Conditions of inerting of methane-air mixtures by carbon dioxide and nitrogen with addition of CF3Br, C2F4Br2, and CF3I are examined. The value of the minimum inerting concentration of the inerting substance is significantly reduced by introduction
of these substances [up to 15% (vol.)] to N2 and CO2. A further increase in CF3Br and C2F4Br2 concentrations does not reduce the minimum inerting concentration, and an increase in the concentration of CF3I above 15%(vol.) drastically increases the latter to values higher than the minimum inerting concentration of pure nitrogen.
CF3I is found to be a combustible gas, and its addition to a methane-air mixture substantially expands the flammability limits.
The flammability limits of CF3I in air under standard conditions are determined, and the explosion parameters are measured.

活塞推料离心机由于具有生产能力大、功率消耗低以及滤饼固含率大等突出优点,被广泛应用于化学工业、食品、国防工业等部门,而双级活塞推料离心机是使用最多的一种机型。推料频率是双级活塞推料离心机的一个很重要的参数,对离心机的生产能力和分离效果起着决定性的作用。以P-100型双级活塞推料离心机为例,运用FLUENT软件对其建立三维模型并进行数值模拟,研究了推料频率的变化对离心分离效果的影响。结果表明,推料频率越高,离心机生产能力越大,但滤饼含固率会有所减小,实际生产中应综合考虑各方面的因素来确定离心机的推料频率。同时,研究结果还为离心机结构的优化设计提出了一系列依据。 相似文献

为研究惰性气体对乙烯爆炸极限参数及动力学特性的影响,使用标准可燃气体爆炸极限装置和CHEMKIN软件,对比分析了N2和CO2对乙烯的爆炸极限、临界氧浓度和爆炸三角形的影响,通过模拟得到乙烯爆炸过程中温度、压力、·H、·O、·OH浓度变化,并进行了敏感性分析。结果表明,N2和CO2都使乙烯爆炸极限缩小,爆炸危险度减小,达到爆炸临界点时,N2添加量为60.1%,CO2添加量为43.3%,此时CO2惰化的临界氧浓度为11.1%,N2惰化的临界氧体积分数为7.7%。通过分析爆炸三角形,CO2惰化下的乙烯爆炸区和窒息比相比N2惰化下的明显减小。此外,N2和CO2均使乙烯的点火延迟时间增加,且爆炸后的温度和压力及自由基浓度均有所减小,通过对两种惰化条件下的乙烯爆炸过程中关键自由基变化的敏感性分析,发现R38、R46、R112、R119、R285、R294对·H、·O、·OH的生成起促进作用,R25、R173对·H、·O、·OH的生成起抑制作用,在降低敏感性系数方面,CO2抑制作用大于N2抑制作用,也从一定程度说明CO2的惰化效果优于N2的惰化效果。 相似文献

Fuel cell systems are regarded as a promising solution for future electrical energy generation on board of commercial aircraft. In addition to an improved efficiency such systems offer the opportunity of producing water usable for on-board purposes and provide additional functions such as inerting (providing a non-inflammable atmosphere) of the jet fuel tank. This paper presents an evaluation and assessment of different system architectures as well as experimental results demonstrating the feasibility of the multiple functions in a laboratory set-up. First, the conventional system requirements and the results reported by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) are discussed. A system design evaluation based on simulating cruise and ground operation of aircraft is performed demonstrating the benefits of systems with pressurized hydrogen tank storage and cabin air use. The requirements for a fuel cell system regarding aircraft inerting function are calculated based on the FAA analysis. Experimental results based on laboratory systems confirm the feasibility of the implementation of various functions with a single fuel cell system. Test platforms for further investigation of the systems are shortly described. 相似文献

Active packaging materials with surface immobilized metal chelating ligands were prepared by laminated photografting technique. The resulting materials presented transition metal scavenging properties with potential application in non-migratory antioxidant active packaging materials. Photografting of functional polymer ligands is typically performed in an oxygen-free environment, requiring a nitrogen inerting step, which limits potential industrial scale-up. Laminated photografting eliminates the need for nitrogen inerting by sandwiching the monomer solution between base material and an oxygen barrier layer. In this study, we demonstrated the ability to synthesize metal chelating active packaging materials, previously prepared by standard batch photografting, using a laminated photografting technique. The polypropylene-graft-poly(acrylic acid) and polypropylene-graft-poly(hydroxamic acid) chelating films prepared by laminated photografting presented similar surface chemistry as those reported previously, as characterized by infrared spectroscopy, and presented ferric ion chelating capacity of 182 ± 29 and 89 ± 10 nmol/cm2, respectively, at pH 5.0. The reported laminated photografting represents a coating technology with potential for adaptation to roll-to-roll manufacture of metal chelating films on an industrial scale. 相似文献

随着钛白粉行业的快速发展,硫酸法生产工艺对分离设备的要求也越来越高。为满足市场需求,公司研发了新型LWLC450×1250螺旋卸料沉降-过滤离心机,并将其应用在硫酸法钛白粉生产中。结果表明:离心机分离出的液相含钛总质量浓度大于160 g/L,固体含钛质量分数小于0.41%,大大提高了钛液的质量和收率,同时能有效节能降耗,改善工作环境,是钛白粉行业理想的分离设备。 相似文献
