真空蒸馏处理锌合金的研究

研究了用真空蒸馏的方法处理工业生产过程中产出的锌合金，诸如热镀锌渣、硬锌等，以回收金属锌和其他有价金属，获得了较好的结果。     

热镀锌灰,锌渣的回收利用方法

详细调查研究了钢材热镀锌生产中产生的锌灰、锌渣的各种回收利用技术。分析了蒸馏法、熔析熔炼法和盐－氮熔池等以金属锌的形式回收锌的方法，以及以氧化锌的形式回收锌的方法。     

从热镀锌渣中回收锌

一、序言在对钢管、钢板、铁丝、铁板等材料进行热镀锌防腐、防锈处理时,常产出高锌渣。仅我省为此产出的锌渣每年有2000余吨。目前省内还没有一个较具规模的工厂来处理这种渣,虽有少数企业用蒸馏法(非横罐、竖罐)回收其中的锌,因其处理量小、回收率低、能耗大、劳动条件差、经济效益不高。为克服上述蒸馏法的缺点,1982年我所探索出了一种简易的、从热镀锌渣中回收锌的新方法。此法与蒸馏法比较,投资少、工艺简单、     

锌铝合金真空蒸馏分离锌和铝

从理论上分析了真空蒸馏法处理锌铝合金分离金属锌、铝工艺的可行性,然后通过试验进行验证,并确定了最佳工艺参数。结果表明,采用真空蒸馏法可高效分离锌铝合金,得到质量合格的金属锌和金属铝。     

铋渣冶炼回收铋的新工艺研究

铋渣湿法工艺回收铋进程繁琐、占地面大,产出的废水难处理。文章研究开发了全火法铋渣冶炼回收铋新工艺:"铋渣还原造硫熔炼—真空蒸馏铋银分离—火法精炼",引入真空蒸馏分离铋银,各有价金属回收率高、生产成本低、进程自动化、生产环境友好、蒸馏后的粗铋含银低,缩短了粗铋精炼工时,提升了生产效率,节省了氯气、锌锭耗用成本。     

从工业废渣中湿法回收锌的研究进展

金属锌冶炼、热浸镀锌和锌铸件加工等生产过程中都会产生大量含锌废渣，其中包括锌烟、锌灰、锌渣、锌浮渣等。目前的湿法冶金工艺主要用于处理各种锌烟、锌灰等氧化锌含量较高的锌渣，采用的电解液体系主要有ZnSO4-H2SO4和Zn（Ⅱ）-NH3-NH4Cl体系。而对热镀锌渣、热铸锌渣等则直接熔铸成锌渣阳极再通过电解精炼制备高纯锌，ZnCl2-NH4Cl是较为理想的电解液体系。近些年来，国内外已有很多有关利用不同体系和工艺从工业废渣中回收并提纯锌的研究成果。     

热镀锌渣真空蒸馏提锌

热镀锌渣真空蒸馏提锌热镀锌在国内外都以相当大的规模进行，以解决钢件的防腐问题。在热镀锌过程中，镀件的铁少量溶入锌液以及镀锌用的铁锅也被溶解一些，形成＂热镀锌渣＂，其数量占用锌量的１０％左右，预计还将逐渐增加。以前，热镀锌渣仅作为锌冶炼厂的原料或生产含...     

真空蒸馏法从废杂锌锡合金中回收金属的工业试验

研究了真空蒸馏法分离废杂锌锡合金回收锌锡金属的工艺。工业试验表明,控制蒸馏温度900℃,时间8 h,处理量1200 kg,炉内残压40 Pa,可以得到99．9%的金属锌和85%的金属锡。     

湿法回收利用废锌锰干电池
