针对某钢厂生产30 mm以上规格高强度钢板时突然出现大批量超声波探伤不合格的情况,利用金相显微镜、电子显微镜及电子探针等手段对钢板探伤不合部位进行了观察、分析。结果表明,钢板厚度中心位置硫化物、氧化物夹杂物聚集引起的微裂纹是造成探伤不合的主要原因。根据分析检测结果,提出了相应的工艺改进措施。  相似文献

神户制钢和奥钢联正在联手开发弯曲性、焊接性和涂装性都比较好的超高强度汽车用钢板 ,其抗拉强度为 80 - 1 0 0kg mm2 ,以符合汽车制造厂实现车体轻型化从而达到降低油耗和减少大气污染的目的。预计明年 3月开始生产供应。此外 ,神户制钢还和日系汽车制造厂合作 ,共同开发汽车内和顶部骨架用的高强度钢板 ,以便在保证车体轻型化的同时确保汽车的安全性。预计 2年后提供给汽车制造厂使用神户制钢开发新型高强度汽车用钢板  相似文献

采用弛豫控制析出+加速冷却(RPC+ACC)和超快速冷却+加速冷却(UFC+ACC)2种不同冷却工艺试制低裂纹敏感性钢板,结合显微硬度、SEM及TEM技术分析了冷却工艺对显微组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:RPC+ACC工艺试样的屈服强度和抗拉强度比UFC+ACC工艺分别要高170 MPa和65 MPa,而且维持了相同的冲击韧性。获得含有大量位错胞的板条贝氏体组织,且不同尺寸的板条贝氏体被亚结构或位错墙分割,出现相互交错排列是RPC+ACC冷却工艺提高强度的主要机制。  相似文献

  The steels were rolled at 3 different finishing temperatures. The mechanical properties were tested by tensile tests. The results show that as finish rolling temperature decreases from 620 to 560 ℃ in ferrite region, the deep drawability of ferritic rolled P added high strength IF steels is improved, and r value rises from 114 to 137. Finish rolling temperature (FT) has less influence on other mechanical properties, such as yield strength, tensile strength and elongation. Microstructures of hot rolled and annealed steel sheets and precipitates of annealed steel sheets were also analyzed.  相似文献

The surface treatment technology can improve the corrosion resistance of steel sheets and increase the value of steel application.The surface treated steel sheets in Baosteel include zinc galvanized steel sheets,sin galvanized steel sheets,chromium galvanized steel sheets,and colour coating steel sheets with the application in the area from construction to automobiles,appliance,package,etc.The development,application and manufacturing technique of these products have become the core competition power of Baosteel. The article reviews the developments of surface treated steel sheets and surface treatment technologies in Baosteel in 10 years,especially hot dip galvanized high strength steel products used in vehicles.The article also looks forward into further developments of surface treatment steel products and technologies in Baosteel,which will focus on:①the new products of hot dip galvanized advanced high strength steels;②more environmental friendly products or functional coating products;③the development of surface treatment technologies to meet the requirement of higher surface quality in the marcket;④new type of surface treatment and coating technologies.  相似文献

Shougang Group has carried out a strategic structure adjustment in order to realize the promise of Chinese people to the Olympic Games.Automotive sheets are chosen as a type of strategic product and an engine to upgrade enterprise management,technology and operation to reach the top international level during the transition from long products to steel sheets in Shougang Group.Since 2006,Shougang Group has made an elaborate preparation on steel sheet culture,production line construction,technology import,pilot plant and talent reserve.It lays the foundation for the development of automotive sheets.The developing history of cold rolled automotive sheets is reviewed and the research and development of cold rolled automotive sheets, tackling key problem of defect on surface and the latest progress of automotive sheets construction are described in this paper.The main contents were given as follows:①The products of automotive sheets realize zero breakthrough in Shougang Group.Monthly output was 300 ton in January,2009 and it increased to 48 000 ton in June,2010.The ratio of IF steel sheets increases to 70%from 40%.The proportion of outside panel in automotive sheets occupys more than 15%.②A high emulational pilot plant is used as a product developing platform to develop successfully automotive sheets with 1 000 MPa and below.It guarantees that the industrial development of DP and TRIP sheets gets success at a time.It covers continuous annealing sheets with tensile strength≤780 MPa and galvanizing sheets with tensile strength≤590 MPa.③Individual design is used to meet special requirement of customer.Shougang owns 23 inner brands of LCAK and IF steels.It insures that the grades of yield strength cover whole range from 120 to 270 MPa.It keeps the stabilization of steel performance by means of chemical composition control and high accuracy rolling technology.For example,the strength of soft steel fluctuates within±15 MPa.④The steel sheets with surface grade O5 are produced steadily by solving forming striation of IF steel,grain coarse on surface,edge curling skin and mountains - and - waters painting defects.⑤The safeguard mechanism on quality of products is improved steadily and the output of automotive sheets and outside panel increases greatly by building consistency quality management system、information - system and customer service system.  相似文献

 研究304奥氏体不锈钢薄板的硬度随冷轧变形量的变化规律,为奥氏体不锈钢薄板工业生产提供指导。同时,采用金相显微镜、维氏硬度测量、X-射线衍射仪和透射电镜研究了不同变形量冷轧对304不锈钢显微组织和机械性能的影响。在室温对0.5mm厚退火板材进行冷轧,使冷轧变形量从10%增加到52%。结果表明,形变诱发马氏体相变是导致304不锈钢冷轧时产生加工硬化的主要原因,冷轧可以显著提高钢的强度和硬度。当冷轧变形至40%时,304不锈钢的维氏硬度是未变形时的2.2倍,屈服强度、抗拉强度分别增大到未变形时的4.2倍(880MPa)和1.8倍(1312MPa)。  相似文献
