转炉冶炼20管用钢经济效益显著

江西钢厂1983年进行了转炉优钢化工作,转炉冶炼20管用钢7534.94吨,质量达到了电炉钢的水平。钢的含氮量仅为电炉钢的36％,钢中夹杂物总量与电炉钢相当。又由于采用了钢包吹氩的新工艺使钢质更加纯洁、均匀,提高了从荒管到成品的成材率近1％左右。 转炉冶炼20管用钢降低了能源消耗,提高了经济效益。原电炉钢的能耗折合成标准煤为326公斤标准煤/吨钢,转炉为63公斤标

关于1986年提高成材率情况的通报

2011年初唐山国丰钢铁有限公司通过对耐候钢SPA-H化学成分和冶炼工艺的优化,使钢材的力学性能显著提高。该钢材的抗拉强度平均值较2010年提高22 MPa,吨钢生产成本降低134.82元,产品指标满足了集装箱用SPA-H钢各项技术指标。

“七五”期间,是我国钢铁工业蓬勃发展的五年,钢产量提前两年超额完成“七五”计划,1989年突破6000万吨,1990年产钢达6604万吨;钢铁产品品种结构大有改善,产品贸易稳步提高。与此同时,钢铁生产各项技术经济指标有了新的突破,节能降耗工作成绩显著。“七五”期间,通过开展系统节能,采用了各种节能新技术,使吨钢综合能耗由1985年的1.75吨标准煤下降到了1.62吨标准煤,其中重点钢铁企业的吨钢综合能耗已下降到1.2吨标准煤。五年间,冶金系统累计节约标准煤700万吨,取得了钢铁产量增长,能耗下降的好成绩。从节约金属的情况来看,“七五”期间成绩也是显著的,效益也是可观的。
