Study on Synthesis and Chloramphenicol Release of Poly(2-hydroxyethylmethacrylate-co-acrylamide) Hydrogels 总被引:4,自引:1,他引:3 下载免费PDF全文
In this article, poly(2-hydroxyethylmethacrylate-co-acrylamide) hydrogels were synthesized by bulk free-radical copolymerization of 2-hydroxyethylmethacrylate (HEMA) and acrylamide (AAm) for soft contact lens(SCL)-based ophthalmic drug delivery system. The copolymer was characterized with FT-IR and SEM, the swelling property of the hydrogels were studied by gravimetrical method, and chloramphenicol was used as a model drug to investigate drug release profile of the hydrogels. The results showed that poly(2-hydroxyethylmethacrylateco-acrylamide) hydrogels were transparent and useful SCL biomaterial, the water content increased as AAm content increase and pH decrease, and in the same way, hydrogel composition affected chloramphenicol release process too. Migration rate of chloramphenicol increased as the AAm content in the hydrogels increased in the first stage of diffusion process, whereas there was no significant difference thereafter. 相似文献

The growth characteristics of oxide ceramic films formed on AZ31 magnesium alloy with plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) technique in alkaline silicate solution were investigated. The composition, structure and morphology of the coatings were detected by energy dispersive X-ray spectroscope and scanning electron microscope. The amount of dissolved magnesium in the electrolytes during PEO process was measured by atomic absorption spectrometry. The results indicated that the growth process of PEO films had three stages when applied with constant voltage mode. In the first stage, the growth rate of PEO films was low, and concentrations of elements O, Mg and Si varied slightly. After sparking occurred (the second stage), the PEO films showed higher growth rate due to the high transfer rate of ions and electrons, and the existence of plasma reactions. When the growth rate tended to maintain stable with time, the third stage happened. PEO films exhibited different uniform and pitting-corrosion characteristics in different reaction stages. The films formed at 300 V for 30 min performed best corrosion resistance and the phase of ceramic films was mainly composed of MgSiO3 and forsterite Mg2SiO4. 相似文献

Although lots of basic studies , such as the hydrolysis and dissolution of lignocelluloses has made great progress in recent years , the hydrolysates containing complex mixture of pentose and hexose are very hard to be separated , and these process sometimes cause serious environmental problems in practical application of cellulose polymer degradation science.Herein , an efficient two-stage method for selective hydrolysis of lignocelluloses biomass is being developed in this paper by controlling of pH in an ionic liquid.The lignin-hemicelluloses matrix in corn stalk was hydrolyzed into xylose in 23.1% yield in the first stage ; and cellulose-rich residues from the first stage was by farther hydrolyzed to provide a glucose in 26.9%yield.Structure of the products were identified by 13 C NMR.It should be mentioned that , the ionic liquid which can be regenerated and reused throughout the process. The present work significantly opens an a new path to utilize each component of lignocellulose as raw materials producing biofuels , renewable energy and fine chemicals. 相似文献

In this study,waste tire was used as raw material for the production of activated carbons through pyrolysis.Tire char was first produced by carbonization at 550℃ under nitrogen.A two factorial design was used to optimize the production of activated carbon from tire char.The effects of several factors controlling the activation process,such as temperature(850-950 ℃),time(2-6 h) and percentage of carbon dioxide(70%-100%) were investigated.The production was described mathematically as a function of these three factors.First order modeling equations were developed for surface area,yield and mesopore volume.It was concluded that the yield,BET surface area and mesopore volume of activated carbon were most sensitive to activation temperature and time while percentage of carbon dioxide in the activation gas was a less significant factor. 相似文献

In this research,the tire deformations due to rotation are divided into three parts:tread,belt and carcass.Tread deformation is obtained by using a rotating hollow cylinder model,belt expansion is calculated according to the laminated composite shell theory,and a formula of dynamic equilibrium profile is built to investigate carcass deformation.Moreover,a simple method is used to predict the footprint changes caused by tire deformation.Results show that a large deformation is occurring at tire shoulder,a smaller one at tread centre,and the shoulder deformations are mostly caused by carcass.Length of footprint side edges increases with tire rolling speed increasing.The predicted tread,belt,carcass deformations and footprint changes are in good agreement with finite element analysis(FEA) results.The proposed method and the results will offer a helpful guidance to tire and vehicle engineers. 相似文献
