研究了普通退火、双重退火和固溶时效三种热处理制度下TC4合金棒材的组织与性能。结果表明:随着退火温度的提高,普通退火的棒材组织由等轴组织变为双态组织,拉伸强度随着退火温度的增加而降低,而伸长率和断面收缩率先增加后又降低,冲击韧性持续增加。随着双重退火中的二次退火温度提高,双重退火后TC4合金棒材显微组织由双态组织变为等轴组织,双态组织棒材的力学性能各项指标均好于等轴组织。随着时效温度的升高,固溶时效的棒材的显微组织由低温时效的近似网篮组织变为双态组织和等轴组织,且棒材的力学性能随着时效温度的升高而降低。从热处理效果看:在940℃固溶和530℃时效,TC4棒材的综合力学性能最佳。 相似文献

热处理工艺是调整TA15钛合金显微组织和力学性能的重要手段之一。以往文献较多地研究了热处理制度对TA15钛合金拉伸性能的影响。研究了退火温度对TA15钛合金锻件、棒材显微组织和冲击性能的影响,目的是通过改变退火温度调整合金的显微组织参量,改善TA15钛合金冲击性能。其结果表明:提高退火温度可以增加初生α相尺寸和次生α相片层厚度,从而提高合金的冲击性能。特别是对小规格锻件,退火温度从810℃提高到850℃,冲击值可提高10 J.cm-2以上。 相似文献

通过金相组织观察、第二相粒子观察及织构分析,研究成品退火温度对Zr-Nb合金棒材组织与织构的影响。结果表明:随着成品退火温度的升高,Zr-Nb合金棒材金相组织中晶粒逐渐增大,第二相粒子的平均尺寸和尺寸分布范围均逐渐增大。各种退火温度下的Zr-Nb棒材均存在{0002}基面织构,且不同退火温度的棒材织构强度差别较为明显。 相似文献

高纯铪锭经过锻造、挤压等加工手段制备成13 mm的棒材,在600~760℃进行了不同制度的真空热处理,通过对比分析热处理前后棒材的低倍组织、显微组织及室温、320℃高温拉伸性能,研究了热处理对棒材组织和拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:热处理后铪棒的低倍组织没有明显变化;随退火温度的升高,晶粒有明显的长大趋势,在600~760℃退火,晶粒度处于9.5~11级。铪棒室温和320℃拉伸强度随着退火温度的提高而降低,室温塑性则随着退火温度提高呈现出先升高后降低的趋势,而高温塑性随着退火温度的提高而增加。 相似文献

Ti80合金具有高的比强度、优良的耐蚀性及良好的焊接性,为了保证其在服役过程中的使用安全性,需通过热处理获得最佳的强度、塑性及冲击韧性匹配。为此,以经过多火次锻造的、组织为均匀细小等轴组织的Ti80合金棒材为研究对象,对其在650~800℃范围内进行不同温度的退火处理,并对退火处理后的试样进行室温拉伸性能及冲击韧性测试。结果表明,随着退火温度的升高,Ti80合金棒材的强度变化不大,延伸率和冲击韧性均呈现上升趋势。经(700~800)℃×1 h/AC热处理后,Ti80合金棒材的强度、塑性及冲击韧性可达到较好的匹配,各项性能均满足协议指标要求。 相似文献
