In 2019 a Scientific Research&Demonstration Platform was deployed near islands and reefs in South China Sea by a joint research group of 7 institutes and universities in China.It is a simplified small model of a two-module semi-submersible-type VLFS.The test on site has continued for more than one and half years since then for long-term observations to validate the developed key technologies for design and behavior predictions of floating structures deployed near islands and reefs.An integrated information system was set up to continuously collect and inspect the data of the encountered waves,structure responses,connector forces,mooring line forces,anti-corrosion status of the platform,the performance efficiencies of a floating breakwater nearby and a wave energy converter attached on the breakwater.In this paper,the status of the on-site measurements and validations of the key technologies are briefly described.  相似文献

三门峡水库开始蓄水运用即出现严重淤积,随后被迫降低运用水位,改为“滞洪排沙”运用。为了进一步减轻库区淤积所产生的危害,采取了“蓄清排浑”的运用方式。进入90年代以后,又进行了汛期泄洪排沙的实验,由于长期冲切河槽,大幅度而且过快地降低库水位,对库区工程、河势等诸方面都程度不同的带来了一定负面效应,给库区沿岸群众的生产、生活带来影响。文中就三门峡水的运用和库区冲淤对河势变化及工程的影响做了分析探讨。  相似文献

陕西省白鱼河流域是典型的秦巴山地变质岩水土流失区,长期以来。水土流失严重,生态环境恶劣,平均年侵蚀模数4500t/km2以上,森林覆盖率仅14.8%,水土流失制约着流域内生产活动和经济发展。1982年该流域被列为长江流域水土保持综合治理试点后,制定了生态经济型防护体系治理规划、通过五年集中治理和五年巩固性治理,取得了显著成效,年均侵蚀模数降至620t/km2,森林覆盖率提高到72%,人均纯收入增长近十倍,为同类型地区治理水土流失、提高环境容量提供了成功经验。  相似文献

根据排沙漏斗模型试验资料,通过对比分析排沙漏斗清、浑水流场特性,初步探明了排沙漏斗的水流结构和输沙机理。同时,排沙漏斗的原型观测和实际应用表明,排沙漏斗的实际工程应用是成功的,与曲线沉沙池和厢形沉沙池等传统工程措施相比,它具有截沙率高、排沙耗水量小、造价低等特点。  相似文献

河流悬移质泥沙含沙量是重要的水文参数,含沙量的实时监测是水文监测的薄弱环节。为提升水文测报的智能化、自动化水平,茂名水文分局引进TES-71 泥沙监测仪。实测数据分析发现含沙量0.167kg/m3 为关系曲线的分界点。对数据进行分段率定,高含沙量时泥沙监测仪显示值与实测含沙量具有良好的相关关系,随机不确定度为17.4%,系统误差为-1.2%,满足二类精度水文站单一线法的定线精度,TES-71 泥沙监测仪适用于高州水文站泥沙的高沙监测。低含沙量时段的输沙量占年输沙量的比重平均值为22.3%;虽然未满足规范要求但关系较为清晰,通过低含沙量时段关系线反推输沙量,数据平均相对误差为±5%以内;总体误差较小,有继续比测的价值。  相似文献

Sorption of heavy metal on sediment particles is studied theoretically am experimentally. Sorption processes of heavy metal pollutants on sediment particles can b well described by Langmuir model. Parameters in the model b,,k and k1 depend on proper ties of sediment and water, and have nothing to do with sediment concentration. By com bining the sorption dynamic equation and the mass conservation equation, the variation c N(sorption content of heavy metal pollutant by specific weight of sediment) and c (con centration of heavy metal pollutant in water phase) with time can be deduced. Further more, formulas for calculating the equilibrium sorption content N and the equilibriur concentration of heavy metal pollutant in water phase c are established too. Experimenta data well coincide with theoretical formulas. These can be treated as the basis for furthe quantitative study of sediment sorption-desorption characteristics.  相似文献

A habitat‐based aquatic macroinvertebrate study was initiated in the Lower Missouri River to evaluate relative quality and biological condition of dike pool habitats. Water‐quality and sediment‐quality parameters and macroinvertebrate assemblage structure were measured from depositional substrates at 18 sites. Sediment porewater was analysed for ammonia, sulphide, pH and oxidation–reduction potential. Whole sediments were analysed for particle‐size distribution, organic carbon and contaminants. Field water‐quality parameters were measured at subsurface and at the sediment–water interface. Pool area adjacent and downstream from each dike was estimated from aerial photography. Macroinvertebrate biotic condition scores were determined by integrating the following indicator response metrics: % of Ephemeroptera (mayflies), % of Oligochaeta worms, Shannon Diversity Index and total taxa richness. Regression models were developed for predicting macroinvertebrate scores based on individual water‐quality and sediment‐quality variables and a water/sediment‐quality score that integrated all variables. Macroinvertebrate scores generated significant determination coefficients with dike pool area (R2 = 0.56), oxidation–reduction potential (R2 = 0.81) and water/sediment‐quality score (R2 = 0.71). Dissolved oxygen saturation, oxidation–reduction potential and total ammonia in sediment porewater were most important in explaining variation in macroinvertebrate scores. The best two‐variable regression models included dike pool size + the water/sediment‐quality score (R2 = 0.84) and dike pool size + oxidation–reduction potential (R2 = 0.93). Results indicate that dike pool size and chemistry of sediments and overlying water can be used to evaluate dike pool quality and identify environmental conditions necessary for optimizing diversity and productivity of important aquatic macroinvertebrates. A combination of these variables could be utilized for measuring the success of habitat enhancement activities currently being implemented in this system. The sustainable use of water resources requires clear guidelines for the management of diffuse pollution inputs to rivers. Without informed guidelines, management decisions are unlikely to deliver cost‐effective improvements in the quality of rivers as required by current water policy. Here, we review the evidence available for deriving improved guidelines on the loading of fine sediment to rivers based on the impact on macro‐invertebrates. The relationship between macro‐invertebrates and fine sediments is poorly defined. Studies of the impacts of fine sediment on macro‐invertebrates have been undertaken at various scales, which has an influence on the range of responses displayed and the reliability of the results obtained; results obtained from investigations at smaller scales may not manifest at the scale required to manage rivers and vice versa. Many of the identified effects of increased loading of fine sediment on macro‐invertebrates occur as a consequence of deposition on the river bed, yet many current management guidelines are based on suspended sediment targets.
