Large amount of high concentration acidic wastewater would be produced in the conversion process of chloride rare earth into oxide rare earth.It was a mixed solution of oxalic acid and hydrochloric acid,so the recycling use was very difficult.The method of liquid-liquid extraction was proposed in this paper to achieve wastewater treatment and reclamation.The mechanism of extraction of oxalic acid from the wastewater with the systems of 50% TOB+45% kerosene and 5% 2-ethyl hexanol was investigated.The composition and structure of the extracted species and the establishment of the mathematical model of the oxalic acid extraction were determined by the use of saturation method,equimolar series method.The results showed that extraction of oxalic acid by TOB was a neutral association extraction,oxalic acid existed mainly in a molecular form in the organic phase,and the extraction combination ratio was 2:1.The duality extraction system composed of extractant TOB and TOC had synergistic extraction effect on oxalic acid and chlorhydric acid,and the extraction dislribution ratio was improved greatly.The optimum volume fiaction of TOB was 0.6-0.8.  相似文献

The accumulation of rare earth elements(REEs)in soil has occurred due to the pollution caused by the exploitation of rare earth resources and the wide rare earth fertilizers in agriculture.The accumulation of REEs has a toxic effect on the soil macrofauna community.12study samples were collected near a mine tailings dam with a large amount of REEs by distance gradient sample method.The total concentration of REEs was analyzed and the results were compared with that of the sample from a control site.The effects of the amount of REEs in the soil on the soil macrofauna community were also analyzed.The results showed that the accumulation of REEs in soil was significant in the study area and its concentration was strongly correlated with the distance from the pollution source.One-way ANOVA analysis indicated the significant differences in soil macrofauna communities among the different sites.The ordination obtained through the redundancy analysis demonstrated that the concentration of REEs and the total nitrogen,total potassium and pH,had affected the soil macrofauna community.A small amount of REEs in the soil can promote the diversity of soil macrofauna,but a large amount of REEs can reduce its diversity.The insect groups of Carabidae and Dermaptera were comparatively sensitive to the concentration of REEs in soil,and could be used as an indicator of soil pollution of REEs.However,the Formicidae and Stibaropus formosanus exhibited a high tolerance to REEs in soil.We believe that it is very important for the soil environment protection to strictly control the application of the rare earth fertilizers in agriculture in China.  相似文献

Optical and magnetic properties of GaN epilayers implanted with ytterbium   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
We have studied the optical and magnetic properties of ytterbium implanted GaN epilayer grown on(0001)sapphire by metalorganic chemical vapor by deposition(MOCVD).Samples were implanted at room temperature with Yb ions at dose 4x1015 cm-2 and energy of 150 keV.The implanted samples were annealed at 1000 ℃ in N2 at atmospheric pressure to recover implantation damages.The photoluminescence (PL),PL excitation(PLE),and PL kinetics have been studied with continuous and pulse photo-excitations in 360-1100 nm spectral range at different temperatures.The characteristic Yb3+ion emission spectra were observed in the spectral range between 970-1050 nm.Theoretical fittings of the experimental PL temperature and PL kinetics data suggest that Yb3+ions are involved in at least two major luminescence centers.The PLE spectra indicate that excitation of the Yb3+ion occurs via electron-hole pair generation and complex processes.Magnetization versus magnetic field curves shows an enhancement of magnetic order for Yb-implanted samples in 5 K to 300 K temperature range.The Yb-implanted GaN sample showing weak ferromagnetic behavior was compared with the ferromagnetic in situ doped GaYbN material.  相似文献

