Application of Rare Earth Phosphate Fertilizer in Western Area of China   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
Rare earth phosphate fertilizer (REPF) as base fertilizer (750 kg per hm2) was applied in the western area of China during the "Tenth Five-Year Plan", and the results show as follows: compared with calcium superphosphate (CK), REPF increases crops yields for maize by 17.0%, for rice by 10.5%, for wheat by 24.2%, for potato by 18.5%, for cabbage by 16.3%, for Chinese cabbage by 16.4%, for beet by 6.5%; decreases the diseased plant rate for common smut of maize by 1.0%, for maize stalk rot by 1.2%, for wheat take-all disease by 7.8%, for wheat root rot by 3.2%, for potato blackleg disease by 1.4%, for potato late blight by 6.6%; increases the sugar content of beet by 0.9°S.  相似文献

The effects of three monomethoxyamphetamines, dl-para-methoxyamphetamine (dl-PMA), dl-meta-methoxyamphetamine (dl-MMA) and dl-ortho-methyoxyamphetamine (dl-OMA), and d-amphetamine (d-A) on the myoclonic twitch activity (MTA) of PMA, MMA and d-A were found to increase the MTA but OMA was ineffective. The increased MTA induced by d-A was not influenced by the blockade of 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) receptor by methysergide or inhibition of 5-HT synthesis by para chlorophenylalamine (PCPA) but was reduced by haloperidol which blocked the dopamine receptor. On the other hand, the increased MTA produced by PMA was not influenced by haloperidol but was reduced by methysergide and PCPA. The increased MTA induced by MMA was not effectively blocked by either PCPA or haloperidol but was blocked by the combination of both PCPA and haloperidol. The results indicate that whereas the increased MTA produced by d-A is not dependent on the availability of 5-HT, PMA exerts by a release of 5-HT and that the MMA effect is due to a release of both 5-HT and dopamine. High doses of PMA and MMA increased the locomotor activity arevious biochemical findings that PMA releases 5-HT in brain tissue and suggests that PMA exerts its pharmacological effects by releasing 5-HT.  相似文献

针对鞍钢炼铁总厂三烧车间烧结矿质量差问题,对圆盘混合机与圆筒混合机制粒对烧结矿成分稳定性的影响进行了对比分析。结果表明,圆盘混合机的混匀效果比圆筒混合机差是三烧车间烧结矿质量差的直接原因。由圆盘改成圆筒后,烧结矿碱度稳定率提高6.3个百分点,TFe稳定率提高2.94个百分点,Fe O稳定率提高0.95个百分点,烧结固体燃耗降低4 kg/t,烧结矿冶金性能改善,高炉生产稳定顺行、焦比降低。  相似文献

Dog platelets are refractory to aggregation by arachidonic acid (AA) but generate an unstable activity that aggregates rabbit platelets. Formation of this activity is inhibited by indomethacin, by the peroxide scavenging enzyme catalase, by two chelating agents that bind Cu+ and Cu2+ ions, by the -SH agent dithiothreitol and is stimulated by cysteine. Agitation of dog platelets is followed by spontaneous aggregation and uncovers aggregation by AA, which is blocked by indomethacin. Neither indomethacin nor apyrase prevent spontaneous aggregation, ruling out both activation of prostaglandin synthetase and leakage of ADP as possible explanations. Complexation of plasma Ca2+ by citrate as an explanation for refractoriness to AA was ruled out by replacing citrate with heparin. Dog platelets are also refractory to PGH2 formed from AA by the cyclo oxygenase component of prostaglandin synthetase. Aggregation of rabbit platelets by PGH2 is not inhibited by indomethacin, by catalase, by dithiothreitol or by metal chelating agents and is not potentiated by cysteine. This confirms that the reagents act before PGH2 is formed. Aggregating activity generated by dog platelets is probably due to an unstable lipoperoxide whose generation involves mechanisms similar to those responsible for aggregation of rabbit platelets, since similar antagonists block both processes.  相似文献

