分数为1.0%、pH为7、搅拌3h和反应温度90℃条件下.制得的复合薄膜的性能最佳。 相似文献

通过光降解甲基橙实验,研究了利用溶胶-凝胶法制备出的黑电气石/TiO2/稀土离子(Nd3+,Gd3+)复合材料的光催化效率。探讨了黑电气石掺量、稀土离子(Nd3+,Gd3+)掺量和甲基橙初始浓度对降解率的影响,并分析了黑电气石和稀土离子对光催化反应的作用机理。结果表明,黑电气石和稀土元素的加入显著提高了TiO2的光催化效率,复合材料对甲基橙的最高降解率比纯TiO2提高了约26%。Nd3+、Gd3+与黑电气石的最佳掺量分别为0.15%、0.10%和1.5%。 相似文献

本文利用Raman光谱对TiO2/白云母纳米复合材料中TiO2纳米镀层的相转变和相组成进行了研究.结果表明:对于纯纳米TiO2,在导晶剂Sn^4 使用适量时,无定形纳米Ti(OH)4在热处理过程中不经过锐钛矿相而直接生成金红石相;对于TiO2/白云母纳米复合材料,TiO2纳米镀层仍然是以金红石相占优势的金红石、锐钛矿的混合相。TiO2纳米镀层的Raman光谱显示出强烈的Raman散射,证实了TiO2纳米镀层的多晶特征。随纳米镀层厚度增大,TiO2的颗粒粒度增大,结晶度提高。 相似文献
