云南具有丰富的矿产资源,钠长石是当地的优势矿种之一,然而目前钠长石产业结构单一,产品附加值低。本文以云南钠长石为原材料,采用数字光处理(DLP)技术制备钠长石陶瓷,探究了烧结温度对钠长石陶瓷性能的影响,并基于研究结果成功制备出结构复杂的钠长石陶瓷。结果表明,DLP技术制备的钠长石陶瓷成形效果良好,钠长石陶瓷素坯的抗弯强度为18.30 MPa。随着烧结温度的升高,钠长石陶瓷的主要物相为钠长石和钙长石,无新相产生,且钠长石陶瓷的收缩率、致密化程度和抗弯强度逐渐增大。当烧结温度达1 150℃时,钠长石陶瓷试样收缩率最大,为35.25%(Z方向),微观组织致密,力学性能良好,其抗弯强度为98.69 MPa。将云南钠长石与数字光处理技术相结合制备高性能、结构复杂的钠长石陶瓷对促进云南钠长石的产业发展具有较为重要的推动作用。  相似文献

市场上与翡翠极其相似的钠长石越来越多.通过外观特征、镜下观察、红外光谱分析、粉末X射线衍射分析等手段,研究了与缅甸翡翠相伴生的钠长石的矿物学特征,从而为珠宝鉴定中如何区分钠长石与翡翠提供了依据.外观上,钠长石常呈臼等浅色调和不同色调的绿色.光学显微镜下观察,第一世代的钠长石早于翡翠形成,第二世代的钠长石与翡翠共生,除钠长石和硬玉外,还有角闪石及不透明的黑色矿物,钠长石发育有聚片双晶.粉末X射线衍射分析结果显示缅甸与翡翠相伴生的钠长石是有序的,属低温钠长石.  相似文献

对市场上收集到的五件危地马拉玉石样品进行常规宝石学测试,记录下它们的颜色、透明度、光泽、密度、折射率和吸收光谱等信息,然后在偏光显微镜下观察其结构、矿物组成等特点,最后使用红外光谱仪对危地马拉玉石进行了测试分析,确定其主要成分为硬玉、钠长石或角闪石的组合矿物。且这五件样品的命名分别为硬玉-钠长石玉,硬玉-钠长石玉,钠长石-硬玉,角闪石-钠长石-硬玉和翡翠。  相似文献

钠长石玉和石英岩玉在外观上极为相似,因此常规检测手段难以区分。通过宝石学常规仪器测试并结合红外光谱和X射线荧光光谱对钠长石玉及其常见仿制品石英岩玉进行了系统研究。结果表明:钠长石玉和石英岩玉在折射率、相对密度等宝石学物理参数方面较为相近。红外吸收光谱揭示两者具有明显不同的吸收峰,X荧光光谱分析表明石英岩玉主要元素为O和Si,SiO_(2)含量高达99%,而钠长石玉主要元素为O、Si、Al、Na,SiO_(2)含量达66.9%,Al_(2)O_(3)含量为20.3%、Na_(2)O含量为12.2%。研究可为鉴定钠长石玉和石英岩玉提供必要指示。  相似文献

The structure and properties of gelatin in the solid state are discussed with respect to the structural, chemical and polymeric characterization of gelatin. Also the influence of casting conditions on the structural characteristics of gelatin, the relationship between the physico-mechanical properties of gelatin and the conformational state of the gelatin macromolecules and the effect of water on the structural and mechanical properties of gelatin are discussed. The aim of this review is to summarize research works on mechanical properties of pressure sensitive adhesives (PSAs). The mechanical properties of PSAs are usually described by tack, shear resistance and peel strength, which are strongly dependent on bulk viscoelastic properties of adhesive system. Here, we review some typical peeling models and the correlation of bulk viscoelastic properties to peel, shear and tack. Different factors affecting bonding and debonding properties of PSAs are examined in light of their relevance to rheological properties. The effects of substrate surface roughness are also reviewed. The molecular weight of polyester polyol plays an important role in controlling mechanical and dynamic mechanical properties of polyurethanes. Two systems are studied for evaluation of these properties. Since the properties of polyurethanes are derived from the properties of various constituents involved in their synthesis, the magnitude of properties of polyurethanes are also studied. 本文对一种国产玄武岩纤维及其复合材料的基本力学性能进行了实验研究,并对纤维的化学组成和表面状态进行了分析。结果表明,所研究的玄武岩纤维丝束的拉伸性能低于S-2玻璃纤维,分散性较大;玄武岩纤维/环氧648复合材料的基本力学性能多数与S-2玻璃纤维/环氧648复合材料相近,部分性能甚至高于后者。  相似文献

The pelletization behavior of an iron ore as well as the properties of the pellets produced are affected by the various properties of the ore. The main effective ore properties are: its specific surface area, porosity, mineralogical composition, and particle size distribution of the fine material to be pelletized. The effects of these properties are reflected in the amount of moisture needed for proper pelletization, and the sensitivity of balling kinetics to changes in moisture content and particle size distribution of the feed. The material properties also affect the quality of the product pellets both wet and dry. In this article we describe novel, water-based, crosslinkable fluorinated polymers that form coatings with excellent antigraffiti properties. The synthesis of the binders and the surface and bulk properties of their coatings are discussed. The surface properties of these coatings are characterized in terms of their surface-free energy, as calculated from static contact angle measurements. The distribution of the fluorine atoms throughout the coating is measured by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The bulk properties are studied by determining the crosslink density through dynamic mechanical thermal analysis (DMTA), and the effect of the crosslinking conditions on the crosslink density and the antigraffiti properties is discussed. The results indicate that a combined action of surface and bulk properties gives these coatings their excellent antigraffiti properties. The applicability of these polymers as protective coatings for metal and concrete surfaces are demonstrated.
