关塘铁矿提升斜井原预计涌水量小于34m^3/h,斜井要穿越较厚的第四系冲积层和流沙层。在井筒掘进过程中,关塘铁矿遭遇了几次特大涌水和流沙等危害,通过采用注浆堵涌及挤压注浆固沙相结合的方案,解决了上部井筒渗水、淋水现象,井筒最终出水量小于10m^3/h,保证了井筒安全穿越软土含水层和流沙层的掘进施工.  相似文献

在深竖井设计施工过程中,高聚能、高温、高水压、破碎地层围岩等因素严重影响井壁稳定性,合理的井壁结构成为井筒安全施工的关键。针对新城金矿深竖井存在围岩破碎、高地应力、高承压水、高硫酸根离子和氯离子地下水的围岩条件,结合C40高性能防腐抗渗韧性新型混凝土及锚网梁支护方式,对1 300 m以深井筒筒身的井壁结构进行优化调整,设计了2种韧性抗渗、抗腐蚀的新型井壁结构,并进行了现场应用。结果表明:防腐抗渗韧性井壁结构施工后,井筒深部施工现场未有新的岩爆情况发生,井壁抗冲击性较好,现场涌水量明显减少。研究成果为新城金矿新主井深部支护施工提供了技术支撑,也可为类似条件的深竖井开挖深部井筒围岩支护提供技术指导与借鉴。  相似文献

随着冶炼厂环境集烟系统的升级改造,烟囱的使用环境从干烟气变为湿烟气,原有钢筋混凝土烟囱的防腐设计无法满足改造后的烟气条件,必须对原钢筋混凝土烟囱内壁进行防腐改造。本文从工期、施工可靠性和经济性等方面比较了3个方案,并确定最终施工方案采用固斯特PSM聚合物硅酸盐防腐蚀体系。根据施工方案的具体实施情况,提出了相应的调整方案。  相似文献

The demand for the use of carbon-fiber-reinforced plastics (CFRP) in rehabilitation of deteriorating infrastructure is increasing worldwide. The design characteristics of reinforced concrete or steel members can be enhanced significantly by epoxy bonding CFRP laminates to the critically stressed tension areas. There is, however, a concern regarding possible galvanic corrosion when carbon and steel are bonded together. This paper presents the result of a study on the galvanic corrosion between CFRP laminates and steel. A total of 38 specimens made of steel and carbon fibers were prepared and tested. Two simulated aggressive environments and three different amounts of epoxy coating were used in addition to samples with no coating at all. Furthermore, the effect of the sizing agent on the galvanic corrosion rate was investigated, and three different solvents were used to remove the sizing agents from the surface of the carbon fibers. Potentiodynamic polarization and galvanic corrosion tests were conducted. The results of the experiments showed the existence of galvanic corrosion; however, the rate of such corrosion could be decreased significantly by epoxy coating.  相似文献

Aluminium alloy 5083, widely used in marine applications, undergoes accelerated corrosion in sea water due to the aggressive reaction of chloride ions with the secondary phase particles and other intermetallics present in the alloy matrix. The corrosion rate of the alloy is also influenced by the temperature difference between the alloy and its environment. Friction stir processing (FSP) is a recent solid state processing technique for improving the surface properties of metals and alloys. In this study, an attempt has been made to explore the possibility of improving the corrosion resistance of AA5083 by FSP. FSP trials were performed by varying the tool rotation speed, tool traverse speed and shoulder diameter of the tool, as per face centered central composite design. The corrosion potential and the corrosion rate of friction stir processed AA5083 was studied using potentiodynamic polarization studies, at three different temperatures. Mathematical models based on polynomial—radial basis function were developed and used to study the effect of process parameters on the corrosion potential and the corrosion rate of friction stir processed AA5083. FSP resulted in refinement of the grain structure, dispersion and partial dissolution of secondary phase particles in the matrix, which increased the corrosion resistance of the alloy.  相似文献

In electrolytic aluminum production, anode rods, industrial tools, and gas purification equipment corrode intensely. A high corrosion rate of the tools and equipment in cryolite-alumina melts is found. To decrease the corrosion destruction of operating equipment and anode rods made from ferrous metals, it is suggested to deposit composite chromium coatings. Purification of electrolytic gases from sulfur dioxide is possible by the acidic scheme with obtainment of sulfurous acid. However, this is accompanied by intense corrosion of equipment made from ferrous metals. The possibility of applying corrosion inhibitors, specifically oxazolidines, for protection of gas purification equipment made from steel CT3 that exists in aluminum plants is considered.  相似文献

Foreign data are reviewed regarding the corrosion of rolled sheet made of 32 different low-carbon steels in the atmosphere. Sheet and structures with an experimental span structure are made from 14X??H???? steel. After 20 years, a protective film of corrosion products is formed, and corrosion practically stops. The corrosion rate was determined and corrosion damage features of the samples made of AK4-1 aluminum alloy were investigated in the NACE solution containing hydrogen sulfide (H2S). The alloy was investigated in the ultra-fine-grain state compared with the coarse-grain state formed after standard treatment T6 (quenching + ageing). The alloy was nanostructured by equichannel angular pressing (ECAP). It is shown that the alloy corrosion rate after ECAP is higher than after T6 treatment by a factor of 1.9. Herewith, the total corrosion takes place in alloy after ECAP, while pitting corrosion is also observed after T6 treatment in addition to the total corrosion. The corrosion effect strongly affects surface-roughness parameters of the samples made of AK4-1 alloy after ECAP compared with the samples after T6 treatment.  相似文献
