CDM袋式除尘器净化镍铁电炉熔炼烟气的实践

经过对电炉烟尘的分析,选用CDM袋式除尘器对电炉熔炼烟气进行净化.该技术采用耐高温覆膜滤料、离线低压脉冲循环清灰技术、重力挡板式惯性预收尘,PLC自动程序控制,定位气缸驱动反吹,以及防止烟气低温结露对设备的腐蚀和对滤料的污染等措施,提高了过滤速度和净化效率,防止了SO2低温结露对设备和滤料的腐蚀和影响,有效地捕集了矿热电炉熔炼产生的粉尘,适应了热带地区高温、高湿、多雨的环境,替代了进口产品,满足镍铁矿热电炉熔炼烟气净化的要求.

覆膜砂性能影响因素的探讨

覆膜砂主要采用优质精选天然石英砂为原砂,热塑性酚醛树脂,乌洛托品及增强剂为原料。通过对覆膜过程的试验进行分析比较,得出覆膜砂性能主要影响的因素有以下的几种,分别是覆膜的设备、原材料和覆膜工艺的参数,要想提高覆膜砂的性能就要从不同软化点树脂按一定的比例进行混合,并且用特定固化剂、增塑剂和多筛制砂做为最基本的原料。     

高密面层结构对针刺毡滤料性能影响的实验研究

采用国标建议的实验装置,对普通针刺毡滤料和高密面层针刺毡滤料的性能进行系统实验与研究,得出了滤料阻力性能的数据.结果表明:高密面层滤料体现了表面过滤的特征,无论在洁净过滤阶段、老化阶段还是稳定过滤阶段都具有较低的阻力值、缓慢的阻力上升速度、较长的过滤周期、较高的粉尘剥离率.因此高密面层滤料结构优于普通滤料.

Rapid determination of plasma paracetamol

Filtration of hydatid fluid through Seitz EK filter pads results in an initial retention of a part of sensitizing proteins on the filter disc. Filtration through membrane filters allows the passage of most of the proteins of the fluid and may be considered as a more satisfactory procedure for the preparation of antigen for Casoni skin tests. Membrane filtrates are likewise reactive in indirect haemagglutination tests.     

Impact of Membrane Surface Modification on the Treatment of Surface Water

New polyethersulfone (PES) based membranes for ultrafiltration (UF) were developed by blending a surface-modifying macromolecule (SMM) in the casting solution, in an attempt to minimize the impact of fouling. Fouling was evaluated using concentrated Ottawa River water (CORW), either unfractionated or fractionated via UF. These membranes also included some polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), a pore forming additive. A statistical analysis was conducted to evaluate the impact of some variables on the treatment of the surface water. The independent variables included PVP/PES ratio in the casting solution, with and without SMM, and the nature of the feed CORW [low molecular weight (LMW) fraction, unfractionated, high molecular weight (HMW) fraction]. The performance variables studied were total organic carbon (TOC) removal, the foulant accumulation at the membrane surface after filtration, the flux reduction, and the final permeate flux. The most important variable was the feed water. Filtration of LMW had a higher final flux, less fouling, but slightly lower TOC removal. The SMM did not significantly impact the membrane performance. TOC removal was high, compared with results reported in the literature for UF membranes.     

全钒氧化还原液流电池隔膜的改性研究

全钒液流电池的隔膜是限制该电池体系实际应用的关键因素之一,现在通常采用的Nafion隔膜虽然电化学性能和使用寿命优异,但是较大的钒离子透过率和高昂的成本限制了其广泛应用。本文选择了一种国内生产的用于水处理的隔膜进行改性研究,电化学试验表明:对该膜应用Nafion溶液浸泡的方法进行改性,可以在有效降低成本的同时达到较好的电化学性能,电流效率较高,但电压效率随电流密度升高下降较为明显;同时钒离子的透过率比Nafion膜大为改善,但是稳定性有待于进一步提高。     

