国内外特大宽厚板轧机机架有两种结构,即整体式机架和组合式机架。通过对整体式机架和组合式机架的结构、制造难度和使用状况的比较分析后,引入了预应力机架的设计思想,并对预应力机架的可行性进行了分析,对机架的结构形式、制造方法等方面进行了论述。由于重型预应力机架为分块式结构,制造的难度也随之降低,零件质量容易得到保证,制造周期也会因单件重量降低而大大缩短,更加符合重型机械制造低碳化的发展趋势。 相似文献

AbstractThe work rolls in the finishing stands of any hot strip mill (HSM) experiences thermal shock owing to changes in temperature from initial boundary conditions. The thermal expansion owing to the change of temperature is a major contributing factor to the final shape or the profile of the strip generated at different stands of finishing stands of the HSM. A mathematical model has been developed for the prediction of temperature profile for the surface and the inner depth of the roll in the finishing stand of a HSM. The numerical result from the model calculates the temperature profile in each stand of six finishing stands of the HSM and the corresponding thermal expansion at different stands. The temperature profile and the thermal expansion of the work rolls for a complete rolling schedule have been found from this model. The measurement of the thermal expansion has been found to match closely with the calculated one. 相似文献

This article describes the characteristics of the equipment of stands designed to dry the lining of steel-pouring ladles in shops at the West Siberian Metallurigical Combine. The equipment makes such stands more efficient and lowers fuel consumption. Specialists at the combine have designed a stand for heating the ladle lining to 1100–1200°C and have installed it in converter shop No. 2. Regimes have been developed for the drying and high-temperature heating of ladles on two vertical stands designed by the company American Combustion. The stands have an automated process control system. Drying and high-temperature heating regimes have also been developed for a newly rebuilt horizontal stand. 相似文献

CVC mills are generally used in the whole stands of CSP (Compact Strip Product). Their special “s” curve of work roll contour and shifting strategy aimed at controlling strip shape, and the characteristics of continuous casting and rolling production, which make the work roll wear in downstream stands seriously uneven, and easily form abnormal transverse profile at the rolling end. As a result, CVC mill configuration in the downstream stands can not meet the profile and flatness control requirement for schedule free rolling, and bring some difficulties in profile and flatness control for the subsequent cold rolling. Based on the characteristics of the shape control system of CSP production line, and combined with the theory of flat roll technology, a kind of technology solution of using flat roll in the downsteam stands for CSP hot strip mills was proposed. At last, industrial test was carried out in the last stand of Masteel CSP, and good results were obtained. 相似文献

Some results are presented from studies of an unconventional process that employs undriven stands to roll sections. This technology has been put to use on the continuous 250/150-6 light-section/rod mill at the Mittal Stil. Krivoy Rog Metallurgical Plant. The current objectives are to make more efficient use of such stands on the single-strand 250/150-6 light-section/rod mill and to experiment with their use on the two-strand 150-1 rod mill at the plant. It has been found that rolling sections with undriven stands can effectively solve numerous technical problems encountered in the production process. 相似文献

为掌握1 800 mm CSP轧机的板形调控特性,以某1 800 mm CSP轧机为研究对象,建立了不同机架的有限元模型。利用有限元模型分析了不同带钢宽度下的弯辊力与窜辊对带钢板廓的影响,计算出上、中、下游机架的板形调控特性,得出当前中游机架板形调控能力最强,上游次之,下游最弱,并且板形控制能力随着带钢宽度的减小而减小。根据弯辊与窜辊在当前板形控制中所占比例,得出CVC窜辊是当前凸度控制的主要手段。对现场实际窜辊数据进行分析,得出上游机架凸度控制能力不足,中游机架凸度控制能力偏大,同时,通过对不同宽度带钢窜辊数据的分析得出轧制窄带钢时更易出现凸度控制能力不足的情况。现场数据与有限元仿真结果相互验证,研究结论可以为现场的辊形改进提供较好的理论分析基础。 相似文献
