对循环热处理细化铸造Ti-46Al-8.5Nb-0.2W合金工艺及机理进行了研究。循环热处理可使铸造Ti-46Al-8.5Nb-0.2W合金粗大的层片组织转变均匀细小的等轴近γ(NG)组织。在循环热处理中,层片通过γ相溶解←→析出相变和Rayleigh扰动产生缩颈和间断,缩颈和间断的γ片形成高密度分布的层片边缘,在略低于共析温度退火时,发生由表面张力驱动的等轴化,得到晶粒尺寸不太均匀的NG组织。在  相似文献

研究了相同晶粒尺寸的不同类型显微组织,以及全层片状组织的晶粒尺寸等因素对Ti-33Al-3Cr-0.5Mo(×100~(-2))合金的室温断裂韧性的影响,结果表明:在晶粒尺寸相当的条件下,随着显微组织中层片状晶团的体积百分数及尺寸的增大,TiAl基合金的室温断裂韧性提高。使用扫描电子显微镜观察了不同显微组织试样的裂纹扩展动态过程。  相似文献

用物理气相沉积法在钛纤维表面蒸镀一层厚约2.5μm的Y2O3涂层,用真空热压工艺制备钛纤维强化Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb钛铝化合物基复合材料。对该复合材料的力学性能、界面、组织进行了研究。结果表明:钛纤维强化Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb合金复合材料的弯曲强度较基体Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb合金提高了15%,但弯曲挠度和弹性模量变化不大。靠近界面基体组织出现片层化倾向,纤维损耗严重,其界面反应厚度约20μm。  相似文献