Rare earths-doped oxyfluoride glasses based on germanium oxide and lead fluoride were prepared from commercial raw materials. The glasses with general composition of 50GeO2-(50-x-y)PbO-yPbF2-xLnF3 (Ln=Pr3+-Yb3+), contained different concentrations of optically active dopants (x=0.2 mol.% and 2 mol.%) and PbF2 (y≤15 mol.%). The differential thermal analysis (DTA) was used to determine both thermal characteristic and thermal stability properties of the glasses in the function of the kind of dopant, its concentration, and a glass composition. Characteristic glass temperatures such as glass transition temperature (Tg), glass crystallization temperature (Tc) and temperature corresponding to the maximum of the crystallization rate (Tpc) were evaluated. On the basis of obtained results, the thermal stabilities of glasses under study were evaluated using various thermal stability criteria (Dietzel factor ?T, Saad-Poulain factors H' and S). It was found that the increase in rare earth fluoride contents influenced thermal characteristics when the characteristic temperatures of the individual glass was shifted towards higher values. The effect of the PbF2 content and the kind of rare earth impurity on the glass stability was observed. Absorption spectra of lanthanide-doped glasses were measured at room temperature and used to determine the phenomenological intensity parameters Ωt and next, to estimate radiative properties of lanthanide ions in this matrix. Radiative transition probabilities of luminescent states of Ln3+, branching ratios and radiative lifetimes were determined. The variation of the Ωt along the lanthanide series was presented and discussed.  相似文献

Er3+/Yb3+-codoped transparent oxyfluoride borosilicate glass ceramics containing Ba2GdF7 nanocrystals were prepared and spectroscopic properties of rare earth ions were investigated.Fluoride nanocrystals Ba2GdF7 were successfully precipitated in glass matrix,which was confirmed by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)results.In comparison with the as-made precursor,significant enhancement ofupconversion luminescence was observed in the Er3+/Yb3+codoped oxyfluoride glass ceramics,which may be due to the variation of coordination environment around Er3+and Yb3+ions after crystallization.The transition mechanisms of the green and red upconversion luminescence were ascribed to a two-photon process,and that of the blue upconversion luminescence was a three-photon process.  相似文献

Two-step steam reforming of methane(SRM)is a novel chemical looping process towards the production of pure hydrogen and syngas(synthesis gas),consisting ofa syngas production step and a water-splitting step.Renewable energy can be used to drive this process for hydrogen production,especially solar energy.CeO2-Fe2O3 complex oxide oxygen carrier was prepared by the impregnation method and characterized by means of X-ray diffractometer(XRD),Raman spectroscopy(Raman)and hydrogen programmed reduction(H2-TPR).CH4temperature programmed and isothermal reactions were adopted to test syngas production reactivity,and water splitting reaction was employed to investigate water-splitting activity.Moreover,two-step SRM performance was evaluated by a successive redox cycle.The results showed that CO-uncontaminated H2 and highly selective syngas(with H2/CO ratio close to 2)could be respectively obtained from two steps,and CeFeO3 formation was found in the first redox cycle and proved to be enhanced by the redox treatment.After 10 successive cycles,obvious CeFeO3 phase was detected,which may be responsible for favorable successive redox cycle performances.  相似文献

A novel tungstosilicic polyoxometalate containing 5-fluorouracil and Nd,K26(C4H4FN2O2)8Nd(SiW11O39)4·SH2O(FNSW)was synthesized and its structure was characterized by using elemental analysis,FT-IR spectra,X-ray powder diffraction,UV-vis spectra and TG.The results indicated that the compound FNSW had Keggin structure of heteropolyanion and ring structure of 5-fluorouracil,and it had a good thermal stability.With 5-fluorouracil for the positive control group,the cytotoxicity tests in human renal embryonic cell HEK293 and the antitumor activity tests in hepatocellular carcinoma cell HepG-2 were carried out by the methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium method.The toxicity of the compound FNSW was lower than that of 5-fluorouracil,and compared with 5-fluorouracil the compound FNSW could inhibit HepG-2cell in vitro with significant difference.The rare earth clement Nd increased the biological activity of polyoxometalate significantly.  相似文献

