对生产装置进行现场考察和研究分析,针对装置的废水和废气的再利用问题以及装置的节能问题,进行了设计改造。废水经过生化处理后,用作冷却水补水使用,一次水用量降低了30%;对于废气,优化其流程,减少废气中夹带的二甲醚和甲醇的含量,此外将其组分作为可燃气体经管道输送至其他厂家做燃料使用。通过改造使装置产生的废水和废气得到了有效的回收利用,实现了废水废气"零"排放,降低了二甲醚的一次水单耗和甲醇单耗。对于装置的节能问题,首先对主装置进行改造,增加甲醇单程转化率,间接降低生产加热用的蒸汽用量;其次对蒸汽系统进行节能优化改造,增加蒸汽的利用率。通过节能改造,装置的二甲醚蒸汽单耗降低了14.6%。 相似文献

Solid-state flexible energy storage devices hold the key to realizing portable and flexible electronic devices. Achieving fully flexible energy storage devices requires that all of the essential components (i.e., electrodes, separator, and electrolyte) with specific electrochemical and interfacial properties are integrated into a single solid-state and mechanically flexible unit. In this study, we describe the fabrication of solid-state flexible asymmetric supercapacitors based on an ionic liquid functionalized-chemically modified graphene (IL-CMG) film (as the negative electrode) and a hydrous RuO(2)-IL-CMG composite film (as the positive electrode), separated with polyvinyl alcohol-H(2)SO(4) electrolyte. The highly ordered macroscopic layer structures of these films arising through direct flow self-assembly make them simultaneously excellent electrical conductors and mechanical supports, allowing them to serve as flexible electrodes and current collectors in supercapacitor devices. Our asymmetric supercapacitors have been optimized with a maximum cell voltage up to 1.8 V and deliver a high energy density (19.7 W h kg(-1)) and power density (6.8 kW g(-1)), higher than those of symmetric supercapacitors based on IL-CMG films. They can operate even under an extremely high rate of 10 A g(-1) with 79.4% retention of specific capacitance. Their superior flexibility and cycling stability are evident in their good performance stability over 2000 cycles under harsh mechanical conditions including twisted and bent states. These solid-state flexible asymmetric supercapacitors with their simple cell configuration could offer new design and fabrication opportunities for flexible energy storage devices that can combine high energy and power densities, high rate capability, and long-term cycling stability. 相似文献

增加热电联产机组运行的灵活性可以提高可再生能源利用率,减小“弃风”和“弃光”率,然而对于灵活性改造技术的对比分析研究相对较少。本文基于Ebsilon建立了600MW案例机组的热力学模型,采用Matlab调用模拟数据构建了该机组的能耗模型。基于此模型对比分析了热泵、电锅炉、蓄热罐及采用汽轮机本体改造等热电解耦技术对机组供热可行域及可行域内机组热力性能的影响规律。研究结果表明,采用热电解耦技术可以扩大机组的供热可行域,当机组热负荷为500MW时,采用热电解耦技术后,机组最小调峰能力由大到小排列为:电锅炉>低压缸光轴运行>低压缸零出力>压缩式热泵>蓄热罐。但电锅炉的能量利用率与?效率在所有热电解耦技术中最低。综合对比分析,在热电联产机组中采用压缩式热泵或热泵与蓄热罐耦合运行是一种节能的热电解耦方式。 相似文献

介绍了中国石油大庆石化公司炼油厂加氢裂化装置概况、主要技术特点及工艺流程,探讨了装置开工过程,包括催化剂的装填、干燥、硫化、钝化、原料油切换等的各个主要节点,并通过标定对FC-16B催化剂的处理能力、操作参数、物料平衡、产品收率、装置能耗及设备运行状况进行考察。标定和运行结果表明,FC-16B催化剂性能良好,对原料适应性强,加工方案灵活,产品质量优良且分布合理,液体收率、加工损失率都在指标要求范围内,能耗远低于设计指标。 相似文献

Solutions for coupling a mechanical vapour compression distiller with a multi-stage-flash evaporator
The paper discusses various familiar and new process combinations of multi-stage-flash (MSF) and mechanical vapour compression (MVC) distillation. Coupling of an MVC distiller to an MSF unit considerably reduces the consumption of energy and chemicals as well as feed water requirements. The plant is extremely flexible with respect to partial load operation and adaption to varying availabilities of thermal and electrical energy. An existing MSF distiller with a capacity of up to 2000 m3/d can be extended by coupling it with a simplified MVC module. Investment and operation costs are notably lower than with the installation of additional MSF units. 相似文献

本文以既含聚醚柔性间隔基(环氧丙烷聚醚PPG、聚乙二醇PEG),又含刚性介晶结构单元的多功能环氧树脂改性剂(LCEU)改性环氧E-51/dicy体系,并对该体系制备的涂料的物理性能进行了研究。结果表明:LCEU对E-51/dicy环氧涂料的固化反应具有明显的促进作用,使改性涂料的固化反应温度降低了30~40℃,反应活化能降低了50~70kJ/mol,改性涂料的附着力有了明显提高,流平性得到了明显的改善。 相似文献

Semi-empirical energy calculations are reported for methyl branched hydrocarbon molecules in orthorhombic and monoclinic crystalline arrays of linear molecules. The 19 molecules in the array are flexible and twenty methylene units long. Two modes of packing the defect molecule in the crystals are found and for each the mechanical relaxation criterion of there being two or more sites available to the molecule is met. However, there is no significant relaxation strength because the differences in site energies are too large. This result holds for all cases because the unfavourable orientation of the molecular stem in one of the sites makes the energy much greater than in the other for which the stem has a favourable orientation. For the case with the lowest defect energy, the unit cell dimensions are comparable to those found experimentally for the same methyl group concentration.
