Causes of the appearance of erosion-corrosion wear (ECW) on inlet regions of tubes of heat-exchange devices are considered.

介绍SIMHYD降水径流模型的结构及计算原理,利用该模型模拟了丹江口以上汉江上游流域的月流量过程,并采用区间分析方法分析SIMHYD模型参数的敏感性。结果表明:SIMHYD模型可以较好地模拟该流域的月流量过程;根据参数敏感性大小可将SIMHYD模型参数归为3类:第1类为敏感参数,如SMSC和SUB;第2类为较敏感参数,如CRAK和K;第3类为非敏感参数,如INSC,COEFF和SQ。 相似文献

A method of fabricating polymer replicas with the use of polymer solutions is described. It is shown that the adequacy of a replica is determined by the physicochemical processes on the microsection – polymer solution interface, in particular, by surface tension and wetting. The limiting wetting angle is determined for a number of polymer materials and solvents. The limiting wetting angle is shown to depend on the kind of material and on the kind of solvent as well as on their proportion in the solution. Polymer materials and solvents, the appropriate combination of which provides better wetting and hence better reflection of the studied microstructure by the replicas, are determined. The optical properties of polymer replicas, i.e., their reflectivity, resolving power, and contrast, are determined. The study makes it possible to pass from empirical to scientifically substantiated choice of materials, solvents, and their proportion for obtaining adequate replicas. 相似文献

A brief characteristic of a method for diagnosing extreme stacks of active steel on an operating turbogenerator by measured
parameters of acoustic vibrations of its body is presented. Data of experimental measurements on active turbogenerators confirm
the engineering efficiency of the method. It is shown that optimization of the operating parameters of a generator with worsened
compression of steel according to the recommendations of the Ts-06-96 Circular does not prevent enhanced wear of sheets of
extreme stacks. It is suggested that the operating conditions of generators with worsened compression should be optimized
with allowance for the results of measurement of parameters of vibroacoustic signal emitted by the extreme stacks due to vibration
of freed steel sheets.
