针对攀枝花钢钒有限公司1450热连轧生产规格变换频繁、同钢种带钢成分波动较大,导致换规格第1块带钢轧制力预报精度较低的情况,研究了精轧轧制力预报模型和其重要组成部分应力状态系数模型和变形抗力模型,结合现场生产数据,分析出化学成分修正系数和变形抗力自学习系数是影响轧制力预报精度的主要因素,从这两方面对模型进行优化,提高了轧制力预报精度。 相似文献

利用MMS-200热力模拟试验机对510 MPa级含钒低合金钢在850~1 100℃温度区间变形抗力进行研究,分析试验中变形温度、变形速率和变形程度对变形抗力的影响规律,并根据试验研究结果优化和完善热连轧变形抗力数学模型,该品种轧制力预报误差由8%~10%降低到5%以下,有效提高了过程控制数学模型的预报精度。 相似文献

采用热连轧生产过程实测数据,建立一种新型结构的精轧带钢变形抗力模型。首先,提出热轧带钢变形抗力广义相加模型的建立方法,包括清洗数据、建立子模型、验证子模型、修正子模型等建模步骤,给出了求解广义相加模型的局部积分算法。接着,针对某热连轧生产线进行变形抗力建模实验,基于收集到的大量热连轧带钢生产历史数据,根据轧制机理和先验知识对各模型自变量进行函数变换预处理,再采用参数估计方法并指定变形抗力模型的基本形式,通过局部积分算法迭代计算确定各自变量的单变量光滑函数。预测实践表明,新模型计算精度高于该热连轧机组在线模型,具有计算精度高、适应性强等优点。 相似文献

A deformation resistance model with generalized additive form for hot rolled strip was established based on the measured data of hot strip rolling process. Firstly, a deformation resistance modeling method for hot rolled strip was proposed under the framework of generalized additive models, including pre- analysis of variables, model setting, model estimation and result analysis; the back- fitting algorithm for the estimation of the univariate function of each independent variable was given. Then, the modeling experiment was carried out for Baosteel 1880 finishing mill, the generalized additive model for deformation resistance was established based on large number of strip sample data which covering many kinds of steel grades, the influence of strain temperature, strain and strain rate on deformation resistance was obtained. Practical calculation results show that the accuracy of new model is higher than that of the Baosteel online model. The new model has the advantages of high calculation precision and applicable to wide range of steel grades, and can be used in online process control of hot continuous rolling production. 相似文献

While it is acknowledged that roll wear is one of the most challenges to hot strip mills (HSM), very few studies which detail an exact prediction model have been published. The aim of this work is to evaluate and compare two prediction models with measured roll wear. The first prediction model, model 1, developed for a plate mill, was modified to use in strip rolling process. The second prediction model, model 2, is a simplified on‐line model. Data of two hot strip mills were used to investigate the influence of different rolling schedules. The rolls and strip properties were described and the rolling conditions were detailed. The influence of hot rolling factors, such as strip strength, roll grades, rolling temperature, rolling force, reduction and contact length, were also studied. When rolling with different work roll materials and strip grades, the modified prediction model has better prediction accuracy than the simplified model. The accuracy of both models becomes better at higher roll wear > 150 μm. HSS work rolls were confirmed to exhibit improvement of roll wear in comparison with HiCr rolls, the wear resistance was 3 to 4 times better. The influence of strip grade on roll wear was shown to be significant, with higher accuracy of the regression statistics for rolling with similar strip grades and lower regressed accuracy for rolling with mixed strip grades. 在合金钢棒材生产中,轧制过程中椭圆与圆孔型对棒材成品的尺寸精度及质量缺陷起决定性作用,在计算轧制工艺规程时一般用平均轧辊半径等效代替轧槽轮廓变化的轧辊半径,因此,平均轧辊半径计算模型的可靠程度对轧制工艺(轧制速度、压下量、轧制力等)的合理选取和产品几何尺寸精度的提升具有重要作用。在现有平均轧辊半径模型基础上,考虑不同合金钢种宽展影响,利用孔型轧制表面轮廓预测模型推导得出变形轧件断面形状与轧制临界点的求解公式,提出了用出口轧件断面面积与临界平均宽度来计算等效矩形平均高度的方法,得到了椭圆与圆孔型平均轧辊半径的新计算模型,并进行了轧制试验验证。试验结果表明,与现有模型相比,新计算模型在一定程度上提高了平均轧辊半径的计算精度。同时,基于合金成分影响系数探究了不同合金钢种轧制变形后的临界点分布对应关系。考虑到孔型侧壁直线的存在,对圆孔型轧制接触状态进行了阶段划分,当合金成分系数较小(碳结钢与珠光体-马氏体钢)时,轧制临界点落于圆弧轧槽上,所有计算模型均有效;当合金成分系数超过1.33(奥氏体钢与铁素体钢)时,轧制临界点扩展至侧壁直线上,原有计算模型失效,轧制工艺参数由新计算模型求解。基于新模型的合金钢种轧制临界分布对棒材轧制钢种变换工艺参数的快速制定具有重要指导意义。 相似文献

提出一种带钢热连轧精轧机组负荷分配的优化计算策略,采用多目标优化算法离线计算确定精轧各机架的轧制力分配系数,采用"压下模式+轧制力模式"相结合的方式实现负荷分配在线计算。为了确定各精轧机架的轧制力分配系数,建立兼顾轧制功率最小、负荷均衡与板形良好的负荷分配多目标优化模型;为了实现负荷分配在线计算,根据压下模式负荷分配计算确定厚度分配的初始值,根据CLAD算法进行轧制力模式负荷分配迭代计算,最后采用压下模式分配计算确定的压下率分布范围对轧制力模式分配结果进行限幅处理。新方法已成功应用于梅钢1 780mm热连轧生产线,在线应用表明该方法可以有效减少操作工干预,提高带钢精轧过程的轧制稳定性。 相似文献
