浅谈高炉操作炉型管理与炉况顺行

正常的操作炉型应该是既能维持生产高效、稳定、低耗、优质，又能使高炉有长寿的内型，即内壁表面光洁、下料顺畅，渣皮稳定。维持一个合理的高炉操作炉型，尽量减少炉况波动，是实现高炉长寿的关键。高炉是一个极其复杂的化学反应器，在同一时间起作用的因素很多，炉型变化的形式多种多样，正常渣皮脱落，不会对炉况顺行造成一定的影响，但当发生炉墙粘结或渣皮大面积脱落等炉型变化时，如不尽快采取措施则会造成炉况失常，并对产量造成一定的影响。综合分析高炉操作炉型变化特点、调控手段，并结合炉型变化导致高炉炉况失常的实例，提出有关高炉操作炉型管理方面的建议，以飨读者。     

资源型企业可持续发展问题的探讨

矿产资源是国民经济发展的重要物质基础。资源型企业是国民经济发展的基础产业，是国民经济发展的支柱。针对资源型企业在矿产资源开发中存在的一些问题，提出了资源型企业可持续发展的建议，即加快资源型企业市场化开发，提高资源利用率，加强政府法制化建设、加大执法力度；加快资源型企业现代企业制度建设；限制矿产资源的无序开采，促进矿山安全生产；加强地质勘查工作，发挥地勘工作先行作用；加大资源型企业的开放力度，实现投资主体多元化、资源优化配置、规模经营。

差生形成的原因是十分复杂的，可以分为暂时困难型，能力不足型、动力不足型、整体性困难型。教师不能把所有差生都简单归结为“脑子笨”或“不用功”，教学中应针对差生的特点进行帮助和教育，才有可能取得理想的转化效果。

基于CiteSpace的资源型产业研究知识图谱分析

资源型产业发展为推进国家经济增长和工业化进程提供了重要保障。为深入了解资源型产业的研究情况，以CNKI数据库为数据源，搜集2000—2020年关于资源型产业的核心及以上期刊论文，利用CiteSpace软件从发文作者与研究机构分布、关键词共现网络和时区图谱等方面，绘制知识图谱，进行可视化分析。研究发现：资源型产业领域的研究成果愈加丰富，但研究群体间联系合作较少，且现有的合作研究主要集中在所处地域资源富集和具有学科优势的研究机构及学者；资源型产业领域的研究热点可概括为产业发展、资源型城市、产业集群、产业结构、产业链和产业集聚等方面；针对资源型产业领域未来可从资源型产业相关理论研究、创新发展模式和可持续发展等方面深入展开。     

钢管三辊冷斜轧的轧辊辊型设计

根据钢管冷斜轧过程的变形特点，建立了辊型设计系统。把辊型设计的结果作为初始参数，由刚塑性有限元分析成型过程，将速度场、应变和应力反馈到辊型设计系统，调整辊型设计的初始参数，绘制出适应钢管冷斜轧工艺要求辊型图。     

EM型、ZGM型中速磨性能比较

国内冶金行业高炉喷煤所用中速磨，一直以ZGM、HP及HRM型中速磨为主，ZGM型中速磨的性能相对较好。2001年中国冶金设备南京有限公司引进国外技术开始生产制造EM型中速磨，到目前为止，EM型磨以其独特的性能优点异军突起，占领了一席之地。本文对EM型及ZGM型中速磨特点进行简单的比较。
