采用富铝煤矸石、铁精矿粉、焦炭为原料,经过碳热还原氮化在1 400~1 550℃保温4h条件下合成Fe-Sialon复相材料。利用XRD、SEM和EDS检测手段研究合成温度、焦炭添加量对富铝煤矸石碳热还原氮化的影响。结果表明:①制备得到了Fe-Sialon复相材料,所得产物的主要物相为β-Sialon和Fe3Si;②反应温度为1 400、1 450、1 550℃时,焦炭添加量对产物物相的影响较大。焦炭添加为理论量或过量10%时,所得产物中莫来石、Fe3Si相为主晶相,次晶相为X-Sialon或α-Al2O3,均没有β-Sialon相生成;当焦炭过量大于50%时,X-Sialon作为过渡相向β-Sialon转变,有利于β-Sialon相的生成;③1 500℃下合成的Fe-Sialon复相材料中,β-Sialon为主晶相,其发育成不是很完善的棱柱状晶体。在β-Sialon相周围分散的球状颗粒为Fe3Si相,颗粒直径1~2μm。在本试验条件下,合成Fe-Sialon复相材料的适宜温度为1 500℃,焦炭适宜添加量为理论添加量和焦炭过量10%。  相似文献

以Al(OH)3 为起始原料,采用烧结法,运用SEM、XRD、DSC 等分析技术,研究了Mgo 掺杂对α-Al2O3,显微结构的影响.研究发现,MgO 可以抑制亚稳态氧化铝向稳定态α-Al2O3 的物相转变,同时还可以改变α-Al2O3 的结晶习性,在没有添加剂的作用下,生成的α-Al2O3 是蠕虫状空间网状结晶,在MgO 作用下,α-Al2O3 晶粒细小,晶粒之间的结合不规则,其原因在于MgO是一种高挥发物质,与Al2O3 反应,与在仅α-Al2O3 的晶界处形成MgAl2O4 阻止α-Al2O3 晶粒生长.  相似文献

以粉煤灰为铝、硅源制备纳米α-Al203和Si02(白炭黑),并对α-Al2O3进行表面改性实验研究,结果表明:粉煤灰和碳酸钠采用1:1的配比,800℃低温保温2h,可得到自粉化较容易的霞石相.硅、铝分离盐酸浓度3.5mol/L,样品的产率较高.XRD衍射图谱及SEM分析得知:Al(OH)3经1100℃煅烧后,得到纯度达99.9%,比表面积为180m2/g,粒径达到纳米级的α-Al2O3;从硅胶可获得纯度达99.9%比表面积为374m2/g的SiO2(白炭黑).改性研究表明:制备的α-Al2O3性能优良.  相似文献

试验以八水合氧氯化锆、六水合氯化铝为主要原料,氨水作为沉淀剂,采用液相法制备氧化铝—氧化锆复合粉体。研究烧成温度对氧化铝—氧化锆复相粉体结晶性能的影响,结果表明:复合粉体在1 200℃烧成后主要生成四方氧化锆,从高温冷却到室温过程四方相转化成单斜相,伴随着体积膨胀,随着烧结温度增加,经1 590℃烧成后氧化铝由立方相转化为六方相,全部生成了α-氧化铝,相变的发生对粉体的性能有一定的促进作用,粉体具有较高的烧结活性,晶相分布均匀。  相似文献

巴基斯坦某河滨重砂原采用螺旋溜槽—跳汰重选选别,无法实现其中重晶石与锆英石的有效分离。为有效开发利用该资源,对Ba O、Zr O2品位分别为13.31%、12.54%的重选精矿经强磁选作业除去钛铁矿物后进行重晶石与锆英石浮选分离试验。以水玻璃为抑制剂,阴离子型表面活性剂烷2#与脂肪酸类捕收剂油8#为重晶石组合捕收剂,脂肪酸类捕收剂油8#与胺类捕收剂F-102为锆英石组合捕收剂,在最佳药剂制度下,强磁尾矿经1粗2精1扫优先浮选重晶石—尾矿1粗2精1扫浮选锆英石,最终可获得产率22.51%,Ba O品位63.18%、回收率95.44%,含2.13%Zr O2的重晶石精矿和产率22.54%,Zr O2品位63.87%、回收率86.19%,含1.23%Ba O的锆英石精矿。试验结果可为该资源的高效利用提供技术参考。  相似文献

利用高能球磨对液相沉淀法合成的前驱物碱式碳酸铝铵(AACH)进行处理,研究了高能球磨对AACH晶型转变的影响,以及球磨条件对片状超细α-Al2O3粉末物理化学性能的影响。运用XRD、激光粒度分析仪、SEM等多种现代分析检测技术对粉体的性能进行了表征。结果表明:高能球磨能显著降低AACH完全转变为α-Al2O3的温度,在以无水乙醇为球磨介质。球磨转速为300r/min,球料比为20:1,球磨时间为4h的条件下,能得到无团聚、粒径为2μm左右,片层厚度为0.3μm左右的片状超细α-Al2O3粉末。  相似文献

借助XRD和SEM手段,研究了以锆英石和工业氧化铝为原料,在不同温度下采用碳热还原氮化工艺合成ZrN-Sialon复相材料时,氧化铝添加量对复相材料中Sialon相z值的影响。结果表明:在1 500和1 550 ℃下,产物形貌以颗粒状的ZrN和长柱状的β-Sialon为主;当Al2O3用量为理论量和过量5%时,Sialon相主要为Si3Al3O3N5(β-Sialon,z=3);当Al2O3用量为过量10%和20%时,Sialon相出现Si2Al4O4N4(β-Sialon,z=4)。在1 600 ℃下,产物均为ZrN和Sialon相,其中Sialon相转化为具有片状形貌特征的SiAl4O2N4(15R型AlN多型体);增加Al2O3添加量会促进Sialon相的转化。合成ZrN-Sialon复相材料的适宜氧化铝用量为理论量或过量5%,适宜温度为1 550 ℃。  相似文献
