研究了采用氧化焙烧—浓硫酸强化浸出工艺从钼镍矿中回收钼和镍。试验结果表明:钼镍矿氧化焙烧最佳温度为700℃,最佳焙烧时间2h;氧化焙砂在V(浓硫酸)/m(焙砂)=2mL/g、温度150℃条件下浸出3h,钼、镍浸出率分别为96.4%和85.6%。  相似文献

对难选镍钼多金属矿进行了加钙氧化焙烧工艺试验研究。对氧化钙用量、焙烧时间、液固比、浸出温度等条件进行了试验研究,确定了各个因素最佳条件:氧化钙为镍钼矿的35%,焙烧时间2h,液固比2:1,浸出温度95℃。钼、镍的浸出率分别高达97%、93%,固硫率65%。  相似文献

采用氧压-碱浸镍钼矿,在简要介绍和分析试验原理的基础上,以钼浸出率为考察指标,重点探讨加碱量、温度、时间、液固比、矿物粒度等参数对钼浸出率的影响。试验结果表明:在NaOH为100 g/L、Na_2CO_3/镍钼矿质量比为30%、反应温度100℃、反应时间5 h、液固比3∶1、粒度0.074~0.058 mm条件下,钼浸出率可达97%以上,Ni在浸出渣中含量提高1.43%以上,钼在浸出渣中含量可降低至0.78%以下,有效实现了镍钼矿中的镍、钼分离。  相似文献

采用XRD和光谱分析确定了含钼石煤中钼的主要物相。将石煤粉碎过0.074mm筛,添加碳酸钠造球,氧化焙烧,然后用水作为浸出剂浸出钼,考查了焙烧温度、焙烧时间和球团粒径对钼浸出率的影响。结果表明,最佳焙烧温度为650℃、焙烧时间为3h、球团粒径大小为5~15mm,在该条件下,钼浸出率可达96.32%。  相似文献

采用硫酸化氧化焙烧—水浸工艺从高铁低镁的红土镍矿中提取镍、钴,主要研究了硫酸用量、酸化氧化焙烧温度和时间、水浸时间、水浸液固比等因素对镍、钴浸出率的影响。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:矿石粒度-1mm,按酸料比0.54在300℃焙烧1h再升至800℃焙烧2h,水浸液固比3∶1,水浸温度70℃,水浸时间2h,此时镍、钴浸出率分别达到91.00%和91.51%,铁浸出率仅为2.72%。  相似文献

采用酸性氧化浸出-酸渣碱浸工艺对镍钼矿进行了浸出回收。结果表明:在盐酸用量为0.52 mol(每100 g原矿),固体氧化剂N1用量为原矿质量的60%,液固比为3∶1,温度90℃左右,浸出时间2 h的条件下,镍、钼浸出率分别为92%、60%;在氢氧化钠用量为酸浸氧化后干渣质量的45%,液固比为3∶1,温度40~50℃左右,浸出时间15 min的条件下,钼浸出率可达90%以上,钼的总回收率在96%以上。该工艺流程简单、能耗较少、镍钼回收率高,可避免火法脱硫的烟气污染。  相似文献

对于难处理铀钼矿而言,硫酸焙烧法可有效活化铀、钼组分并实现高效提取。焙烧过程正交试验结果表明,焙烧温度和焙烧时间对铀、钼浸出率均有较大影响,而酸矿质量比对铀浸出率影响更显著,硫酸浓度对钼浸出率影响更大。TG/DTG分析表明,整个焙烧过程可分为3个阶段:27.4~66.7、66.7~141.1、141.1~267.3 ℃;对应的Kissinger微分法反应活化能分别为17.592、16.878、38.660 kJ/mol。硫酸焙烧熟料浸出优化工艺参数为:浸出温度80 ℃、浸出时间3 h、液固体积质量比5 mL/g。  相似文献

镍钼矿是一种多金属难处理复杂矿,其中含有Mo 0.2%~8.0%,Ni 0.2%~7.0%,镍钼矿的开发利用越来越多地受到关注。介绍了我国镍钼矿资源的特点及分布情况,综述了镍钼矿的选矿处理、冶金处理提取镍、钼的工艺条件、应用情况及各自的优缺点,以及镍钼矿中其他有价元素,如钒和硒的综合回收利用。由于镍钼矿组成和结构复杂,选矿成本高,选矿产生的经济效益不明显。镍钼矿处理的传统工艺为直接还原熔炼法制取镍钼铁合金,或钠盐焙烧后水浸制取氧化钼,但工艺过程产生含SO2的烟气,环境污染大,产品档次低;目前镍钼矿提钼主要采用氧压碱浸、氧化焙烧-碱浸等工艺,以获得高品质的钼酸铵,及较高的钼回收率,但镍钼矿中的镍在工艺过程中未能得到有效的回收利用。镍钼矿采用加钙氧化焙烧-低温硫酸化焙烧-水浸处理工艺,可以同时将镍钼矿中的钼和镍回收,镍和钼的回收率分别达到92%和96%以上,而且能够避免SO2烟气的产生,具有工艺流程短、生产成本低、环境友好等优点。此外,镍钼矿生物处理工艺也展现出了很好的应用前景。  相似文献