The types,morphologies and distributions of nonmetallic inclusions in Cu-P weathering steels with and without rare earth were analyzed through a quantitative image analyzer,scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS)attached to SEM.Solid-soluble content of rare earth in the steels was analyzed by non-aqua electroanalysis and ICP.The results showed that rare earth modified the types and the morphologies of inclusions in the weathering steels.The small spherical rare earth oxysulfides and rare earth sulphides replaced the elongated MnS inclusions in the RE weathering steels.The rare earth inclusions dispersedly distributed and most inclusions were smaller than 2 μm in size.The optimum content of RE was 0.0065%-0.016% for 10PCuRE weathering steels containing about0.002% oxygen and 0.004% sulfur.Solid-soluble content of rare earth in steels was(14-20)x 10-6,which can act as a micro-alloying element.The corrosion resistance of 10PCuRE weathering steels and Q235 were studied by dry-wet cyclic immersion test.Their corrosion rates were obtained respectively.The polarization curves and pitting corrosion behaviors of weathering steels with and without rare earth were measured by electrochemical methods.The corrosion resistance of Cu-P weathering steels was improved by adding an appropriate amount of rare earth.Less and fewer rare earth inclusions largely decreased pitting susceptibility and rate of pit propagation.The pitting potential and the resistance against pitting corrosion of the RE weathering steel were significantly improved due to the modification of rare earth to inclusions.  相似文献

Eutectic Al-12.6 wt.%Si alloys with various contents of the rare earth dement Er were prepared by the conventional casting technique.The effect of Er on the microstructure and properties of the eutectic Al-Si alloys was investigated using optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy as well as the friction and wear tests.It was found that the addition of Er obviously improved the anti-wear properties,and reduced the friction coefficient of the alloys.The appropriate addition of Er would change the size and shape of the eutectic silicon,and thereby refine the microstructure of the Al-Si alloys.The refinement mechanism was also discussed.  相似文献

IBC Advanced Technologies’ Molecular Recognition Technology(MRT) SuperLig products selectively and rapidly bind with target species enabling their selective removal from solutions.The MRT process can produce a high purity separation product of maximum added value at a competitive cost.SuperLig products have high selectivity for many target species which can include metal ions,anions,and neutral molecules.In operation,the SuperLig product is first placed in a packed column.A solution containing a mixture of the target species and other chemical species is then passed through the column.The target species is removed selectively by the SuperLig product,the column is washed to remove residual feed solution,and the target species is recovered by a minimal quantity of eluent.The result is a pure and concentrated species that can be kept for its value or disposed of safely.The process is environmentally and ecologically friendly with no organic solvents being used.This paper provides a review of some examples of applications of MRT to separations of interest to the Chinese metallurgical industry.Included are several applications of MRT,including Pd separations from Pt metal refinery streams and low-grade spent catalyst wastes,Rh recovery from spent auto catalyst and other feeds,Re removal from selected impurity ions,Cd removal from Co electrolyte,Bi removal from Cu electrolyte,In and Ge separations from difficult matrices,and removal of bivalent first transition series and other metal ions from acid mine drainage(Berkeley Pit,Montana).Finally,the potential application of MRT to separations involving the recovery of rare earth metals and Li from low-level waste solutions and end-of-life products is discussed.  相似文献

The lowly-agglomerated single-phase YAG nanopowders were synthesized for the first time by the microwave homogeneous precipitation in the presence of urea. The composition and transformations during calcination of YAG precursor were analyzed by IR, DTA/TG and XRD. The size and morphology of YAG powders were characterized by LD and TEM methods. Results show that amorphous precursor synthesized under [urea]/[metal ions]molar ratio of 15 crystallizes directly to single-phase YAG at 900℃ . The size distribution and sinterability of YAG powders are obviously improved by adding( NH4 )2SO4 into the reaction solution. YAG powders obtained from precursor with the( NH4 )2SO4 content of 8% have good sinterability and are highly densified at a temperature of 1500℃.  相似文献