对《液膜技术提取钪的研究》之商榷

对本刊Vol.11(1990),NO.2张月英及其协作者的《液膜技术提取钪的研究》一文提出数点商榷意见。     

Fabrication of a graded pore-sized porous FeAl intermetallic membrane

Micro-porous FeAl membranes were prepared directly onto a macro-porous FeAl support through brushing and reactive synthesis using Fe and Al elemental powders with different particle sizes. X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope and pore structure testing were used to study the phase composition, interfacial microstructure and pore structure of the resulting graded pore-sized FeAl membrane. The effects of membrane thickness on permeability and maximum pore size were also investigated. Results showed that a metallurgically strong joint is formed between the membrane and support and that no cracks and defects may be found on the interface due to the elemental reactions, penetrating of coated powders into the pores of the support and the match of the thermal expansion coefficients between membrane and support. Membrane permeability decreased from 84.2 to 38.5?m^3?m^?2?kPa^?1?h^?1 and the maximum pore size of about 2.5 μm showed a slight change as the membrane thickness increased from 135.5 to 299.1?μm.

Nonlinear Response of Fluid-Filled Membrane in Gravity Waves

This paper describes a time-domain model for the nonlinear response of fluid-filled membranes in gravity waves. A formulation based on the principle of virtual work provides an integral governing equation for membrane deformation that fully accounts for geometric nonlinearity, which is known to be important even for relatively small deformation. The incident wave amplitude and membrane deformation are considered to be small, to allow linearization of the hydrodynamic problems. The potential flows inside and outside the membrane are solved by two boundary element models, which are coupled to the finite element model of the membrane. An iterative scheme based on Newmark’s method integrates the resulting nonlinear equations of motion in time. The computed results for a bottom-mounted fluid-membrane system show favorable agreement with available experimental and numerical data. Membrane geometric nonlinearity increases the system stiffness due to strain-stiffening and gives rise to hysteresis response at some frequencies.     

Histo-blood group p: biosynthesis of globoseries glycolipids in EBV-transformed B cell lines

PURPOSE: In vitro and in vivo investigations were performed to evaluate the Irie retrievable inferior vena caval (IVC) filter. MATERIALS AND METHODS: The clot capturing performance of the Irie and five other IVC filters were assessed in both horizontal and vertical orientations within a pulsed-flow circuit with 240 clot challenges for each filter. Subjective comparisons of the flow disturbance characteristics of the Irie and three other filters were also performed. In vivo studies consisted of 13 Irie filter insertions and eight attempted retrievals in 11 pigs. Histologic evaluation of the IVC was performed with the Irie filter in situ and following retrieval. RESULTS: In vitro testing demonstrated the clot capturing capability and flow disturbance characteristics of the Irie filter to be similar to those of other IVC filters. Filter deployment problems occurred during three of the 13 insertions. Six of the eight retrieval procedures were successful; four filters were retrieved 1 month after insertion. Follow-up cavography demonstrated two tilted filters and three caval perforations. CONCLUSION: The performance of the Irie filter is similar to that of other currently available IVC filters. The filter can be retrieved after neointimal incorporation of the struts into the IVC wall.

Application of ATOVS Radiance-Bias Correction to Typhoon Track Prediction with Ensemble Kalman Filter Data Assimilation

In this paper, firstly, the bias between observed radiances from the Advanced TIROS-N Operational Vertical Sounder (ATOVS) and those simulated from a model first-guess are corrected. After bias correction,the observed minus calculated (O-B) radiances of most channels were reduced closer to zero, with peak values in each channel shifted towards zero, and the distribution of O-B closer to a Gaussian distribution than without bias correction. Secondly, ATOVS radiance data with and without bias correction are assimilated directly with an Ensemble Kalman Filter (EnKF) data assimilation system, which are then adopted as the initial fields in the forecast model T106L19 to simulate Typhoon Prapiroon (2006) during the period 2-4August 2006. The prediction results show that the assimilation of ATOVS radiance data with bias correction has a significant and positive impact upon the prediction of the typhoon's track and intensity, although the results are not perfect.
