本文报导了在φ1900毫米内径的模拟塔内,采用纤维光学技术和高速摄影技术对塔板上液体停留时间分布所作的实验研究。实验结果表明普通筛板上液体停留时间分布是非理想的,而导向筛板则能有效地改善停留时间分布。研究结果为大型工业精馏塔优化设计和板效率预测模型的建立提供了实验依据。  相似文献

新型立体连续传质液体并流塔板是将LLC-Tray与两种并流流型相结合开发而成的新型塔板。通过实验测定了新型塔板的干、湿板压降,雾沫夹带,漏液等流体力学性能和传质性能,并进行关联得到了相应公式。结果表明,新型塔板板压降较低,雾沫夹带较低,液体处理量相对LLCT提高30%。  相似文献

设计了导向孔-导向浮阀复合塔板和筛孔-导向浮阀复合塔板,在板间距为600 mm,液流强度为20 m~3/(m·h),1 500 mm×450 mm的矩形塔内,以空气-水系统测试了3种塔板的干板压降,湿板压降,雾沫夹带率,漏液率,清液层高度,泡沫层高度水力学性能。由实验数据分别拟合了3种塔板干板压降,湿板压降,雾沫夹带率,漏液率的关联公式。实验表明:筛孔-导向浮阀复合塔板在压降和漏液率方面优于导向浮阀塔板;导向孔-导向浮阀复合塔板在水力学方面都优于导向浮阀塔板,是一种操作弹性大,具有更好水力学性能的优良塔板;选择合适的塔内件复合也是改善塔板性能的关键。  相似文献

研究了新型垂直筛板塔(New VST)单罩操作时塔板空间液体的停留时间问题.根据气、液两相在塔板空间的流动状态和产生液滴的大小以及液滴在塔板空间的受力状况,对分布在塔板空间的液滴的停留时间进行研究,得出了不同尺寸液滴在塔板空间停留时间分布的数学模型.利用模型可以对塔板空间不同粒径液滴的停留时间或者空间全部液体的停留时间进行估算,为研究塔板空间的气、液传质机理奠定了基础.  相似文献

采用全新工艺流程,设计了一种新型双效气液并流吸收塔,塔内安装有改进型立体旋液式塔板。分别以空气、空气-水作为研究体系进行实验,考察了不同操作参数与塔板结构参数下双效气液并流吸收塔的干塔压降、湿塔压降以及立体旋液式塔板的干板压降、湿板压降,明确了双效气液并流吸收塔的操作参数范围。实验结果表明:立体旋液式塔板单板干板压降及湿板压降分别控制在70 Pa,180 Pa以内。在一效、二效各逆向安装3块塔板,全塔共完全安装6块塔板时,全塔压降最大,但是干塔压降及湿塔压降可分别控制在2 400 Pa,2 800 Pa以内,双效气液并流吸收塔与立体旋液式式塔板的组合在能耗及操作弹性方面优势明显。  相似文献

在2米半园筛板试验装置上,用多点电导连续测量和微机数据采集系统研究了单、双溢流塔板的液体停留时间分布和流动型式.得到的等平均停留时间分布图表明,单溢流塔板上液体流动型式相当复杂.在双溢流板中,中央降液管塔板的流动情况与单溢流板的前半部相似;边降液管板的液体流动则要均匀得多.本文建立了由液体等平均停留时间分布曲线计算单、双溢流塔板板效率的数学模型,并给出了关系图.最后,本文提出两种改善液体流动均匀性的新结构,实验证明它们能够明显地提高板效率.  相似文献

新型固定阀具有流线型阀体结构,应用空气-水二氧化碳系统,在直径为600 mm的有机玻璃塔内,对新型固定阀塔板的性能进行了测试.研究结果表明:新型固定阀塔板无论是在压降、漏液还是雾沫夹带方面均优于普通固定阀塔板及F1浮阀塔板,且传质效率较高,在大的液流强度下,优势更为明显,是一种综合性能较高的塔板型式,用于乙烯急冷塔等场合将更有益于降低压降,提高效率.  相似文献

提出一种新型高效塔板——喷射式并流填料塔板(JCPT),介绍1200mm冷模塔流体力学实验结果和200mm热模塔传质效率,给出了适用于工业设计性能参数的计算关联式。通过与新垂直筛板(NVST)的比较表明,JCPT具有雾沫夹带小、处理能力大、塔板效率高等特点,是一种具有广泛应用前景的新型高效塔板。  相似文献