以Y2O3、Yb2O3、Al(NO3)3.9H2O和Ce(NO3)3.6H2O为原料,NH4HCO3、NH3.H2O做复合沉淀剂,用共沉淀法制备纳米稀土石榴石Ln3Al5O12(LnAG,Ln=Y,Ce,Yb)粉体。用TG/DTA、XRD、SEM、TEM等手段对LnAG前驱体及煅烧后的粉体进行表征。结果表明,用上述方法在1 000℃煅烧3h可得到分散性好、形状规则且粒径为50nm左右的Y3Al5O12、Yb3Al5O12、Y2.9Ce0.1Al5O12石榴石粉体,但不能得到Ce3Al5O12石榴石,合成石榴石粉体的最佳煅烧温度为1 050℃以上。  相似文献

研究了化学共沉淀法合成Nd:Sc2O3纳米粉的工艺.以Sc2O3为基质材料,掺杂0.5%(原子分数)的Nd3+,添加适量聚乙二醇(PEG)和(NH4)2SO,作为分散剂,以氨水(NH3·H2O)和碳酸氢铵(NH4HCO3)混合溶液作复合沉淀剂,采用化学共沉淀法获得了碱式稀土碳酸盐前躯体,在1100℃下煅烧该前躯体4h,制备出性能良好的Nd:Sc2O3纳米粉.采用热重-差热分析仪(TG/DSC)、红外光谱分析仪(IR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)等测试手段对Nd:Sc2O3前躯体和煅烧后的粉体进行表征.实验结果表明:在室温下,用氨水和碳酸氧铵混合溶液作为复合沉淀剂合成出的前躯体为碱式稀土碳酸盐.通过XRD和EDS能谱分析,Nd3+完全固溶于Sc2O3的立方晶格中,这将有利于制备激光透明陶瓷.在1100℃的温度下煅烧此前躯体得到的Nd:Sc2O3纳米粉具有颗粒粒度小(约50 nm)、分散性好、团聚程度轻、结晶良好的性能.因此,采用此工艺合成的粉体将有可能制备出的Nd:Sc2O3透明陶瓷.  相似文献

Neodymium doped gadolinium gallium oxide (Nd:GGG) nanopowders synthesized by microwave gel combustion using alanine as a fuel was reported. Metal nitrates solution with alanine fuel was combusted in microwave to give precursor. The micro-wave precursor powder was calcined at different temperatures from 800 to 1100 ℃. Phase pure Nd:GGG formation took place at 800 to 1100 ℃ as observed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier transform infra-red (FTIR) spectroscopy. However particle size in-creased with calcinations temperature from 25 nm at 800 ℃ to 200 nm at 1100 ℃.Nd:GGG nanopowder obtained at different calci-nation temperatures were compacted and sintered at 1550 ℃ for 3 h in air. Most densified ceramic was obtained from Nd:GGG nanopowder calcined at 1100 ℃. Microstructure as observed from scanning electron microscopy (SEM) showed that the most densi-fied ceramic, obtained from nanopowder calcined at a higher calcination temperature, had a more uniform grain-size distribution, fewer pores and greater densification. XRD of sintered sample showed retention of phase purity.  相似文献

以钛酸丁酯、硝酸锌、乙醇和乙酸为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶工艺制备了纯净六方ZnTiO3粉体.利用TG-DTA、XRD和FE-SEM等检测手段对前驱体凝胶的热分解、相变以及粉体结构和形貌进行研究.结果表明:ZnTiO3凝胶前驱体热分解分3个阶段,第1阶段在262 ℃以下主要为有机物的分解过程;第2阶段为262~700 ℃,此时的粉体为非晶态立方相ZnTiO3;六方ZnTiO3相的生成发生在第3阶段700~900 ℃.获得纯净六方ZnTiO3相的较为合适的工艺条件为:前驱体在60 ℃进行溶胶,然后在700~900 ℃煅烧2 h.   相似文献

