演传统的甲苯二胺(TDA)分离工艺存在间位TDA的排放浓度较高、损失率大等缺点。提出了用分离出的邻位TDA挟带残渣中的间位TDA的新工艺。研究结果表明:间位TDA的排放浓度从30%减少到0.8%,减少了间位TDA的损失率,提高了间位TDA的收率,经济效益显著。 相似文献

首次建立了同时检测染发剂中邻位、间位、对位苯二胺的气相色谱-质谱方法。样品经乙酸乙酯提取,离心除去不溶杂质,然后采用气相色谱分离,质量选择性检测器分析苯二胺的3种异构体,以质谱全扫描方式的数据进行定性,选择离子监测的数据进行外标法定量。3种苯二胺的异构体在0.5μg/mL-25.0μg/mL,浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.9995-0.9999.平均加标回收率在86.9%~107.1%之间,相对标准偏差为4.23%~8.13%。该方法灵敏度高,适合染发剂中3种苯二胺异构体的定性和定量。 相似文献

有机蒸气膜回收技术首次在气相法聚乙烯(PE)装置上应用,取得了良好效果,排放的尾气中1-丁烯体积分数由投用前的5%~6%下降到4%;冷剂的体积分数由1.5%下降到0.7%,而排放量基本保持不变。该回收系统投用后,共聚单体1-丁烯的消耗量可以降低1.0 kg/t。 相似文献

采用浓缩-氧化-碱洗-活性炭纤维吸附工艺处理生产脲基乙酸内酰胺的废水。着重研究了活性炭纤维吸附规律及再生方法。研究表明:该工艺处理后的废水COD去除率为95.0%,乙醇氰去除率为97.6%,脲基乙酸内酰胺去除率达92.0%,废水的气味和颜色全部除去,废水达到排放标准。 相似文献

In order to appraise the technological feasibility of the Orimulsion ash recycling in clay bricks, a laboratory simulation of the brickmaking process was carried out with various clay/ash mixtures up to 6% waste. Two different clays were selected and mixes were characterized by XRF, XRPD, TGA–DTA, TDA and PSD analyses. Plasticity, extrusion and drying behaviour, and mechanical strength, were determined on unfired mixtures, while shrinkage, water absorption, bulk density, modulus of rupture, pore size distribution, microstructure and phase composition were measured on fired bricks. Orimulsion ash caused some detrimental changes of technological properties of both unfired and fired products, concerning particularly plasticity, drying rate and drying sensitivity, porosity and colour. These effects were slightly different on the two raw materials, the carbonate-rich clay being less sensitive to the presence of ash with respect to the carbonate-free clay. In all events, drawbacks appeared to be tolerable, in technological terms, for low waste additions, approximately 1–2% ash. 相似文献

Solvent extraction using an extractant/diluent system was evaluated for the recovery of shikimic and quinic acids. Tridodecylamine (TDA) was used as the extractant, and 1-heptanol as the diluent. TDA complexes with the acid resulting in an acid-amine complex, which is solvated by the alcohol diluent. In back extraction, oleic acid was added to the organic phase as a displacer. Oleic acid competitively displaces the carboxylic acid in the acid-amine complex, thus forming a displacer-amine complex. The distribution coefficient for back extraction by competitive displacement increased by at least an order of magnitude depending on the mole to mole ratio of oleic acid to TDA
