脉冲参数对电解金属锰的影响

改变占空比、频率、电流密度,探讨脉冲电流对电解金属锰电流效率的影响规律,并与直流电解金属锰进行比较。占空比为0.5、频率为100Hz、电流密度为400A/m2时脉冲电解金属锰的电流效率最高,达到82.1%。在相同电流密度条件下,脉冲电解金属锰的电耗比直流电解金属锰低38.0%。通过XRD、SEM对电解金属锰层进行表征,结果表明：脉冲电解金属锰的沉积层更加平整光滑,颗粒的形貌更加均匀、细致及紧密,成分更纯净。     

以富锰渣为原料在氯化锰体系中制备电解金属锰

氯化锰溶液电解金属锰具有电流密度大、槽电压低、电耗少等特点。本文叙述了以富锰渣为原料，用盐酸浸出，从氯化锰溶液中制备电解金属锰的试验结果。     

缩短电解周期提高产品产量

电解金属锰生产大多采用２４ｈ电解周期。通过对生产实践中采用２４ｈ和１６ｈ两种电解周期生产的结果对比分析，认为改变电解周期为１６ｈ生产，可以提高产量，降低电耗和生产成本。     

电解金属锰渣中重金属的固化新技术

以湘西某电解金属锰厂的电解金属锰渣为原料,在分析其浸出特性的基础上,研究硫化钙焙砂固化工艺对电解金属锰渣中重金属离子浸出率的影响。结果表明,利用硫化钙焙砂能有效地固定锰渣中的重金属,固化体浸出液中的重金属浓度明显降低。当硫化钙焙砂用量为电解金属锰渣质量的15％,固化反应时间为3．0h时,固化后电解金属锰渣的浸出毒性符合相关国家标准。

通过对电解金属锰生产中槽温、硫铵浓度对槽压的影响和电流密度、槽液中硒添加量、槽液锰浓度、进液锰浓度、进液ｐ Ｈ 值对电效影响的论述，找出电解生产中最佳控制条件，从而达到降低电耗的目的。     

湘锰电解锰厂易地大修工程投产当月达产达效

湘潭锰矿易地大修的首批64个电解槽于2月18日投产,一个月内,生产电解金属锰106t,单槽产量59.2kg,比设计能力提高14.2kg。第二批64个槽又于3月28日投产,4月份整个系列128个电槽全部投产,共产电解金属锰218.1t,单槽产量