Solution combustion synthesis of single-phase gadolinium gallium oxide(Gd3Ga5O12,GGG)nanopowders,by a fuel mixture approach using urea and glycine at a low temperature of 500oC,was being reported for the first time.Based on the fact that urea and glycine are good fuels for gallium oxide and gadolinium oxide synthesis,the fuel mixture composition was obtained,which could lead to direct phase pure cubic Gd3Ga5O12 formation without any subsequent calcination step.Combustion was carried out in furnace pre-heated at 500oC.Thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)of combustion product showed negligible mass loss indicating direct formation of GGG powder.Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)spectrum of combusted product showed peak characteristic of GGG in case of mixed fuel.X-ray diffraction(XRD)confirmed formation of phase pure GGG at 500°C in preheated furnace.Very fine,well dispersed nanometric particles of size range of 50-100 nm were obtained,being uniform and close to spherical morphology as observed by transmission electron microscope(TEM).  相似文献

Nd3 :Gd3Ga5O12 (Nd:GGG) nanopowder for transparent laser ceramics was synthesized using sol-gel method. XRD, SEM, and fluorescence spectrum were used to study the properties of Nd3 :Gd3Ga5O12 nanopowder. XRD patterns of samples show that it has a cubic structure. Meanwhile, pure Nd:GGG crystals were obtained at 1000 ℃ for 12 h. SEM photographs show that dispersed, uniform, ball-like Nd:GGG nanopowder is obtained. Both XRD and SEM results show that the crystallization degree and the grain size increase with the increase in calcining temperature. Analysis of fluorescence spectrum shows that fluorescence emission occurs at 1062.7 nm, which is the result of Nd3 (4F3/2→4I11/2) transition. Homogenous Nd:GGG nanopowder with a small grain size synthesized using the sol-gel method is favorable for sintering the transparent ceramic, which proves that the nanopowder obtained is suitable as a precursor for preparing GGG transparent ceramics.  相似文献

In order to grow high-quality gallium garnet crystals,polycrystalline materials were used as starting materials.YSGG precursor was synthesized by co-precipitation method using aqueous ammonia as a precipitator,and the precursor was then sintered at different temperatures.The results showed that the feasible pH range was 8.3~9.84 in the process of co-precipitation reaction.The YSGG precursor and the powders sintered at different temperatures were characterized by IR,XRD and TEM methods.It was found that the precursor transformed to pure YSGG polycrystalline phase at 800 ℃.YSGG nano-polycrystalline powders sintered at 800~1000 ℃ were well dispersed and the sizes of the YSGG grains were about 40~100 nm.  相似文献

Using Al(NO3)3·9H2O, NH4Al(SO4)2·12H2O, Y(NO3)3 as mother salts, and urea as precipitant, YAG nano-powders were synthesized by microwave homogeneous precipitation. The composition, morphology, and phase transformation of precursor were analyzed by IR, XRD and TEM. The size distribution of YAG powders was characterized using laser diffraction method. The results show that sulfate ions influence the dispersion, composition and morphology of the YAG precursors. The addition of moderate sulfate ions can produce YAG powders with nano size and excellent dispersion at 1100 ℃.  相似文献

The nanopowders of SnO2 doped with different Eu3+ concentrations were synthesized using the modified Pechini method. The Eu3+ concentrations were high above solubility limit. The average size of crystallites was controlled by the sintering temperatures. The structure and the morphology of obtained powders were examined using the XRD (X-ray diffraction) and TEM (transmission electron microscopy) analyses. The Eu2Sn2O7 phase separation was observed at relatively high concentration of Eu3+ ions. The ZnS:Ag micropowders were mixed with the Eu3+:SnO2 powders and their normalized emission was used to measure a relative efficiency of Eu3+:SnO2. The photoluminescence spectra of mixed powders were measured in function of Eu3+ concentration and average size of nanocrystallites. The reference peak method was used for comparison of intensities of the samples and selection of optimal one. The influence of the average grain size and Eu3+ concen-tration on the phosphor’s efficiency was discussed. The presented results confirmed the rightness of synthesis of the Eu3+:SnO2 in form of nanocrystalites with relatively high Eu3+ concentration.  相似文献
