At low temperature, some long-lasting phosphors could not work well in practical applications. So it is necessary to investigate the temperature dependence of the phosphors. The Y2O2S.Eu, Ti, Mg microcrystalline samples were prepared by solid state reaction method. Phosphors were sintered at 1150 ℃ for 20 min in air, putting in and taking out both at high temperature. The effect of rare earth oxides Y203 or Ce02 on sintering properties of Si3N4 ceramics was studied and the mechanism of assisting action during sintering was analyzed. The results in dicate that the best sintering properties appear in Si3N4 ceramics with 5% Y203 or 8% CeO2. Secondary crystallites are formed at grain boundaries after heat treatment,which decreases the amount of glass phase and contributes to the improvement of high-temperature mechanical properties of silicon nitride.  相似文献

Conventional cathode material (LiCoO2) was modified by coating with a thin layer of La2O3/Li2O/TiO2 for improving its performance for lithium ion battery. The morphology and structure of the modified cathode material was characterized by SEM, XRD, and Auger electron spectroscopy. The performance of the cells with the modified cathode material was examined, including the cycling stability, the diffusion coefficient under different voltages, and the C-rate discharge. The results showed that the cell composed of the coated cathode material discharged at a large current density, and possesses a stable cycle performance in the range from 3.0 to 4.4 V. It was explained that the rate of Li ion diffusion increased in the cell while using La2O3/Li2O/TiO2-coated LiCoO2 as the cathode and the coating layer may act as a faster ion conductor (La2O3/Li2O/TiO2).  相似文献

The liquid citrate method was used to synthesize perovskite-type SrCe0.9 Y0.1O3-α powder. SrCe09Y01O3-α membranes were prepared from the powder by sintering at 1450℃ for 10 h. The reactions in the process of the heat treatment were studied by XRD and DSC/TG. The microstructure of the powder and the membrane was observed by SEM. The results indicate that the perovskite-type SrCe0.9Y0.1 O3-α can be synthesized at 1100℃. The particle size of the synthesized SrCe0.9Y0.1O3-α powder is less than 1μm. The influence of MgO on sintering and dielectric properties of La2O3-TiO2 ceramics was investigated, and the mechanism also discussed. The results show that La2O3-TiO2 ceramics with MgO can be sintered between 1200 and 1280 ℃. Ce0.67Zr0.33O2-Al2O3 solid solution was prepared by the co-precipitation method. Fe2O3-based catalysts supported on the solid solution were obtained by the impregnation method. The article revealed that the optimal loading amount of Fe2O3 on Ce0.67Zr0.33 O2-Al2O3 in our experimental condition for catalytic combustion of methane was 8% ( mass fraction). The prepared catalysts were characterized by BET, TPR, XRD analyses, and their catalytic activity was investigated after being calcined at 873 K and after being aged in water gas at 1273 K. When the loading amount of Fe203 was 8% ( mass fraction), the catalyst held the highest activity, and the best temperature speciality and thermal stability. The complete-conversion temperature of methane for fresh and aged sample was 788 and 838 K, respectively. The range between the light-off temperature and the complete-conversion temperature was only 15 K. The characterization results of XRD indicated that Fe2O3 was well dispersed on the Ce0.67Zr0.33O2-Al2O3 matrix. The results of BET and TPR were in good harmony with the catalytic activity results.  相似文献

The relationship between the binary basicity (CaO/SiO2),TiO2,Na2O,Li2O,MgO,MnO,B2O3 and viscosity for fluoride-free and titanium-bearing mold fluxes were systematically researched. The rotating cylinder method was employed in the experiment to measure the viscosity of the slag. The results indicate that Li2O, B2O3 and Na2O play major roles in decreasing viscosity, especially Li2O, which is the most effective flux, while MgO and MnO exert little influence on viscosity. Meanwhile, it can be concluded that with increasing TiO2 content, the viscosity of fluoride-free and titanium-bearing mold fluxes increases at first but then falls when the amount of TiO2 is greater than 6.0%. Based on large amounts of experimental statistics of the viscosity of fluoride-free and titanium-bearing mold fluxes, an available model in literature for predicting the mold-slag viscosity was modified. This modified model can be used to predict the viscosity of fluoride-free and titanium-bearing mold fluxes. In fact, the predicted values approximate the observed values with a ±10.6% average deviation. Compared with the classical models,the average deviation is higher and it was found that the modified model can be used to estimate the viscosity of fluoride-free and titanium-bearing mold fluxes.  相似文献

摘要:高铝钢用新型CaO-Al2O3基连铸结晶器保护渣结晶性能较强,在连续浇铸过程中易出现润滑与传热功能协调不均的问题。基于此,针对新型CaO-Al2O3基保护渣,考察了典型助熔剂Li2O对保护渣析晶温度、析晶物相等性能的影响,并进行了相关结晶动力学分析。结果表明,提高Li2O含量可使保护渣的临界冷却速率和初始结晶温度呈现先降低后升高的趋势,当Li2O质量分数为4%时,保护渣结晶倾向最弱。随Li2O质量分数从0增至6%,保护渣的结晶孕育时间先延长后缩短。析晶物相由CaAl4O7+CaF2转变为CaAl4O7+CaF2+LiAlO2,Li2O的加入及其含量的提高促进了LiAlO2的析出。此外,随Li2O质量分数从0增至6%,保护渣结晶活化能先增大后减小,析晶过程受到的阻力先增强后减弱,与结晶性能的变化规律相吻合。  相似文献