Screen trays are proprietary devices similar to sieve trays which are used in distillation and absorption applications. The pressure drop, liquid holdup and entrainment are measured for screen trays in an air/water column and compared to results obtained with sieve trays. The effciencies of both types of trays were compared in a distillation column using systems of various physical properties (methanol/water, acetic acid/water and cyclohexane/n-heptane mixtures). It was found that the screen tray has a lower dry pressure drop, higher liquid holdup, lower entrainment and weeping, and higher jet flooding capacity than the sieve tray. However, the effciencies of both trays are similar for the systems studied. A model was developed for predicting total pressure drop for screen trays using an air/water column. The model was tested using results for methanol/water, cyclohexane/n-heptane and acetic acid/water systems at total reflux. The deviations are within +/- 20% for 90% of the data points. The effect of a bed of mesh packing on the screen tray was also studied. It was found that the packing led to a higher tray effciency, but resulted in a higher tray pressure drop.  相似文献

Distillation is the most common separation technology utilized in the petroleum and chemistry industries. Due to the wide usage of the distillation column, even a small improvement in performance may result in significant energy cost savings. Aiming to improve the hydrodynamics and mass transfer performance, the flow-guided trapezoid spray-packing tray (FTS-PT) was designed by combining flow-guided holes and trapezoidal caps with structured packing. And the experimental measurements of the FTS-PT, including pressure drop, clear liquid height, weeping, entrainment, and tray efficiency, were conducted in a 500 mm diameter plexiglass column with the air-water-oxygen system. Moreover, the performance of the FTS-PT was compared with that of new vertical sieve tray (New VST) and F1 valve tray. The results show that FTS-PT has a significant advantage in pressure drop, entrainment, and capacity. Furthermore, the calculation model of the pressure drop was derived and used for the FTS-PT with a relative deviation of less than 5%.  相似文献

The novel SiC foam valve tray was made of thin slices of SiC foam material with a high specific surface area. Hydrodynamic performances of the novel SiC foam valve tray were studied with air-water system at atmospheric pressure. These performance parameters included pressure drop, entrainment, weeping and clear liquid height. The mass transfer efficiency of the SiC foam valve tray was measured in laboratory plate column. Compared with the F1 float valve tray, the dry pressure drop was decreased about 25%, the entrainment rate was about 70% lower at high gas load, the weeping was much better, and the mass transfer efficiency was far higher. Thus, the overall performance of the novel SiC foam valve tray was better than that of F1 float valve tray.  相似文献

The hydrodynamic performance of a novel SiC foam column tray (SFCT), made of thin slices of SiC foam material with a high specific surface area, is investigated. The performance parameters include pressure drop, entrainment, weeping, and clear liquid height. The tests are carried out with an air‐water system under atmospheric pressure. The mass transfer efficiency of the new SiC foam column tray is studied in a stainless‐steel plate column. For an alcohol/water system and with fin baffle packing, continuous distillation experiments were carried out in a rotating packed bed (RPB) system at atmospheric pressure. The effects of the average high gravity factor (β), liquid reflux ratio (R) and feedstock flux (F) on the momentum transfer and mass transfer were investigated. The gas phase pressure drop of RPB increased with the average high gravity factor, liquid reflux ratio and feedstock flux, which was 13.55-64.37 Pa at β of 2.01-51.49, R of 1.0-2.5, and F of 8-24 L&;#8226;h-1 for a theoretical tray in the RPB with fin baffle packing. The investigation on the mass transfer in the RPB with different packings showed that the number of transfer units of RPB with a packing also increased with the average high gravity factor, reflux ratio and feedstock flux. It is found that the fin baffle packing (packing III) presents the best mass transfer performance and lowest pressure drop for the height equivalent to a theoretical plate (HETP), which is 6.59-9.84 mm.  相似文献

对筛板上方液层内置有水平加热管束的载气蒸发器的流体力学和蒸发性能进行了实验研究,并对实验结果进行了分析。结果表明,在气速一定时,筛板单板阻力随着液体流量的增大而提高;在液体流量一定,气速较大时筛板单板阻力不随气速而变化;随着液体温度的提高,筛板单板阻力明显减小;在相同条件下,上置管束的筛板单板阻力比普通筛板单板阻力明显增大。对于常温下的空气水体系,在相同条件下,加热管束通入加热蒸汽可使出口空气的湿含量提高8. 7%—12. 6%。随着加热管束通入蒸汽流量的增加,出口空气的湿含量进一步提高。  相似文献
