针对钢包出钢过程建立了钢液-渣相-气相-氩气泡-夹杂物的五相数学模型,探索了钢包出钢过程中吹氩搅拌去除夹杂物的可行性,以及吹氩流量对流场、渣眼、夹杂物去除效率的影响规律。结果表明:吹氩搅拌可强化浇钢过程中钢液的流动行为,显著提升夹杂物的去除率。相较于未采用吹氩搅拌,当吹氩流量为100 L/min、出钢750 s时,夹杂物的去除率由80.74%提升至96.69%,流入中间包夹杂物的数量减少67.4%;随吹氩流量增加,渣眼尺寸增大,夹杂物去除速率增加,但去除效率变化不大,推荐吹氩流量为100 L/min。 相似文献

通过对目前石钢公司精炼过程中钢包底吹氩控制的物理模型实验,模拟钢包内非金属夹杂物在钢水中的行为,探索改善非金属夹杂物的控制方法。利用水模型,通过卷渣实验、底吹氩时间、底吹氩气流量优化实验等模拟了非金属夹杂物在钢水中的行为,确定有利于去除夹杂物的合理底吹氩软吹时间为30 min,流量控制为40 NL/min,此时钢液循环流动输送夹杂物至钢包表面的速度加快,夹杂物的上浮和去除效果较好。 相似文献

通过现场实验,研究了中间包吹氩位置和氩气流量对钢水洁净度的影响,重点探讨了在注流区吹氩对钢水洁净度的影响.结果表明:在T型中间包注流区内进行合适流量吹氩可提高钢水洁净度,在浇铸区拐角处和塞棒附近吹氩对钢水洁净度没有明显的影响;在注流区内吹氩,合适的氩气流量为6L·min-1,与不吹氩相比,钢中总氧降低率和夹杂物的去除率均可提高10%左右,但15L·min-1的大流量吹氩将会显著增加钢中总氧和大型夹杂物数量.分析认为:注流区内大的湍流强度可将氩气泡击碎成弥散小气泡,大量小气泡在钢液中上浮,不但提高了气泡捕捉夹杂物的概率,而且增加了夹杂物之间的碰撞机会,其结果是增大了夹杂物的粒径,促进了夹杂物的上浮去除;同时,注流区离水口距离最远,在注流区吹氩,碰撞长大的夹杂物有更长的时间上浮排出.以上两个因素的共同作用,使得在注流区吹氩对去除钢水夹杂物有显著效果. 相似文献

针对浇注钢包环出钢口多孔透气塞吹氩去夹杂工艺,以国内某钢厂130 t钢包为研究对象,建立VOF-DPM耦合数学模型,考察了浇注吹氩条件下钢液流场的发展过程以及余钢高度、吹氩流量、透气塞堵塞个数对钢包浇注过程夹杂物去除的影响规律。结果表明,浇注初期,随吹氩时间增加,气液两相区逐渐增大,钢包水口上方的2个循环流逐渐变大,当吹氩时间为12 s时,钢包内形成稳定的气液两相流;随余钢高度的降低,夹杂物的去除率逐渐增加,但当余钢高度从500 mm降至250 mm范围内时,夹杂物去除率增幅变缓;随吹氩流量的增加,夹杂物去除率存在2个局部最优点(30 L/min和60 L/min),在这2个局部最优吹氩流量前后,夹杂物的去除率均呈先增大后减小的趋势;与未堵塞相比,堵塞1个透气塞时,夹杂物的去除率相差不大,而堵塞2、3个透气塞时,夹杂物去除率下降明显。研究结果可为该工艺实际应用提供理论指导。 相似文献