采用等温锻压机对TB6钛合金方棒进行等温锻造,锻造完成后对锻件进行水淬和空冷2种不同方式的冷却,再对水淬的锻件进行时效处理,空冷的锻件进行固溶+时效处理。研究了等温锻后热处理工艺对TB6钛合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,等温锻后水淬,α相尺寸较小,等温锻后空冷,α相尺寸较大;水淬后β基体上无感生α相,空冷后β基体上有感生α相形成;水淬+时效后析出的次生α相比空冷再经固溶+时效后析出的次生α相更加混乱。TB6钛合金经等温锻后水淬+时效处理,其强度和塑性与等温锻后空冷至室温再进行固溶+时效的水平相当,且平面应变断裂韧度更高。  相似文献

Experiments were performed on uteri from estrogen-primed female rats. Bradykinin (BK) (10(-8) M) significantly augmented biosynthesis of prostaglandin F2 alpha (PGF2alpha) and prostaglandin E2 (PGE2), and this synthesis was completely blocked by NG-monomethyl L-arginine (NMMA) (300 microM), a competitive inhibitor of nitric oxide synthase (NOS). Blockade of prostaglandin synthesis by indomethacin caused rapid dissipation of isometric developed tension (IDT) induced by BK. Blockade of NOS with NMMA had similar but less marked effects. Combining the two inhibitors produced an even more rapid decay in IDT, suggesting that BK-induced NO release maintains IDT by release of prostanoids. The decline of frequency of contraction (FC) was not significantly altered by either indomethacin or NMMA but was markedly accelerated by combination of the inhibitors, which suggests that PGs maintain FC and therefore FC decline is accelerated only when PG production is blocked completely by combination of the two inhibitors of PG synthesis. The increase in IDT induced by oxytocin was unaltered by indomethacin, NMMA or their combination indicating that neither NO nor PGs are involved in the contractions induced by oxytocin. However, the decline in FC with time was significantly reduced by the inhibitor of NOS, NMMA, suggesting that FC decay following oxytocin is caused by NO released by the contractile process. In the case of PGF2alpha, NMMA resulted in increased initial IDT and FC. The decline in FC was rapid and dramatically inhibited by NMMA. Receptor-mediated contraction by BK, oxytocin, and PGF2alpha is modulated by NO that maintains IDT by releasing PGs but reduces IDT and FC via cyclic GMP.  相似文献

Hepatocyte growth factor (HGF), also known as scatter factor, is a powerful motogen, mitogen, and morphogen produced by cells of mesodermal origin, acting on epithelial and endothelial cells. Its receptor is the tyrosine kinase encoded by the c-MET protooncogene. We show that the HGF receptor is expressed by human primary osteoclasts, by osteoclast-like cell lines, and by osteoblasts. In both cell lineages, HGF stimulation triggers the receptor kinase activity and autophosphorylation. In osteoclasts, HGF receptor activation is followed by increase in intracellular Ca2+ concentration and by activation of the pp60c-Src kinase. HGF induces changes in osteoclast shape and stimulates chemotactic migration and DNA replication. Osteoblasts respond to HGF by entering the cell cycle, as indicated by stimulation of DNA synthesis. Interestingly, osteoclasts were found to synthesize and secrete biologically active HGF. These data strongly suggest the possibility of an autocrine regulation of the osteoclast by HGF and a paracrine regulation of the osteoblast by the HGF produced by the osteoclast.  相似文献

We investigated the endurance swimming capacity of mice injected with CAP antagonist (capsazepine). The increase of endurance swimming capacity by the administration of CAP was significantly suppressed by the injection of capsazepine. At the same time, serum adrenaline secretion, which was induced by CAP, was depressed by capsazepine. These findings suggested that the increase in endurance swimming capacity by CAP was mediated by the CAP receptor.  相似文献

The characteristics and kinetics of iron oxide reduction by carbon in biomass composites were studied. Iron oxide can be reduced by biomass very rapidly, and the degree of metallisation and reduction increases with temperature. Iron oxide reduction by carbon in biomass can be divided into two stages: reduction by volatile carbon followed by reduction by non-volatile carbon. The reduction times of the two stages both decrease with increasing temperature. The first reduction is controlled by gas diffusion, whereas the second stage is dominated by carbon gasification.  相似文献

Effects of ions on histamine (Hi)-induced depolarization were studied in guinea pig adipocytes. Depolarization induced by Hi in guinea pig adipocytes was decreased by removal of K+ from the medium or pretreatment with ouabain at concentrations that showed no significant effect themselves. The decrease in membrane potentials induced by Hi was also abolished potently by replacement of Na+ by choline or pretreatment with tetrodotoxin at a concentration that caused no significant action alone. Pretreatment with monensin at a concentration lower than that eliciting the action resulted in a potentiation of Hi-induced depolarization. The depolarization induced by Hi was not affected by the presence of Ca2+ in the medium or pretreatment of the cells by diltiazem.  相似文献

