载金炭常压解吸化学提金工艺及其应用

摘要:用平行比较的方法, 测定了相同条件下国产山楂活性炭和美国椰子亮活性炭在水中搅拌预处理结果、球磨强度和在石英砂介质中搅拌磨损情况, 同时研究比较了两种活性炭的吸金速度、吸金容量、解吸效果和在连续逆流炭浆工艺中运行情况和金的吸附收率。结果表明, 山楂核活性炭的耐磨强度比美国椰壳炭好。而各项吸金性能及用于炭桨工艺的吸金率和美国椰壳相同,是一种优良的黄金生产用活性炭。     

高铜载金炭脱铜技术研究及应用

为解决紫金山金铜矿选矿厂产生的高铜载金炭对提金生产造成的不利影响,采用氰化脱铜-堆浸末期降铜工艺进行了除铜试验研究及生产实践。其结果表明:小型氰化脱铜试验铜脱除率可达9l%以上;氰化脱铜-堆浸末期降铜工业生产实践中,为降低生产成本,脱铜率达50%以上即可,此时已满足解吸金的指标要求,其高铜载金炭铜品位由20 g/kg以上降到10 g/kg以下,脱铜载金炭高温高压解吸金的解吸率达到97.5%以上,脱金炭金品位基本降至0.1 g/kg以下;其堆浸末期降铜技术的应用,较好地解决了脱铜液难处理的问题。该工艺具有成本低、投资少、操作简单、效益显著等优点。     

用湿法冶金方法从矿石中提取金和银

美国矿务局在美国西部贵金属矿的复兴方面起着重要的作用。近三十年来许多应用于工业的提取金和银的技术都是矿务局倡导并开发的。1952年研究了从颗粒活性炭上洗提金的技术,从而使活性炭可以重复使用。1969年堆浸的设想应用于一些低品位金、银和废矿的处理过程中。堆浸技术与炭吸附—解吸方法的结合可使用便宜的原料进行经济地加工。1970年研究了一种次氯酸盐氧化处理工艺,提高了氰化法处理含炭金矿时金的提取率。早在五十年代就曾尝试使用“炭浆法”技术从矿石中提取金,但是由于金的固定价格和操作成本的增加,使氰化法在经济上无利可图。矿务局和霍姆斯坦克采矿公司开办了“炭浆法”中间工厂,1972年在霍姆斯坦克矿的工业生产中应用了这项技术。1973年开发了一种从活性炭上解吸金、银的加压洗提法,该方法可以减少洗提工序所需要的操作时间,1976年发展起来的醇解吸法也可以减少活性炭的洗提时间。1979年提出了一种团矿预处理方法,可使堆浸技术应用于粘土质贵金属矿的加工过程中。对于这些技术,几乎所有的贵金属采矿公司在生产工厂中都至少采用了一种。     

从张家口金矿引进炭浆提金工艺看我国的炭浆厂几个问题

1973年世界上第一座炭浆法提金厂在美国霍姆斯特克投产以来,国外已有50多座炭浆厂相继投产。炭浆提金技术已趋成熟,工艺、设备已臻完善。与此同时,我国进行了广泛的炭浆提金技术报道和科学试验研究工作。从1983年起,我国有关单位一方面着手引进炭浆法提金新工艺,一方面自己研究设     

磁性炭浆法提金工艺可行性研究

本文评述了炭浆法工艺中存在着炭损失金问题，采用化学热处理法制备了磁性活性炭，与普通活性炭相比，其吸金速度和载金容量相近，吸附之金能顺利解吸，它经多次重复使用后仍保持磁性，采用磁选机可回收７５％以上碎载金炭。磁性炭用于炭浆法是可行的。采用磁性炭浆法工艺可以明显提高黄金回收率。     

