马钢CSP成功生产出电工钢热轧卷

2005年3月1日，马钢采用薄板坯连铸连轧(CSP)工艺成功轧制出第一批MG-W600无取向硅钢热轧卷，这是我国首次应用薄板坯连铸连轧(CSP)工艺生产电工钢产品，它标志着由北京钢研总院、马钢、武钢共同承担的“薄板坯连铸连轧生产电工钢新技术研究”项目取得了实质性的进展和突破。     

薄板坯连铸连轧生产冷轧基板的工艺与组织性能分析

比较分析了薄板坯连铸连轧的工艺特征,轧制工艺特点及板坯热历史,第二相粒子的析出行为,传统流程与TSCR流程中低碳钢的组织、析出、位错、性能差异等,结合薄板坯连铸连轧生产低碳钢板力学性能的生产统计结果实例,提出了冷轧冲压板用热轧基板的成分和性能要求及解决的途径,并给出了在CSP线上进行冷轧基板的冶金成分与工艺控制的生产性试验的初步结果.     

薄板坯连铸连轧工艺生产Q&P钢的可行性分析

根据QP钢生产工艺特点,结合武汉钢铁有限公司CSP产线从钢水冶炼到钢板成卷各工序的工艺控制能力,分析了采用薄板坯连铸连轧工艺生产QP钢的可行性及各工序工艺控制要点。结果表明,薄板坯连铸连轧工艺能够满足QP钢的成分要求,并具备生产部分规格汽车用QP钢的能力;但要实现工业化生产,保证产品性能波动满足下游产业冷加工的要求,现有薄板坯连铸连轧产线的层流冷却系统需进行升级,提高轧后冷却能力和冷却温度控制精度。     

涟钢CSP生产线的半无头轧制技术

CSP生产线的半无头轧制技术直接以生产1．2mm以下热轧板卷为目的。半无头轧制技术在CSP生产线的成功应用，将会大大减少CSP生产线生产超薄板带的成本，提高薄板坯连铸连轧CSP生产线技术的市场竞争力，并加大“以热替冷”的步伐。     

CSP线铁素体轧制与奥氏体轧制钢板的组织性能比较

利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜研究分析了CSP薄板坯连铸连轧线（CSP线）铁索体轧制工艺生产钢板的显微组织，通过实验对其力学性能和成形性能进行了研究，并与该生产线采用常规奥氏体轧制工艺生产钢板的组织性能进行比较。研究结果表明：CSP线铁素体轧制工艺生产的钢板组织较粗大，强度较低，塑性较好，且具有良好的成形性。