Occasionally patients injected with 99mTc-sulfur colloid (TSC) for liver--spleen imaging show increased uptake by the lungs or kidneys. In animals, increased lung uptake of TSC can be produced by injecting endotoxin intraperitoneally. Using an intraperitoneal endotoxin model, we studied the effect of heparin on dose-response curves for TSC uptake by the lungs and kidneys. Over a dose range of 1 mug to 10 mg of endotoxin, TSC uptake by the lungs increased progressively; heparin had no effect. In the kidneys, endotoxin in doses from 1 mug to 1 mg resulted in an increased TSC uptake which was less marked than that in the lungs and which was also unaffected by heparin. However, at a dose of 10 mg of endotoxin, a marked increase occurred in TSC uptake by the kidneys, and this could be prevented by heparin. Although the increased TSC uptake by the kidneys at lower doses of endotoxin and by the lungs at all doses is probably not related to intraavascular coagulation, the marked increase in TSC uptake by the kidneys at 10 mg of intraperitoneal endotoxin probably is related to intravascular coagulation, possibly by entrapment in fibrin deposits in the renal capillaries.  相似文献

The effect of mixidine fumarate on myocardial chronotropic responses to various stimulants was examined. Mixidine decreased elevated heart rate in the anesthetized dog to basal levels. It produced a dose-related decrease in heart rate elevated reflexly by aminophylline, by beta adrenergic stimulation induced by isoproterenol, by sympathetic nerve stimulation and by intravenous infusion of glucagon. Mixidine attenuated the increase in contractile force produced by sympathetic nerve stimulation but not that induced by isoproterenol. The compound antagonized the increase in rate of isolated guinea-pig atria induced by both isoproterenol and histamine. In the conscious dog, mixidine caused no decrease in resting heart rate, mean arterial pressure and cardiac output. It reduced atropine-induced sinus tachycardia as well as that induced by treadmill exercise. Experiments in the dog heart-lung preparation indicated that attenuation of an epinephrine-induced sinus tachycardia led to a decrease in myocardial oxygen consumption and an increase in myocardial efficiency. These studies suggest that mixidine fumarate induces an antichronotropic activity by a direct effect on the sinoatrial node and by attenuating sympathetic nervous system input to the heart.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: The aim of this study was to evaluate the uptake of azythromycin at therapeutic concentrations by human polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMN), as well as the effect of environmental temperature, pH, and cell viability on this uptake. The effect of azythromycin and other macrolides on hydrogen peroxide production by PMN was also assessed. METHODS: Uptake of radiolabeled azythromycin by PMN was determined by a radiometric technique. Hydrogen peroxide production by PMN was measured by the phenol red method. RESULTS: The intracellular concentrations achieved by azythromycin in PMN were 20 to 60 fold the extracellular ones, even at extracellular concentration of 0.125 mg/l. The uptake was significantly affected by low temperature, acid pH, and cell viability. Hydrogen peroxide production was not affected by the macrolides studied. CONCLUSIONS: Azythromycin at therapeutical concentrations achieves high intracellular accumulation in human PMN. The effect of environmental temperature, pH and cell viability on uptake points out that a passive diffusion, with lysosome trapping, is the essential mechanism of azythromycin uptake by phagocytic cells. In spite of the high intracellular concentrations achieved by macrolides, hydrogen peroxide production by PMN is not affected by these compounds.  相似文献

以汽车用高强车轮钢LQ540为研究对象,选择Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机测定了LQ540动态CCT曲线,采用金相组织观察、TEM及力学性能测试等手段分析了实验室条件下所试制的试验钢组织和性能。根据优化的试验结果,进行了高强车轮钢LQ540的工业试制。结果表明,试制样品的显微组织为铁素体加珠光体及少量的贝氏体,屈服强度大于450 MPa,抗拉强度大于540 MPa,延伸率在23%以上。产品应用于实际车轮冲压效果良好,疲劳性能达到62万次以上。  相似文献