高温高压解吸工艺中炭强度变化的试验研究

采用高压釜模拟高温高压法进行从载金炭上解吸金的试验,并研究了解吸过程中解吸液NaOH质量分数、解吸时间、载金炭钙质量分数对炭强度的影响。其结果表明：解吸液中NaOH质量分数大于2％时对炭的强度影响较大;在保证金解吸率高于95％的前提下,解吸时间越短对炭强度衰减影响越小;载金炭钙质量分数低于2％时对解吸过程中炭强度的影响较小,当载金炭钙质量分数高于4％时对解吸过程中炭强度的影响较大。此研究对实际生产中减少解吸过程中炭的磨损、粉化具有一定指导意义。     

关于辽宁阜新排山楼金矿选矿厂改扩建的构思

通过对辽宁排山楼金矿所提供矿石类型和性质的分析,结合长春黄金研究所对该矿提供的矿石进行的单一浮选、磨选、全泥氰化-锌粉置换和全泥氰化-炭浆提金及浮选-精矿氰化等流程的实验研究,最终确定全泥氰化-炭浆提金的选矿工艺为最佳的设计方案。对于提金工艺,锌粉置换和炭浆提金方案工艺指标相同,在技术上均成熟可行,但炭浆提金工艺基建投资和年经营费均低于锌粉置换工艺,故本设计采用了炭浆提金工艺。采用活性炭吸附金,取代传统的用洗涤进行固液分离,流程简单,效果好。设计的选矿工艺指标为：金的浸出率80%,吸附率99%,解析电解率99%,氰化回收率78.41%,尾矿品位0.18%。     

用MICRON溶剂蒸馏法从活性炭上淋洗金

往氰化物水溶液中加入有机溶剂能加快从活性炭上解吸金。65—80℃时,淋洗金的速率较快,且不受水质的影响。Micron法包括用NaCN-NaOH溶液预处理负载金的炭,随后用甲醇蒸汽和冷凝液淋洗金。在蒸馏器上方的柱子中装入炭作分馏柱。回收甲醇冷凝液后,剩下不含甲醇的浓集有金的溶液以及含量多于200克/吨金且适合循环使用的炭。乙腈和乙醇的水溶液从炭上淋洗金的效率相同,它们从炭上淋洗金的速率稍快于甲醇。文中叙述了用甲醇、乙醇和乙腈作淋洗剂的实验室和中间工厂的试验结果。通常用一个床层体积的淋洗剂经6小时淋洗就能从炭上淋洗下金,并得到浓的金淋洗液。经上述溶剂淋洗后的炭保持较高的动力学活性,它比用Anglo或Zadra法淋洗后的炭的活性要高一些。费用估算表明,由于Micron法淋洗时间短和能耗低,因此比Zadra法便宜,适合于需要定期迅速淋洗和循环炭的作业。

"Consciousness and the voices of the mind": Response to the discussants.

In planning the McMaster University Brain and Behaviour Research Programme's 1983 Bauer lecture, it was deemed that a topic in the area of cognitive neuroscience might be suitable, preferably one of a general nature that would be of interest to several disciplines. Consciousness, one of the most perplexing of human issues, requires that we question how the living material of the human brain results in the subjective awareness humankind experiences. Julian Jaynes was asked to present the lecture, which was entitled "Consciousness and the voices of the mind" (see record 2007-08986-001). In this article, Jaynes responds to comments on his lecture by Daniel Dennett (see record 2007-09336-002), Jonathan Miller (see record 2007-09336-003), and George Ojemann (see record 2007-09336-004). Bootstrapping the security analyst.

Evaluated the feasibility of applying the "bootstrapping" methodology to 5 securities analysts' task of estimating future returns of common stock. Each S estimated the returns of 35 securities on the basis of 22 information cues, selected independently by nonparticipating analysts. Stepwise regression was used to estimate bootstrapping models and actuarial models for all analysts. Using a subset of 15 cross-validation securities, bootstrapping and actuarial models generally were superior to the analysts. The performance of a "composite" analyst was superior to the performances of the 5 Ss. Results indicate the desirability of incorporating linear models into the analyst's judgmental task.