2CaO·SiO_2-3CaO·P_2O_5含磷固溶体的生成可提高转炉液相渣的脱磷能力,减少渣量.但目前CaO-SiO_2-FeO-P_2O_5-Al_2O_3渣系中各组元活度的变化规律尚不明确,无法为分析含磷固溶体的形成机理提供理论依据.为此,本文依据分子离子共存理论建立了熔渣组元的活度模型,分析了不同条件下组元活度的变化规律.结果表明:随渣中Al_2O_3含量的增加,2CaO·SiO_2、3CaO·P_2O_5、3FeO·P_2O_5的活度逐渐降低;随着碱度的增大,3CaO·P_2O_5的活度升高,2CaO·SiO_2、3FeO·P_2O_5的活度则呈先升高后降低的趋势;随着渣中FeO含量的增加,2CaO·SiO_2、3FeO·P_2O_5及CaO·Al_2O_3的活度逐渐增大,并在w(FeO)为15%时达到最大值,之后逐渐降低;升高温度会导致CaO、3CaO·SiO_2的活度增大,2CaO·SiO_2的活度降低.  相似文献

The effects of basicity (CaO/SiO2), B2O3, and Li2O addition on the crystallization behaviors of lime-silica-based mold fluxes have been investigated by non-isothermal differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), field emission scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD), and single hot thermocouple technique. It was found that the crystallization temperature of cuspidine increased with increasing the basicity of mold fluxes. The crystallization of wollastonite was suppressed with increasing the mold flux basicity due to the enhancement of cuspidine crystallization. The addition of B2O3 suppresses the crystallization of mold flux. The crystallization temperature of mold flux decreases with Li2O addition. The size of cuspidine increases, while the number of cuspidine decreases with increasing mold flux basicity. The morphology of cuspidine in mold fluxes with lower basicity is largely dendritic. The dendritic cuspidine in mold fluxes is composed of many fine cuspidine crystals. On the contrary, in mold fluxes with higher basicity, the cuspidine crystals are larger in size with mainly faceted morphology. The crystalline phase evolution was also calculated using a thermodynamic database, and compared with the experimental results determined by DSC and XRD. The results of thermodynamic calculation of crystalline phase formation are in accordance with the results determined by DSC and XRD.  相似文献

为了提高转炉渣中CaO的利用率,降低转炉渣的碱度,通过试验研究了CaO粒度、粒状CaO的加入比例、温度和保温时间对含磷富集相的影响。结果表明,适当增大CaO的粒度有利于2CaO·SiO2-3CaO·P2O5固溶体的形成;当渣中粒状CaO的含量较低时,增加粒状CaO的加入比例,可促进渣中大颗粒固溶体的形成并减少渣中磷的含量,但当粒状CaO的含量较高时,2CaO·SiO2-3CaO·P2O5固溶体生成量减少;适当提高温度有利于脱磷反应的进行;随反应时间的延长,2CaO·SiO2-3CaO·P2O5固溶体的粒径增大,而且固溶体中磷的含量也不断增加。  相似文献

为适应精炼钢包用耐火材料轻量化的发展需要,采用两步烧结法向Al_2O_3-MgO-CaO系复相耐火材料中添加La_2O_3,并对该耐火材料的抗LF精炼渣侵蚀性能进行了研究。结果表明,添加的La_2O_3优先固溶入Al_2O_3-MgO-CaO系复相耐火材料的晶相CaO·6Al_2O_3中,促使CaO·6Al_2O_3晶胞产生晶格畸变,有效抑制了CaO·6Al_2O_3晶粒沿基面的异常长大,进而有效地促进了Al_2O_3-MgO-CaO系复相耐火材料的烧结致密化。当添加La_2O_3的质量分数为4%,在1600℃保温2h烧成后,试样的气孔率由占总体积分数的19.2%下降至6.1%,体积密度由2.78g/cm3上升至3.18g/cm3,制得了含MgO·Al_2O_3、CaO·2Al_2O_3、CaO·6Al_2O_3晶相且呈现交织分布、显微结构致密的Al_2O_3-MgO-CaO系复相耐火材料,其抗LF精炼渣侵蚀性能与同等致密度的Al_2O_3-MgO质耐火材料相当。  相似文献

在1853K的温度下,利用CaO-SiO2-FeO3-MnO2-MgO-P2O5系熔剂,对钢液进行脱磷、回磷实验,研究熔剂碱度CaO/SiO2和氧化性(Fe2O3+MnO2)对钢液脱磷、回磷的影响,研究得出,防止钢液回磷的先决条件是:控制熔剂碱度和氧化性大于其临界值。实验发现,用适量BaO取代CaO基熔剂中的CaO,可有效控制钢液的回磷。  相似文献
