白色腐蚀裂纹(WEC)为不同于经典滚动接触疲劳(RCF)的轴承失效机制,因通常导致轴承早期失效而成为目前最受关注的轴承失效机制之一。对WEC失效与经典RCF的差异进行了概述,并以台架测试研究了多种附加载荷、轴承材料及其热处理和表面涂层对轴承WEC失效寿命的作用,以及钢的洁净度对轴承WEC失效和经典RCF寿命的不同影响。证实了附加载荷是发生WEC失效的必要条件,改善钢的洁净度可显著提高轴承经典RCF寿命,但不能作为提高轴承WEC失效寿命的有效方法。 相似文献

针对某钢厂CSP(Compact Strip Production)产线精轧机组主减速机轴承频繁失效问题,在获取减速机力能参数基础上,结合精轧机监测系统数据,采用有限元仿真对轴承应力水平进行分析,获得轴承及保持架应力谱,再采用疲劳累积损伤理论对轴承使用寿命进行分析,得出轴承保持架疲劳破坏是轴承失效的主要原因.因此,对轴承结构形式进行了优化,将原轴承更换为穿销孔轴承,重新进行疲劳寿命评估,发现改进后的轴承保持架的疲劳寿命很长,产生损坏的机率极少,可从根本上解决轴承故障问题. 相似文献

水城钢铁(集团)公司第一轧钢厂准高线车间的精轧机组采用的是摩根三代45°侧交无扭轧机,锥箱轴承采用的是美国摩根公司进口的全套轴承,其中8/6″锥箱内的MR-126-KC10轴承(以下简称轴承A)和MR-7310PD7B(以下简称为轴承B)上机运转才9天就失效了,远远小于设计的轴承寿命。由于摩根轴承价格昂贵,所造成的损失大,因此急需对轴承的失效原因进行分析。主要从轴承的材料和理论负荷校核等方面对摩根轴承的失效原因进行了研究。 相似文献

Component failures in water distribution systems are usually predicted by parametric models where the model parameters are determined by projecting the past failure rates of the component to the future. This paper shows that in such techniques, failures are implicitly assumed to be stationary random processes. However, due to the nonstationary nature of some influencing factors, this assumption may lead to inaccurate predictions. A new nonparametric technique is developed for failure prediction of classes of pipes considering this nonstationary process. The presented technique uses limited data that are typical to the databases of water distribution systems. In this method, maximum likelihood estimates of the probability of future failures are calculated and used, both to predict the number of failures occurring within a specified period of time in future, and to provide some lower and upper bounds (confidence intervals) for the estimations. This technique is applied to predict the failures of water pipes in western suburbs of Melbourne. Results of the predictions are compared with the empirical results from a failure record. Deviation of these predictions from empirical measures in terms of both rejection rates and mean-square errors of predictions are acceptable. 相似文献

Part I of this two-part paper evaluated the seismic response of typical multispan simply supported (MSSS) and multispan continuous steel girder bridges in the central and southeastern United States. The results showed that the bridges were vulnerable to damage resulting from impact between decks, and large ductility demands on nonductile columns. Furthermore, fixed and expansion bearings were likely to fail during strong ground motion. In this paper, several retrofit measures to improve the seismic performance of typical multispan simply supported and multispan continuous steel girder bridges are evaluated, including the use of elastomeric bearings, lead-rubber bearings, and restrainer cables. It is determined that lead-rubber bearings are the most effective retrofit measure for reducing the seismic vulnerability of typical bridges. While isolation provided by elastomeric bearings limits the forces into the columns, the added flexibility results in pounding between decks in the MSSS steel girder bridges. Restrainer cables, which are becoming a common retrofit measure, are effective in reducing the hinge opening in MSSS bridges with steel bearings. However, when used with elastomeric bearings, the restrainer cables negate the isolation effect of the bearings. 相似文献
