1,2-二羟基蒽醌-3-磺酸钠固相萃取光度法测定微量钒(Ⅴ)

研究了1,2-二羟基蒽醌-3-磺酸钠与钒(Ⅴ)的显色反应,建立了测定钒的光度分析新方法。在pH 4.0的醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲溶液中,在溴化十六烷基三甲基铵(CTMAB)存在下,1,2-二羟基蒽醌-3-磺酸钠与钒(Ⅴ)反应生成摩尔比为2∶1稳定络合物,该络合物可用阳离子交换树脂固相萃取柱富集,吸附柱上富集的络合物用乙醇洗脱后用分光光度法测定。分离后的测定液中,络合物最大吸收波长为420 nm,表现摩尔吸光系数ε=1.16×105L.mol-1.cm-1,钒量在0~0.4μg/mL内符合比尔定律,相关系数r=0.     

催化动力学示波极谱法测定铬铁中微量钒

用催化动力学示波极谱法测定铬铁中微量钒。试验了铬的干扰情况 ,建立了优化的H2 SO4 -苯羟乙酸 -KClO3底液测定条件 ,采用在标准溶液中加入与样品相当量的干扰元素的方法补偿基体的干扰。Ep≈ -0.96V ,在 2 5mL溶液中钒的线性范围为 0 .10～ 2 0.0 μg。检出限为 3.99× 10 - 3μg/mL。用于铬铁中微量钒的测定 ,结果满意。     

钒-9(3,5-溴)水杨基荧光酮-溴化十六烷基三甲基铵显色反应的应用

研究了钒-9(3,5-二溴)水杨基荧光酮-CTMAB三元络合物的显色反应条件。在pH55的六次甲基四胺-HCl缓冲溶液中,钒与试剂形成1∶2的络合物,其最大吸收波长λmax=557nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=181×105,钒含量在0～9μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律。采用适当的分离手段,测定了钢样中的微量钒,结果满意。     

表面活性剂对钇-桑色素络合物的荧光增敏及其分析应用的研究

研究了在 pH3.0的HCl-NaAc介质中 ,各种表面活性剂对稀土离子 -桑色素 (morin)络合物的荧光增敏作用 ,建立了利用钇 (Y) -桑色素 (morin) -十二烷基磺酸钠 (SLS)胶束增敏荧光反应测定痕量钇的荧光光度新方法。方法的检出限为0.0 1μg/mL ,荧光强度与钇的含量在 0～ 8μg/mL范围内呈线形关系 ,已成功地应用于混合稀土氧化物中钇含量的测定     

钒V-次磷酸钠-偶氮胂Ⅲ体系催化动力学光度法测定痕量钒

基于 0 .0 16mol/L的H2 SO4 介质中 ,痕量钒 对次磷酸钠 (NaH2 PO2 )还原偶氮胂Ⅲ (AsAⅢ )的褪色反应有明显的阻抑作用 ,建立了测定痕量钒 的动力学光度法。钒 质量浓度在 0～ 4 0 μg/L范围内服从比尔定律 ,方法检出限为 0.0 5 8μg/L。在 2 5mL溶液中 ,测定 0 .1μg钒 的相对标准偏差为 1 5 % (n =11)。讨论了酸度、反应物浓度、温度、反应时间、干扰离子等因素的影响 ,研究了反应的最佳条件 ,并测定了一些动力学参数 ,催化反     

二安替比林对甲基苯基甲烷分光光度法测定微量钒

研究了二安替比林对甲基苯基甲烷与钒 的显色反应 ,并建立了测定钒 的方法。钒量在 0.0 5～1.5μg/2 5mL范围内符合比尔定律。该方法用于钢铁和矿石中微量钒的测定 ,结果满意。     

金的电化学价态分析和定量测定研究

在一定条件下，用方波极谱法研究了Au（Ⅲ）和Au（Ⅰ）与4-（2-吡啶偶氮）-间苯二酚（PAR）络合时，Au（HI）和PAR络合物在-0．35V和-0．42V处有两个明晰的还原峰，其中第二个还原峰的电流（IP）与Au（Ⅲ）的质量浓度在0．50～4．0μg/mL范围内呈线性关系，检出限为0．010μg／mL；Au（Ⅰ）与PAR络合物在-0．38V处有-个明晰的还原峰，峰电流（IP）与Au（Ⅰ）的质量浓度在0．050—2．0μg／mL范围内呈线性关系，检出限为0．0030μg／mL。用该方法成功地分析了金矿粉处理后滤液中金的价态和含量。     

邻硝基苯基荧光酮光度法测定矾土中镁

在硼砂 -NaOH (pH1 0 5)缓冲溶液中 ,当CPB和OP存在 ,邻硝基苯基荧光酮与镁 显色 ,λmax=61 0nm ,镁量在 0～ 2 0 μg/50mL范围内符合比尔定律。用环己烷二胺四乙酸钙 -三乙醇胺 -四乙烯五胺混合液 ,掩蔽铝、铁、钛、锰和重金属离子的干扰 ,可用于钒土中 0.0 5%～ 1.0 0 %镁的测定。     

微晶蜡相反射散射光度法测定镍的研究

研究了微晶石蜡吸附萃取镍 -丁二酮肟络合物的条件 ,并设计了固相反射散射分光光度法直接测定石蜡相中镍含量的方法。测定体系的最大反射散射吸收波长是 5 46nm ,镍浓度在 0.0 5～ 0 .40 μg/mL范围内 ,AR 与cNi有良好的线性关系。方法的灵敏度为 1.14× 10 - 8g/1% ,检出限为 0.0 2 2 μg/mL ,相对标准偏差 (RSD)为 6.40 % ,加标回收率在 94%～ 10 2 %之间 ,所拟定的方法有较好的选择性 ,可以用于水、电镀废水中镍的测定。     

钛-3,5-二溴水杨基荧光酮-表面活性剂显色体系的研究及应用

本文研究了钛 3 ,5-二溴水杨基荧光酮 (DBSF) 吐温 60三元络合物的显色反应条件及应用。结果表明 ,在 0.0 48～0.0 64mol/L盐酸介质中 ,形成了摩尔比为Ti ∶DBSF∶Tween 80 =1∶2∶4的三元络合物 ,最大吸收在 54 1nm波长处 ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 1.74× 1 0 5 ,钛含量在 0～ 1 1 μg/ 2 5mL遵守比尔定律 ,方法灵敏 ,选择性较高 ,操作简便 ,可不经分离直接测定钢铁样品中微量钛 ,结果满意。
