用抗弯强度及测量颗粒出露高度的方法研究了表面镀覆Ti及Ti Ni的金刚石在电火花脉冲放电烧结条件下镀层的行为,研究了镀层对制品抗弯强度及颗粒出露高度的影响,在体视显微镜下观察了金刚石表面镀层与镀层之间、镀层与金属颗粒之间的放电及熔焊现象。研究表明,表面具有金属性质的镀覆Ti及Ti Ni镀层金刚石能够参与粉末冶金过程中的脉冲放电烧结,有熔焊现象,增加了金刚石颗粒与基体金属的把持能力,从而大幅度提高了制品的抗弯强度及颗粒出露高度。  相似文献

为了提高金刚石与金属结合剂间的把持力, 将镀Ni金刚石在1050℃下处理1 h, 然后用浓硝酸清洗金刚石表面, 最后采用真空热压烧结制备铜基结合剂金刚石样条。用扫描电子显微镜观察高温处理前后金刚石镀层表面形貌, 通过铜基结合剂样条的抗弯强度来评价金刚石与铜基结合剂间的结合力。用X射线衍射仪分析高温处理后镀层与金刚石间的物相。结果表明: 镀Ni金刚石经1050℃处理1 h后, 镀层基本上保持完整, 金刚石表面变粗糙; 铜基结合剂金刚石样条的抗弯强度从未镀金刚石的759 MPa增加到镀Ni金刚石的791 MPa, 再增加到高温处理镀Ni金刚石的833 MPa, 说明金刚石与铜基结合剂间把持力得到有效提高。  相似文献

采用盐浴镀对金刚石颗粒进行表面镀Ti,并采用放电等离子烧结制备高导热Al/金刚石复合材料,探讨了镀覆温度对金刚石表面镀Ti层结构、成分以及Al/金刚石烧结体导热性能的影响。结果表明,在较低的温度(700℃)镀覆30min即能够使金刚石表面包覆一层较为均匀的镀Ti层,镀层表面光滑平坦。当镀覆温度升高,金刚石不同类型表面呈现不同的镀层形貌。Ti在金刚石(100)面沉积速率要高于(111)面,表明金刚石(100)面比(111)面活性更高。随着金刚石镀Ti温度的提高,Al/金刚石复合材料的热导率逐步下降。相比之下,700℃镀覆温度下所得金刚石表面镀层较薄,而且镀层与金刚石之间结合力较强,SPS烧结过程中金刚石与Al基体能够实现较为紧密的结合,因而复合材料热导率优于其它更高镀覆温度条件下所制备的Al/金刚石复合材料。  相似文献

以Ti、Si、C粉、金刚石磨料为原料,添加适量Al粉,采用热压法制备Ti3SiC2陶瓷结合剂/金刚石复合材料,通过X射线衍射、扫描电镜及能谱分析对该复合材料的组织结构进行观察与分析,并研究烧结温度、助熔剂 Al 含量以及金刚石浓度对复合材料的影响。结果表明,因金刚石的反应活性较差,较低温度下热压时金刚石表面未能生长出Ti3SiC2,1300℃高温下热压形成的Ti3SiC2晶粒发育良好;适量添加Al粉有助于Ti3SiC2的合成;金刚石颗粒浓度从25%增加到50%时,金刚石参与并促进Ti3SiC2的合成,Ti3SiC2含量明显增加;金刚石表面生成晶型发育良好的Ti3SiC2晶粒,实现了磨料与结合剂的化学键合,从而提高结合剂与磨料间的结合力。  相似文献

用滚镀的方法在金刚石表面镀Ni层和纳米Si_3N_4/Ni复合镀层,用扫描电子显微镜观察金刚石镀前和镀后的表面形貌,用DKY-1型单颗粒抗压强度测定仪测量金刚石单颗粒的抗压强度。用热压烧结的方法得到铁基结合剂金刚石节块,在INSTRON-5569型万能材料试验机上测量节块的抗弯强度,在NMW-1立式万能摩擦磨损试验机上测试节块的耐磨性。结果表明:在金刚石表面镀Ni层和纳米Si_3N_4/Ni复合镀层后,表面镀层均匀,纳米Si_3N_4/Ni复合镀层比纯Ni层更致密,更平滑,晶粒更细小;纳米Si_3N_4/Ni复合镀层金刚石单颗粒有更高的抗压强度;纳米Si_3N_4/Ni复合镀层金刚石铁基结合剂节块有更高的抗弯强度和更优良的耐磨性。  相似文献

硬质合金具有硬度高、强度好、耐腐蚀和耐磨损的特点,采用传统方法难以满足精密及超精密加工的技术要求。文中研究人造金刚石的品种、粒度、浓度和金属结合剂成分等对金刚石砂轮磨削性能的影响,结果表明:在相同浓度下,粗粒度砂轮具有较高的磨削效率,随着磨粒粒度减小,加工表面质量得到改善,但砂轮尖角保形性先提高后减小;结合剂中加入强碳化合物形成元素和控制结合剂中脆硬相含量有助于提高砂轮磨削性能。  相似文献

采用共沉淀法制备含有Co、Ni、Sn元素的Fe-Cu基预合金粉,在此预合金粉中添加25%(质量分数)的WC作为骨架相,在700~860℃温度下真空热压烧结,获得金刚石工具用金属结合剂。利用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对预合金粉末及金属结合剂进行形貌观察与物相分析,并测定烧结体的硬度、抗弯强度及磨耗比等力学性能。结果表明,Fe-Cu基预合金粉已形成固溶体,实现了合金化,粉末粒度较细,约在3μm左右,表面较光滑,呈不规则状。Fe-Cu基预合金粉末的原子扩散及相变主要发生在820~846℃温度范围内,在820℃下热压烧结时效果最好,胎体孔洞缺陷少,具有最佳的物理与力学性能,硬度为113.9HRB,致密度达到98.86%,抗弯强度为1306.4 MPa,结合剂对金刚石颗粒的包镶能力最强。  相似文献