Heparin was extracted and purified from beef intestinal mucosa. The two components, fast moving heparin and slow moving heparin were purified by selective precipitation as barium salts. Heparan sulfate was extracted and purified from beef spleen. Dermatan sulfate was purified from beef intestinal mucosa and chondroitin sulfate from bovine trachea. The purity of the purified glycosaminoglycans was evaluated by agarose-gel and cellulose polyacetate electrophoresis and by specific optical rotation. The relative molecular masses of glycosaminoglycans were estimated by high performance-size exclusion chromatography and the sulfate to carboxyl ratio by titrimetric analysis. The disaccharide pattern of heparin, fast moving and slow moving heparins and heparan sulfate were determined by specific enzymatic cleavage using heparinase I, II and III; the disaccharide composition of dermatan sulfate and chondroitin sulfate was evaluated by cleavage by chondroitinase ABC. The disaccharides obtained by enzymatic cleavage were qualitatively and quantitatively analysed by strong anion exchange-high performance liquid chromatography. The sulfate to carboxyl ratios of glycosaminoglycans were also determined by this technique and compared with the values obtained by titrimetric analysis.  相似文献

Functional results after open fractures have been improved during the last decades. Especially the rates of amputation and chronic osteitis after open tibial fractures have been reduced from 30% to less than 5%. The initial management of this type of fracture includes reconstruction of the perfusion of the involved vessels, subsequent debridement with resection of avascular tissues, decompression of compartments by fasciotomy and initial shortening of the tibia by osteotomy and followed by callus distraction in order to achieve the physiological length of the leg. Cortical bone with periostal stripping has to be covered by local muscle transfer or by free vascularized tissue transfer within 3-7 days. Bone defects are either reconstructed by cancellous bone graft or, if the defect is longer than 2 cm, by continuous segmental transfer, according to the technique described by Ilizarov.  相似文献

The effects of electrical stimulation, applied to the superior salivatory nucleus (SSN) or the cervical sympathetic nerve, on vascular permeability in nasal mucosa were studied in 16 cats. Plasma extravasation was quantified by using Evans blue. Vascular permeability in the cat nasal mucosa was increased by the electrical stimulation of SSN. Plasma extravasation induced by SSN stimulation was reduced by administration of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) antagonist, N(omega)-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester (L-NAME). Administration of atropine did not affect increased vascular permeability by SSN stimulation. We conclude that neurogenic plasma extravasation in cat nasal mucosa evoked by the parasympathetic nerve is not mediated by cholinergic fibers but rather by nitric oxide.  相似文献

The mitochondrial electron-transport chain present in the procyclic and long slender bloodstream forms of Trypanosoma brucei brucei was investigated by means of several experimental approaches. The oxidation of proline, glycerol and glucose in procyclic cells was inhibited 80-90% by antimycin A or cyanide, 15-19% by salicylhydroxamic acid, and 30-35% by rotenone. Cytochrom-c-reductase activity, with proline or glycerol 3-phosphate as substrate, in a mitochondrial fraction isolated from these cells was inhibited by antimycin and rotenone, but not by malonate, while cytochrome-c-reductase activity with succinate as substrate was inhibited by antimycin A and malonate, but not by rotenone. In addition, the reduction of dichloroindophenol by NADH was inhibited by rotenone but not by malonate, which suggests that rotenone-sensitive NADH dehydrogenase (complex I) is present in these mitochondria. The presence of three subunits of NADH dehydrogenase was observed in immunoblots of mitochondrial proteins with specific antibodies raised against peptides corresponding to predicted antigenic regions of these proteins, which provides further evidence for the presence of NADH dehydrogenase. In long slender bloodstream forms, the oxidation of glucose or glycerol was inhibited 100% by salicyhydroxamic acid, unaffected by cyanide or antimycin A, and inhibited 40% or 75%, respectively, by rotenone, which suggests that NADH dehydrogenase is present in these cells. In a mitochondrial fraction isolated from the bloodstream forms, oxygen uptake with glycerol 3-phosphate as substrate was inhibited 65% by rotenone. Low levels of rotenone-sensitive NADH-dependent reduction of dichloroindophenol and the presence of subunits 7 and 8 of NADH dehydrogenase provided additional evidence for the presence of NADH dehydrogenase in bloodstream forms of T. brucei.  相似文献
