摘要:在第4次工业革命浪潮的推动下,钢铁科学与技术正在经历数字化、智能化转型。钢铁行业全流程各工序均为“黑箱”,为多场、多相、多变的巨系统,具有复杂相关关系和遗传效应等。这些不确定性带来了巨大的挑战。挑战和机遇并存。这些不确定性提供了智能化和数字化技术的应用场景资源;钢铁行业极为丰富的大数据提供了挖掘其中蕴含客观规律的数据资源;现代的数据科学、智能技术为解决不确定性问题提供了强大的手段。以数据为中心,以工业互联网为载体,以实验工具、数字数据、计算工具为支撑,建设钢铁企业材料创新基础设施,将可以大幅度提高研发效率,降低研发成本,有力地支撑钢铁材料科学与技术的转型发展。实验工具平台除了传统的实验室仪器装备和中试装备之外,实际生产线被作为主要的实验工具。这些实验工具提供丰富、精准、写实的历史数据和现实生产数据,特别是生产线装备提供实际生产大数据,蕴含着生产过程中的全部规律,是极宝贵的数据资源。利用机器学习、深度学习等现代数据挖掘技术为计算工具,对这些数据资源进行处理、分析、计算,将数据转换为高保真度模型,可以得到具有“原位分析能力”的数字孪生。在工业互联网的总体架构下,以数字孪生为核心,组成信息物理系统,构建起基于数据自动流动的状态感知、实时分析、科学决策、精准执行的闭环赋能体系,解决生产制造、应用服务过程中的复杂性和不确定性问题,提高资源配置效率,实现资源优化,对材料行业转型发展提供关键技术支撑。虚实映射、实时交互、精准控制的信息物理系统与材料创新基础设施合二为一,以材料创新基础设施为基盘,形成具有“原位分析能力”的数字孪生,建设钢铁生产全流程、一体化的信息物理系统,必将推进钢铁行业智能制造蓬勃开展和数字化、智能化转型。  相似文献

General action and inaction goals can influence the amount of motor or cognitive output irrespective of the type of behavior in question, with the same stimuli producing trivial and important motor and cognitive manifestations normally viewed as parts of different systems. A series of experiments examined the effects of instilling general action and inaction goals using word primes, such as "action" and "rest." The first 5 experiments showed that the same stimuli influenced motor output, such as doodling on a piece of paper and eating, as well as cognitive output, such as recall and problem solving. The last 2 experiments supported the prediction that these diverse effects can result from the instigation of general action and inaction goals. Specifically, these last 2 studies confirmed that participants were motivated to achieve active or inactive states and that attaining them decreased the effects of the primes on behavior. The hCG/LH receptor belongs to the G-protein coupled receptor family. The gene for the receptor has been localised to chromosome 2p21. In addition to corpus luteum and testis as the classical target tissues for hCG and LH, hCG/LH receptors have been described in a variety of non-gonadal human tissues (e.g. endometrium, myometrium, fallopian tube, placenta, amnion, chorion, prostate, CNS, adrenal gland). Besides its modulation of endocrine functions, the hCG/LH receptor does probably transmit growth-factor like activities of hCG and LH in many of these tissues. Moreover, activating as well as inactivating mutations of the hCG/LH receptor gene have been described. These mutations are localised mainly within the transmembrane region of the receptor gene (exon 11) and are responsible for characteristic diseases such as familiar, male-limited precocious puberty as well as hypogonadism of both sexes. This review deals with the molecular biology of the hCG/LH receptor, its distribution within the human body, its functions as well as with the relevance of mutations. Finally, the therapeutic use of hCG in the treatment of AIDS-related Kaposis' sarcoma is discussed.  相似文献

Microdialysis sampling has become an important method for the continuous monitoring from an in vivo environment. This technique has been used to monitor many endogenous molecules, such as neurotransmitters, as well as exogenous species such as drug substances. Microdialysis samples have traditionally been analyzed by liquid chromatographic (LC) methods to gain resolution and quantification of the molecules of interest. However, LC separations have a relatively large injection volume requirement which, as a consequence, increases microdialysis sampling times. Capillary electrophoresis (CE), with its very small sample volume requirements and high resolving power, has therefore gained popularity as an alternative to LC. Reviewed here are many of the technologies currently available for CE and examples of how this technique has been effectively applied to the analysis of microdialysis samples.  相似文献

Development of methods for gene transfer into specific cell types or tissues is important for experimental research as well as clinical therapeutical approaches. We report here the cloning and characterization of the envelope (env) gene and the U3 region of a retrovirus from an infected human Small Cell Lung Cancer (SCLC) cell line. The replication of this murine retrovirus is also fully supported by other lung cancer cell lines of different histological origin. We present evidence that a long terminal repeat (LTR)-beta-galactosidase (beta-Gal) reporter construct performed as well as an analogous cytomegalovirus (CMV) promoter beta-Gal construct in the human lung epithelial cell line A549 and in the human larynx carcinoma cell line HEp2.  相似文献

Nest and home     
A nest as a rather loose construction of plant material, as it is used by most birds and some of the lowest primates, never serves as a goal of flight, very rarely as a sleeping place but mainly as a support for the offspring. A home, however, as used by many nonprimate mammals and other vertebrates, is a solid construction or an excavation in a solid material (tree hole, burrow, etc.) which serves principally as a goal of flight in case of danger, also as a sleeping place and temporarily as a nest, that is a fix-point for raising the young. In the phylogeny of primates the nest has been given up very early. The sleeping nest of pongids has nothing to do with it. Whereas the most primitive primates using nests transport their young with the mouth, in all other primates the young has to grasp actively the mother's (parent's) hair to be tranported.
