转炉渣中含有铌、CuO较高,若在烧结配料中配加少量转炉渣,用它替代部分石灰石,是否可行?宝钢为此在1996年进了工业试验,在烧结料中配加1%至2%的转炉渣,进行烧结工业试验。试验结果表明,在烧结配料中配加少量转炉渣(小于2%),对烧结矿质量没有多大影响,成本却可以降低。在烧结料中配加2%的转炉渣,单价按53元/吨计算,每吨烧结矿成本可降低约0.25元/吨,以年产烧结矿1000万吨计算,则每年可降低成本约250万元。烧结配加转炉渣工业试验成功  相似文献

Abbreviated injury scale-85 (AIS-85) has been found to be an excellent tool to rapidly and accurately assess and scale the severity of thoracic trauma and to predict prognosis and outcome. Availability of condensed charts of AIS-85 have made its application in clinical practice easy and quick. Even paramedical personnel can be trained to use this scale to compare the data.  相似文献

基于图像处理的方法,采用了由粗及精的瞳孔定位思想,提出了一种高精度的瞳孔定位算法。该算法首先利用瞳孔区域的直方图,采用改进的最大类间方差法自适应地分割瞳孔区域,实现粗略定位,然后利用瞳孔灰度的梯度特性来精确定位瞳孔边缘点,最后在像素级瞳孔边缘点的基础上,采用亚像素定位方法,更精确地求得亚像素级瞳孔边缘点,并通过椭圆拟合的方法来精确确定瞳孔的中心位置。另外,针对瞳孔被遮挡的情况,本文提出了一种等距离补偿瞳孔的方法。多次实验结果证明了该算法对遮挡瞳孔的定位有较强的鲁棒性,可以准确地定位瞳孔的位置。   相似文献

The delto-pectoral flap has been used to repair burned scar in the faciocervical region for some years. However, its limited size restricts its application. Furthermore, direct transfer of the flap may result in a swelling and inexpressive face and the donor site needs skin grafting. To avoid the above disadvantages, we have tried pre-expansion of the flap. In this article, the authors report the experiences in the application of the method to eighteen cases, including the surgical procedure, the applied anatomy, and typical cases as well. Also included in the article are the comparison between various therapies to the burned scar of the face, the key points for successful pre-expansion of the delto-pectoral flap, accurately maintaining the desired position. The method has been proved to have many advantages and can be widely applied.  相似文献

To control hardenability accurately it must be measured accurately. The Jominy test has been refined to do this. Extension of the test has also allowed accurate measurement down to 0.2 in. diam specimens. Illustrations of accuracy and reproducibility are given. Commercial steels show very wide hardenability bands and the influence of residual elements is profound. Correlation of accurately determined hardenability and composition has been examined using computer regression analyses. It is shown that the position of the Jominy curve can be calculated to within ±0.017 in. with 90 pct probability. The accuracy of the method is compared with previous systems. It is shown that other systems (e.g., Grossmann) are generally less accurate even over their best ranges of application. The use of hardenability control in induction hardening is discussed and the width of useful bands derived. Carbon content control is particularly important and it is shown how traditional methods result in inaccurate information. Hardenability control can produce economies to both steel producer and user. The use of control diagrams is discussed. One of the greatest obstacles to the application of physical chemistry principles to the elucidation of slag‐metal reactions is a lack of knowledge of activities of the reacting species. To a large extent, oxygen potential of the slag phase governs iron and steelmaking practice. Without oxygen control by means of appropriate sensors, the behaviour of the other elements cannot be managed. In this paper, measurements of the FeO activity with various types of electrochemical FeO sensors will be described together with examples of their applications for improved strategies toward better practice for ladle metallurgy and sulphur and manganese distributions between slag and metal phases during steelmaking. Measurements of FeO activity have also been made in order to improve dephosphorization reactions. This type of work has led to significant reduction in volume of slag generated within the steelmaking vessel, which in turn, has important implications for refractory wear, metal yield, alloy recovery and improved productivity. Finally an on‐line sensor is described which permits the oxygen potential to be determined for both the metal phase and the slag phase during steelmaking in the BOF.  相似文献

针对目前使用的传统气体检测仪器因体积大、精度低,难以对储罐和管道等的漏气进行精确有效检测的缺陷,提出一种袖珍式气体检测仪的设计方案.设计方案对系统采用干电池供电,以单片机STC12C2052AD为控制核心,结合MQ-2烟雾传感器,不但对氢气、液化气和天然气等可燃气体的检测灵敏度高,而且硬件结构简单,体积小,重量轻,携带方便,非常适合漏气现场检测,具有较高的实用性.  相似文献
